Property great for links into the city and out to Disney which was perfect for us to base ourselves in.
Air con only went down to 19deg so was hot for sleeping, and slight leak on shower which we reported and was corrected for us.

The location is very convenient to the Metro. We appreciated being able to leave our bags in one room given our early arrival.
The AC was not functioning and while we were told it would work the following day, it did not. We slept with screenless windows open and a fan (the hotel did provide a fan) and awoke covered with bug bites. Despite the no smoking signs, the hotel smelled of smoke and other unpleasant scents. Due to the non-refundable policy, we felt forced to stay and make the best of it. While the price was reasonable, two poor to sleepless nights did negatively impact our trip. The owner tried to offer compensation by not charging us for tax (about 20 euro), but I believe a greater discount was warranted. The construction and jackhammers that started at 8am outside our immediate window further added to the experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. Nice to have breakfast in the morning. Close to metro stop
Dinners very good.
Bathroom very tiny. Couldn't turn around. No space to put toiletries. No space for 2 suitcases. One on table so Couldn't use the table. Closet door had to opened with two hands as it seemed off the track. Hotel way out of the way. No dinner on weekends and not much else around. No elevator and I don't go up stairs very well

Services generally as advertised. There are a great number of good quality/value local restaurants and other services. Location is within 100m of St. Mande Metro station. Price is pretty good for Paris.
Rooms are a bit small. Bathrooms could use improvement - the distance between the toilet and the wall is small, and the shower stall is approximately 2'x3'. Our bathroom fan was not working. Only one room key was provided.

The staff is very friendly and breakfast is delicious
The room was smaller than advertised in website

Really friendly staff, bustling restaurant, great location (for my work) and a nice breakfast.
The room was small and basic but was good value for Paris. Only issue was lack of any coffee making facilities in my room.

We were initially given a very small interior room looking onto a brick wall. We asked for a better room and were given a room at the front of the hotel looking onto the street. If there are better rooms available, why not offer that room when a person is checking in? This is a ridiculous practice by hotels to offer the worst room first.

They kindly look after our bags on the last day when we went to Disney, the access to St Mandé Metro is only 2 min walk, nice shops and cafes near by.

great location for eating places, 50 meters from the metro. Room had A/C, very necessary for the heatwave that we where in. The staff were extremely nice, typically gentle, French people, nothing too much trouble. our room was a little on the small size but very clean, with towels changed every day and room tidied. the fruit shops in the area where first class and there is a produce market operating on Thursday and Sunday with every thing from meat, and fish to fruit and bread, and a range of clothing, just between the hotel and the entrance to the metro. all high quality produce.
our one pet hate, no coffee making facilities in the room, we bought a thermos and the staff happily gave us hot water when we asked for it.

I love Le Ruisseau. The neighborhood was quiet, and less crowded than the center of Paris. I could walk to the metro in 1 minute and go anywhere in the city in approximately 1/2 hour. The staff is amazing. So incredibly helpful and nice.
Only issue was the staff smokes outside and the smoke comes into the dining area when you’re eating. I would stay there again. Loved it!

Very nice staff, we arrived in Paris a little earlier and could leave our luggage at the hotel before checking in later in the afternoon
Breakfast is a little sparse, but sufficient. The excellent taste of the baguettes and croissants make up for the little variety

They won't speak English and room is small.

It is so close to the metro. The hotel was quiet. We rarely heard any other guests.
The first two days we only had one normal towel and two small towels.
