Pleasant

Comfortable bed.

Was a very hot day so we opened windows, but doors slammed shut, curtains broke, the shower curtain fell on me whilst in the tub, all the towels in the flat were still wet, the livingroom table leg was broken, and there were no privacy/darkening curtains so we had street lights beaming into the bedroom all night.

To my surprise I had the worst experience as the property owner was very rude and was harassing me by watching who comin

the property was not very clean and socks were left behind the tv. The host wasn’t friendly and didn’t give information as were the WiFi is or were parking I had to call a few times to get through to her. and the floor was dirty not broiled or mopped I wasn’t pleased at all with the customer service it was the most disgusting experience I ever had been a good and loyal customer to booking. com I was really shocked. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Perfect

Location was perfect, enough parking, close to shops, good value for money, not to far out from our event

Neighbours were drilling and making a load of noise at around 8am! But that isn’t the hosts fault

Disappointing

Apartment was smelling of tobbacco. The window didn't shut properly. The washing machine was broken down. Couldn't check in in time, and the apartment was still dirty

Nice flat, in needs of repairs and no central heating

Well situated and nice flat. The host was really helpful.

No central heating in the flat, so it gets really cold. There was two small electric heaters, but not sufficient to warm up the flat. If needs a bit of repairs, the window blinds are all broken up, etc.
