Spent a nice long weekend with family, could have had many more people with us given the lovely space.
Loved the view from the big windows in the living room.

Everything was great but house was not cleaned properly when we arrived, and there was no order to the kitchen utensils, etc.

This house worked well for 7 adults and 3 children. Kitchen had everything we needed except for dishrag and a couple more kitchen towels.

Spent a long weekend with friends and family on the occasion of our Williams College reunion. The house had plenty of space for us. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were not all stocked with soap and shampoo. The flow of space was unusual. Bedrooms upstairs were in an odd format, with a large bedroom on one end of the hallway--need to walk through a common room/TV room in order to get to the bathroom from this end bedroom.
The bedrooms themselves were good-- comfortable beds, enough space.
The outdoor space is spectacular. It would have been good for there to have been enough chairs and a table to allow a group to be together outside. There were 3 Adirondack chairs total outside, which is not enough for a house this size and the size of the groups that it is meant to accomodate.
All in all we liked the house a lot despite the quirky layout, the incompletely stocked bathrooms and the lack of outdoor furniture. We would rent this property again.

Nice, clean, big home to stay in. Not too far from Jiminy Peak. Great college town just minutes away with some fun restaurants.

This intriguing home met all our expectations. Beautiful views for relaxing by the picture windows for early morning exercise or reading in the window seat and local places for hiking. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of room to work in the kitchen or spread out in the dining/living room spaces. Beds comfortable. Fun room upstairs as another space to spread out for sleeping or socializing. I would recommend this property and would enjoy going there again.
