It was fairly close to the metro station, aprox 10 min of walking. It was clean, the room was cleaned daily.
The food was good 😊
The soundproofing needs a little more work…we could hear what the next door neighbors were doing

Chambres spacieuses. Confortable.
Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.
Prévoir 7-10 min de marche pour aller vers le métro.

Perfect stay! We loved the neighbourhood, very quiet and less than 10 minutes from the metro station, 5 stops and you are in duomo! The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed and more, the breakfast was nice and the vending machines were very helpful especially during the night! The staff was excellent! Definitely recommend without any doubt!

It was very clean
Air conditioning and temperature. Saw myself sweating most of the time despite the ventilation being as cold as it can be.

Friendly reception, spacious room, except kitchen/resto staff at one time. So rude, unaccomodating
Room was not airconditioned properly. We stayed at 702 and it Only stays at 23C (maybe broken aircon) and it was really hot in Milan at the time, and we really need to cool ourselves. But the reception said it could only go that far. (So unusual). Maybe laziness to attend it. I dont know...It was like a sauna in our room!.we couldve asked for another room but were staying for 2 nights anyway (but still!!) Kitchen staff were very unaccomodating and rude when we asked for some cutleries for our ordered food (from glovo delivery 'cause they forgot to include cutleries) the reception tried to help, but they only gave us one plastic cutleries. I mean, they should have some at least..

Helpful staff, clean rooms, free parking nearby, I could check in around 11:30pm
Breads were directly being put on the trays instead of the plates.
Vegan croissants/bakery items finished too spoon
I chose twin rooms during booking however soon got a message that it is no longer available and a large double bed would be provided. I would appreciate such things being clear during the booking itself.

A real value for money hotel. Enjoyed the hospitality offered by the hotel and the facilities provided. They helped us with a late check-in post midnight as well. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was tasty as well. Definitely recommended 👌
The nearest train station is around 700m. The only negative point I can think of.

Location was ok, 8 min walk from the near metro station. Breakfast was good, room was clean and staff was friendly.
The only thing I didn't like was the bed...it was very hard and uncomfortable. The room itself was very clean and spacious

The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean, sheets and towels are impeccable.
We were not aware that the hotel was actually a student campus until we arrived. The walls in the rooms are not so clean and should be painted. Breakfast is only partially served as a buffet and partially served by the staff, which makes you feel uncomfortable asking for a refill.

The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and they spoke English - a rare thing in Italy so worth emphasizing. The room was clean and had an amazing view of the mountains. It was great to wake up in the morning and see snowy mountain peaks in the distance.
The distance from the city center was acceptable, it took around 8 min to get to the public transport.
This is sth like a dormitory not a regular hotel.
I like breakfasts at hotels. Usually they are lovely and versatile. Here breakfast was horrible. Very poor quality pies/cakes(?) tasting with all sorts of artificial additives. Some untasty cookies that even my kid who loves sweets did not want to eat. Some untasty chocolate spread. When we came for breakfast there were plates with literally 4 or 5 slices of cold meats and cheese for all the people in the dining area and no one from the service even thought about bringing some more. Some sweet yoghurt. Absolutely the worst and unhealthiest breakfast I have ever had in a hotel.

Ease of access
Parking , room style ,looked like we were given a disabled person room and washroom was not good and breakfast was not having good items

Our flight was delayed and it was quite late in the evening when we arrived. The receptionist was very polite and friendly, and the whole check-in process felt welcoming, which made a difference after a long trip (I travelled with two of my teenage children). Contrary to some reviews about this hotel, the room wasn't as big as I expected, but it was very clean and tidied up daily. I guess it's one of those basic but really important things! Secondly, the next point worth mentioning is that the beds were very comfortable.
The hotel is approximately 7-10min walking distance from a Metro station and takes just 10-15 min to the city centre.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing, very basic and not as varied as one would expect. Furthermore, some cooked items were only available if requested at the counter, but there was no notice about it and we only learnt about it by the end of our stay...
