Traumhafte Lage am See, schönes Gebäude.

I Did loved the location, the atmospere of the room and the hotel in general. The bed and the pillows were extremely soft. The hot water in the bathroom was amazing and I even loved the extra conditioner and the body milk cream.
I didnt like the fact that i could hear people speaking on the cooridor, and the noice of the other rooms doors when they were closing. I also expected that they will provide slippers in the room. Lastly when the staff brought the menu for the eggs during breakfast it was written only in German and they didn't even explain what was that order sheet about, i had to goole translate to understand what was written in the paper.
BUT overall the whole experience was amazing and i would definately reccoment this amenity.

- The location and breakfast were excellent.
- we did not like the bed, we were expecting a king size bed but it was twin bed made as one bed, bad idea really.

The location is excellent. Interior and decor was stylish and comfortable.
Some staff were fantastic with great interpersonal skills but some were so busy that they were dismissive and not helpful.
Room was directly above the outdoor terrace restaurant so it was noisy with customers and then music from staff till later at night. A bit understaffed at restaurant so hard to get attention at times. Also, more like a B&B without full time hotel staff at reception.

Beautifully renovated hotel with lots of charme. Very friendly staff. Spacious hotel rooms with amazing interior design. A spectacular view and onto the lake.

lovely location & a warm welcome. it truly was a boutique hotel with lots of extra touches in the bathroom & bedroom
the restaurant was somewhat expensive but the food was very good!

Beautiful location and spacious warm rooms. Very clean and tidy, nicely decorated and modern.
Missing a few key details that make it an excellent stay:
There’s room service available but no menu in the room, and no phone to call down.
Pillows were really unsupportive and flat. I asked for a firmer pillow and they kindly provided one.
When it’s windy the flags on the building bang against each other and it vibrates along the railing they’re attached to, creating a loud reverberation inside the room. As it’s based on the water, it’s often windy, so bring ear plugs. I let the staff know and they suggested it was the window shutters. It was not. It’s just that the flags don’t make noise when you’re standing outside, you could only hear it in the room but it’s extremely loud.
Restaurant is lovely but very overpriced for what you get. The food is good, but not worth the prices you pay. Not all menus are in English, so prepare to translate things on your phone at dinner time.

Could have made an effort with a last minute no show but it was our fault.

Loved the decor of room, the friendliness of the staff, the fantastic location, quick service, everyone very helpful.
should have had bathrobes and a telephone to call reception! I had to call with my mobile. Also TV was a little difficult to get going but worked ok after that. Wish they had a bigger menu but they kindly made me a dish that they are not currently serving due to staff shortage.

The best selling point of the hotel is the location which is perfect. Hotel is nice with good facilities. Staff ok although not always the friedliest. Breakfast pretty good - not the best.
All extras are expensive and space by the pool very limited.
Especially staff in restaurant could be friendlier.

the hotel has been recently restored, you can tell the infrastructures and finishes are new
several things, especially the very impolite attitude of the staff. This does not apply to the receptionist, that was nice and friendly, but the waiters were very awful. We arrived at the time of the checkin and nobody was there. I've asked a waiter and he openly mocked me in front of other 3 employees. They let me wait standing in the middle of the restaurant for 15 minutes while they were SLOWLY changing napkins and going in and out of the kitchen. All this while laughing in their language. We had a similar problem at the checkout, where by the breakfast waiter was definitely not happy to let us check put at 7.30 in the morning and laughed in front of us when she called the receptionist to attend to us. In general people were not friendly and not nice at all. The room did not have air conditioning, despite the cost and the 30 degrees. The pillows on the bed were covered in blond hair (not ours) and we had sigarette smoke and toilet smell entering from the windows the whole evening, so much so that we had to close them and roast during the night. Despite the cost also the room did not have a small fridge. The breakfast was nothing special. Definitely not worth the price and definitely not recommended.
