Open the front door to the living room area with abundant natural light, and a soothing color palette that when combined, creates a peacefull ambiance throughout the home. Adjoining the living room is a desk, able to transform into a fully functional home office if you need to do any remote meetings or school homework while you vacation with us.
An open concept kitchen is a chef’s delight, creating a great flow for festive vacation meals. Offering a large island with bar stools, dishwasher, microwave, and a pass-through window creating functional indoor-outdoor living experience, where food and drinks can be easily passed between the kitchen and the lanai area - perfect for entertaining. Need to wake up to a fresh cup of coffee to start your vacation? Not a problem! This home offers a coffee bar equipped with both a regular, and Keurig coffee makers for you to make your perfect blend, along with a kettle, if you prefer a nice cup of tea. You’ll have plenty of choices on where to dine in this home - The large island with barstools for breakfast. The formal dining area, for all your holiday celebrations, or a casual lunch with water views on additional patio table with chairs.
The great room boasts comfortable seating, flat screen smart TV, wine bar with storage, and sliders to the lanai area. The home's highly desired split floorplan provides ample privacy for you and your guests. The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and sliders to the lanai area. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, beautiful finishes, and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom features twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed, with elegant black & white tones, flat screen smart TV, dual closets, and sliders to the deck area with a nice water view of the canal. The guest bathroom offers dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The guest wing in this split floor plan can be closed off with a door for privacy, and the hallway to the two guest bedrooms and full bath includes another door for easy access to the pool area.
This home has the convenience of DirecTV Streaming in the family room, primary room, and 3rd guest bedroom, along with Wi-Fi. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. In the 2-car garage there are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - all for guests use. This home also facilitates a self-check-in lockbox process, so you can start your vacation from the moment you arrive!
The outside lanai and pool area are perfect for entertaining, fully connecting you to the outdoors, with gorgeous water views, breathtaking sunsets, and unique Florida wildlife! The large pool has optional electric heat. Enjoy a refreshing morning swim in the pool, relax, or cook your catch-of-the-day in the outdoor grill area. With accessible waterways, you can cast a line from the private dock or launch a kayak for an aquatic adventure! A great place to use as a base for visiting the ecosystems of the mangrove Blueways by boat, kayak, or paddleboard.
Ideally situated walking distance to St. Paul Linear Park and just 10 miles from the local beaches at Boca Grande Island. A phenomenal location for access to water sports facilities, fishing and the world-renowned tarpon fishing capitol of the world, Boca Grande Pass. Gasparilla Island State Park, Port Boca Grande Lighthouse, Don Pedro Island State Park, bike trails, shelling, shopping, and excellent restaurants that cater to all tastes.
