Usually this hotel is good. Not this time.
Housekeeping serviced my room by emptying my bin and making my bed. That was it! No replacement of coffee/tea, no wiping down surfaces, no taking away of dirty cups and glasses. She said ‘that’s normal, but I’ll take them away if you want me to?’
I then spoke with reception about my room phone not working - three times - they did nothing. Half their menu is pizza, but they had no pizzas when I ordered one.
Their bar has stools along its entire front. If every stool is occupied, you can’t get to the bar to order.
Staff have loud walk-and-talk meetings in the reception area, clearly not caring that their conversations can be overheard.

The hotel is a converted Mill, with large rooms and high ceilings, the service was good and enjoyed my dinner.
4.7
Fantastic bathroom and shower, large room, bar still open when back from the Paul Weller concert at Caird Hall.
4.7
Great hotel, welcoming and friendly reception and restaurant staff. Room and hotel spotless , great location , would definately recommend, and yes, we will be staying again
4.7
The location and dining options were fantastic and we enjoying the ambience down in the bar area. The furnishings in the room were clearly tired and it wasn't possible to sync our phones to the TV which was a shame given the speakers in the shower.
Customer service could be greatly improved. On the first night we called down to ask for a bottle opener (we were surprised none was included with the mini bar) and were told we'd have to come down to the bar to use one and then take the open bottle all the way upstairs. Then on the Saturday morning we got incessant knowcking on our door shortly after 9am even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door handle. That is simply unacceptable to not be given privacy before check out time.

Loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo in Dundee. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, beds very comfy and the breakfast was fab, with a great selection to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!
4.7
Excellent conversion of old mill building with some original features incorporated into the rooms.
Quiet room with a very comfy bed and great shower.
10 minute walk to the V&A and Discovery Point and centre of Dundee.
Parking is limited and £13.95 a night but there's a multi story car park Olympia two minutes walk away that was £12.20 for 3 nights over the weekend (shuts overnight 8pm-7am) that had plenty of room

Ideally situated for a night out in Dundee. Comfortable, modern, clean hotel. Our room was lovely. Nice bar area.

All staff friendly and professional

the bar staff had a bad attitude towards us , won't be back

Nice big comfortable room with great shower. Friendly staff and nice bar area.

Good hotel with amenties
4.7
All good a great place to stay…. Parking was limited
4.7
Good service, great location. I just think they didn’t do very good job in cleaning
4.7
Room was satisfactory, clean, front desk staff seemed to busy in their side conversation when checking us in. Dinner had to wait a long time to find someone to get our bill. Charge your for parking in a lot that is too small to accommodate all guests.
4.7
Room was clean , high roofs in room with exposed brick to show original feature of this building, not enough parking spaces available , you will have to park down the road unless you just leave your car there. Breakfast was ok , but the chef and dining manager are rude and steer at you when you enter .
4.7
Staff was very helpful.Strong paint smell in one area but not in room.
4.7
Great hotel, only slight downside is the very limited parking. Although there are plenty council car parks near by. The booze is pricey to £13.50 for two bottles of cider but I suppose you expect it to be slightly more expensive in a hotel.

We really enjoyed our short stay here. Very nice hotel with a good bar and tasty breakfast. Staff were great. Would book again.

Great hotel. Clean, modern but with character. 15 minute easy walk to the V & A and train station. Staff were great and such a good choice for breakfast. Great amenities in our room which was very large with two great double beds. Lovely bar and comfy seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was exceptional! The room was spotless and comfortable, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway

Great one night stay. Comfortable rooms, and on site restaurant was good quailty but still able to serve my two kids well.
Rooms had a very nice feel with modern finished but character with the exposed brick elevated ceilings.
Only issue is there is limited parking that took a while to wait for a spot to open up.

The staff were amazing and looked after us well

Comfortable beds, big shower, minimalist but comfortable

Nice rooms and great service at the desk, bar and restaurant

My stay was really comfortable and enjoyable.

The hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent as you helped yourself too what was available we had one meal in the hotel restaurant the food was good but the service was very slow apart from that we enjoyed are meal. The parking at the hotel is very disappointing as there's signs on the walls saying this space or spaces are for blue badge holders/disabled parking only as we arrived back from are day out they was cars parked in the Disabled spaces not one had a blue badge displayed in there car told one of the staff at reception so he came out and took the car numbers and told us we can park on the side of the road which as double yellow lines on it was told if you have a blue badge you will be ok but from experience of being in this area before that was a no no so as soon as a space was available I parked in it when we went out next morning we saw 3 cars with parking tickets 😀 but over all the hotel was excellent i would definitely stay again

Great hotel, spacious room, firm mattresses. Only bad thing was parking charge but there’s a public lot not too far away.
4.7
Exterior signage was so small, the hotel was difficult to find. Otherwise it was a good hotel.
4.7
We had to change travel plans due to emergency and all hotels were considerate except this one. Admittedly I can’t hold it against them for following ‘rules’ but a little flexiblity goes a long way in winning over people. So will be looking at other places next time
4.7
Everything about the hotel was excellent — the amenities, ambience, bed, shower, breakfast, and was quiet. Just the lighting above the sink in the bathroom was inadequate.
4.7
Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent redevelopment of jute & linen factory. Room had vaulted ceiling in brick. Well designed rooms & public areas. Pedestrian access to most restaurants & attractions is within 15-20 minutes.
4.7
Perfect location as a starting point for our golf adventures in Scotland!
4.7
Really nice hotel, with a modern, yet authentic look and relaxed atmosphere.
4.7
Good quality and reasonably priced hotel and loved all the references to Dundee in the decor and the Beano comic in our room!
