Great use of an old building and well decorated
Paying for parking seemed a bit petty
4.3
Super staff
We did arrive early but had pre advised hotel who said it was ok . However there was no coffee tea bags or milk in drawer to make a cuppa

Quality of hotel itself
4.3
The hotel is new and well equipped. The water is complimentary. The restaurant is nice and a good option
The parking is not free and outside the hotel it’s forbidden to park. The curtains were not covering 100% the window and we get a lot of light in the morning.
4.3
Very modern, good sized room
checking out experience was the only bad thing about the stay, the queue on checking out was horrendous and stood for over half an hour, perhaps have more available staff at busy times such as this
4.3
It was near everything I wanted it to be
Found a stale muffin from the breakfast buffet under my bed
4.3

location was good fab breakfast
we had to be moved the second night of our stay as the extractor in the toilet wouldn’t shut down very noisy. when we got to our new room the extractor fab didn’t work I got fed up and put up with it.
4.3
Everything in the room was well though and Scottish made when possible. It was so comfy. The bath towel was huge which I loved. I couldn't hear anything from other rooms. I would definitely stay here again.
4.3
Place was beautiful clean staff were lovely
Loved everything
4.3
Stylish , especially the use of Dundee’s industrial heritage in the decor.
4.3
Looked lovely inside and out. Room and bathroom was really nice with good complimentary drinks. The bathroom products were really good also.
We couldn’t get parked at the hotel but it wasn’t a big issue as there’s a council car park 2 mins away which was free Saturday evening through to 1pm on the Sunday.

Great location and lovely staff
Very good breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked the hotel decor - modern but mindful of the building's historic past. The room was spacious (double room for sole occupancy), with a very comfy bed and both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The walk in shower was up to date with a power shower and lovely fluffy towels. Dinner in the Daisy Tasker restaurant was excellent - good quality food and friendly, efficient staff. The continental breakfast was really good (didn't have cooked breakfast, so can't comment on hot food).
Not the hotel's fault but there were roadworks just outside the entrance to the hotel car park and it was a bit noisy in the early morning.
4.3
I liked how comfortable it was and the smell coming into reception was beautiful and very welcoming.
Nothing! It was great!
4.3
design and ambience, really stylish
poor quality of breakfast - coffee was extremely poor, yogurt was low fat, and bread was supermarket sliced. It’s not difficult to provide high quality coffee from bean to cup machines, nor live yogurt or good quality artisan bread.
4.3
Everything is very good at this hotel
excellent staff, and very clean

Location central. Hotel clean. Check-in reception member of staff helpful.
Although I had booked room on full tariff, we were placed on floor 5 and given room with dormer windows. There was a pole available to lower blinds on the 2 dormer windows. I could not fully close the blinds - they lowered so far then stuck. This meant sun streamed into room from 4.30am. When checking out, member of staff asked if I’d enjoyed stay. I explained that waking just after 4.30am (with regard to window blind) had spoiled stay, she made no response. No apology made. Disappointing.

location perfect for enjoying the city & the staff were fabulous
4.3
spacious bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff
4.3
upgraded room - was nice and quiet
waited to check in, as my booking hasn’t come thru yet (it had but colleague was unaware) I asked if was a bar etc in hotel to get coffee or wait in. was pointed to nice bar are, 4pm on a Friday - but it wasnt open, unstaffed etf despite reception staring I could wait there.
otherwise stay was pleasant enough, good breakfast and lots of choice.
upon next visit I would stay at the adjoining hotel apartments which are half the price to the hotel rooms.
