The whole experience was wonderful. The chalet is lovely and cosy and has everything you need, but it's the grounds that really make this place special. We were only there for one night, but spent most of 2 days there seeing the animals, taking the rowing boat out on the pond, playing tennis, trampoline, walking around the grounds, so beautiful and idyllic. Our 8 year old absolutely loved it. Super friendly staff too. We will definitely be back.

Awesome setup great location beautiful surroundings will be back again with the family next time. Can’t say a bad thing about the place or experience, it was effortless and stress free. Highly recommend for the Goodwood festival and also giving the plentiful places to see in the area a great place all year round. It’s also lovely to turn up and receive the essentials fresh in the kitchen for a hot coffee or tea.

The chalets are perfect . In a wonderful peaceful location but within reach of shops , restaurants and places of interest . Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for a great break it was just what we needed.

Absolutely magical place to stay. Beautiful grounds and farm animals roaming around. Peaceful and idyllic stay. Met the owners really friendly and accommodating. Near beaches East and West wittering which are such lovely nature reserve beaches. We have found a UK treasure to stay and will be returning next year again. Thank you for a great long weekend trip. Communication was excellent. Kerrie was so helpful. Surroundings are beautiful.

We stayed in a Deluxe chalet - I looked up Deluxe in the dictionary just in case I had the definition wrong - it turns out I don’t, but this place does - when you pay a premium rate to stay somewhere you don’t expect to take your life in your hands just to get into bed!! Probably the perfect place for hobbits but not really ideal for fully grown adults

Stayed here twice in two weeks, one night, then two nights the following week as I was working near by.
It's an absolutely stunning little place, would highly recommend.

Lovely setting, clean accommodation the bed was uncomfortable the mattess sloped so you ended up in the centre of the bed. We were bothered by noise from the young ladies in the next door apartment going on until nearly 1am.

The farm's exterior is attractive.
The nature is amazing, the lake, the playgrounds, the animals, everything was wonderful
The chalets were beautiful.
The hosts were friendly.
But unfortunately it was very, very disgusting It lacks the lowest levels of cleanliness.
The house stinks and is infested with 🕷 .
The Sofas were awful, all stains, residue of hair and food residual
the floor was gluey. The oven and dishwasher, I am sure, have never been cleaned .
The pillows and sheets have a storage smell .
in general Everything is good except the cleanliness and the non-existent internet. unfortunately i booked for four days and left only after two days because I couldn't bear to stay any longer.
I was disgusted with everything
I feel sorry The dream holiday would have been true with just a little more care.
I did not bother to Indy the owner about the cleaning as this task will take ages to be achieved given the status of it.
On booking property information states that housekeeping is on daily basis.
Last remark is about the cleaning lady who was driving very fast (in a zone of 5 miles an hour). She nearly hit my toddler.

Such a beautiful place, stunning grounds and the animals are super friendly. Really good communication too from the owners with a big list of things to do, places to go and information about the farm, could not recommend more!

Me and my family had the best time! It was a lovely relaxing family time away from busy London. The farm was a real hit with the kids too! We definitely want to go again.

Uncomfortable property in a good location but overpriced for what it is

The TL;DR is that the stay was very comfortable.
Positives:
1. Good communication - lots of information before the stay and the owner provided great information to us when we made some requests
2. Comfort - the stay was comfortable from furnishings, the bed and amenities provided (milk, cereals, bread etc).
3. Surroundings - this was a "home away from home" with no road noise, very peaceful
4. Bonus with the alpacas and donkeys in the areas we could walk around
5. Extensive Covid cleaning routine (documented for us to read as well!)
Negatives
1. Somewhat "creaky" stairs to the bedroom, which was only difficult when getting our under-1-year old to sleep
2. I think that's it

This was such a beautiful location and the farm animals were fun - so healthy and happy looking. The suite was very comfortable and had a great night's sleep in the very comfy bed. The breakfast basket was a lovely surprise. We loved rowing on the lake and just immersing ourselves in the environment.

Perfect place for relaxing yet being close to the sights of Chichester - the lake, bluebells, and animals were delightful. Extremely comfortable bed, and we enjoyed a tapas takeaway from Viento de Levante in Chichester.

To confirm a prior review - specifically for challet no 1: the stairs are narrow and the walls are paper thin. We had a neighbour play their tv from 1.30 to 3.30 am on our first night there. We can confirm the walls are paper thin.
To add to this: the bed is super hard.
The chalet is very small. For 2 people and a Labrador - it proves to be very challenging. The kitchen has no usable storage, beyond the fridge. The so-called storage above the microwave is only half a shelf with a chasm behind it - probably to allow the microwave to vent - but it means that things put in the 'storage' area disappear down this hole onto the top of the microwave. Its also out of reach of most people as its too high to see into properly. Its probably a fire hazard as things collect on top the microwave that folks dont realise, have disappeared.
The use of the word 'luxury' to describe the setup is not accurate. If you're staying for one night - you're probably ok - but more than that is just not fun.
The signpost indicating the property entrance was hanging off the fence, when we arrived. It was not corrected in the 4 days we went in and out. Our light in the entrance hall - not working - which the owner assured would be fixed immediatey - was not fixed in our time there. Lamps in the chalet were missing globes. Drawers downstairs (storage is nominal at best) dont open and close easilly - it was a wrestling match every time.
Not pleasant all round.

Our room had a very narrow staircase and paper thin walls. We could what the neighbours were saying fortunately they weren’t too loud.

Lovely surroundings, great place to stay for animal lovers. Cosy, comfortable chalet.
