About this villa rental

Villa Can Corona was renovated in 2020. The villa consists of 3 floors and can accommodate 10 to 14 people.

The villa has 6 bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms that share a bathroom. In the basement there is another sleeping area (for 4 persons) with its own bathroom. All bedrooms are suitable for 2 persons (2 single beds of 90x200 or a double bed of 180x200 - with separate mattresses).

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The utility room has an extra fridge, washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms (except the basement) have air conditioning and central heating. The living room has a fireplace. The large (salt water) swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious garden with several terraces and has sea views. Outside is a BBQ / fireplace and there are plenty of parking spaces. The swimming pool can be heated in the early or late season at an additional cost.

A few minutes drive from the beach, surrounded by nature and culture (Barcelona is 40 km away), close to several golf courses, Can Corona is the perfect place to spend your holidays all year round!

We were two families with a total of seven adults and picked this property based on location, description and facilities. It certainly didn’t let us down and proved a great place to stay being away from hustle and bustle but with great access to Barcelona via local train, the beach and local amenities. The place was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped throughout. We had plenty of room for all of us, a great pool for relaxing and the privacy to feel away from it all. A couple of suggestions, it would have been nice to have a welcome pack on arrival even if that was just a bottle of water. The check in wasn’t ideal either as we waited 30 minutes at the property before the property manager arrived. These are minor points overall though and I would definitely recommend this property.

We spent three days as a family of 11 in this house and loved it. We wish we could have stayed more time. Spacious, comfortable, clean, great view. Nice pool, although it was too cool for us to enjoy it. Recommended.

We looked at staying in Barcelona but we knew we needed more space with smaller children. We found this place after broadening our search. This small town was perfect. We stayed for about 2 months. The locals were so nice and embraced us. Mataro Parc was a short drive away and had everything we needed. There was also a local Pharmacia in town, local fish market, etc. that was great for picking up things. The home itself is very spacious. The view from the balconies and the patio are just amazing for sunsets and sunrises. It's gated in so it felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Veronica was a huge help and always available for any questions we had.

Nous y avons séjourné à 11 personnes et tout était parfait! Mieux que sur les photos même ! La vue superbe sur la Méditerranée, le quartier très calme, la magnifique piscine et les extérieurs parfaits nous ont fait passer une super semaine. La grande terrasse permet de passer de très agréables repas et apéritifs avec la vue sur la mer. La maison est, de plus, très bien équipée et très pratique. Si vous voulez passer une semaine sans souci, nous vous recommandons cette location 😀

Lors de la remise des clefs, un nettoyage de surface avait été effectué mais pas en profondeur comme pour les bondes des lavabos par exemple (nous nous en sommes occupés pour les prochains occupants). La maison est agréable et spacieuse mais il manque malheureusement un WC indépendant au rez-de-chaussée pour un confort accru. Les installations sont correctes mais les murs assez fins et la maison reste bruyante. Il aurait été souhaitable que l'on nous change les draps en milieu de séjour comme cela se fait habituellement pour des locations de ce type. Il y avait suffisamment de linge de maison mais les oreillers ne sont pas confortables et certains d'entre nous ont dû en acheter pour dormir correctement. La cuisine est correctement équipée même si nous avons du acheter une poubelle et malgré le minuscule grille pain (c'est une maison pour 14 personnes). Le reste des installations de la maison est en bon état de fonctionnement, notamment la télévision et la climatisation et le wifi de très bonne qualité. Concernant l'extérieur, il offre une très jolie vue sur mer (pensez à tailler les haies tout de même). La terrasse est agréable mais le salon de jardin n'est pas du tout ombragé. Il serait appréciable qu'une toile soit tendue sous la pergola. Les meubles du salon de jardin sont du reste usés, enfoncés et très inconfortables. Le barbecue fonctionne bien et vous pourrez profiter de la grille neuve que nous avons achetée. Le coin repas sur la terrasse est spacieux et accolé à la cuisine . Il faudrait probablement prévoir un store pour le mettre totalement à l'ombre pendant les repas ou utiliser le parasol que le propriétaire nous a fait livrer au début de notre séjour mais que nous avions laissé près de la piscine. Il n'y a pratiquement pas de lumière le soir à cet endroit et nous nous sommes éclairés pendant les repas avec les lampes sorties de l'intérieur de la maison. Le jardin près de la piscine est en gazon synthétique de très bonne qualité et est même plutôt agréable. Les abords de la piscine sont équipés de chaises longues (et grâce à nous d'un parasol) mais pas de petites tables pour poser votre verre ou votre livre par exemple. La maison est située dans un joli quartier résidentiel qui a tout pour être reposant mais ne l'est absolument jamais car tous les voisins autour ont des chiens qui aboient du matin au soir. Il en faudrait assez peu pour que le séjour soit vraiment parfait.

Anderhalve week met familie van 10 personen verbleven. Alles in de villa heeft royale afmetingen, je kunt dus ook met zijn allen in het zwembad. Mooie keuken met alle spullen bij de hand. Verder ook BBQ en tafeltennis veel gebruikt.

Een heel mooie villa, zeer ruim, goed uitgerust, vriendelijke gastvrouw Barbara die heel behulpzaam is. Jammer dat de ligstoelen bij het zwembad er nog niet waren en dat de afvoer in een van de douches op de begane grond verstopt was en niet tijdens ons verblijf kon worden gerepareerd.

Heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien en met de nodige privacy. Wij waren met 8 maar een paar extra had makkelijk gekund. Snelle prettige communicatie met de huisbaas. Een groot terras perfect voor BBQ’en en een fijn zwembad. Groter dan je denkt! Ook ideaal gelegen om dagje Barcelona te doen. Hier komen wij zeker nog een keer terug.

Wat een super mooie villa is het precies zoals op foto’s is te zien. De guestmanager wil alles voor je regelen. En alles zit er in wat je nodig bent en zelfs zijn er Nederlandse boeken en spelletjes aanwezig. Kortom een geweldige vakantie gehad en geen 1 keer in de woonkamer gezeten. Onze complimenten aan de eigenaar en guestmanager.

Wij verbleven met 12 personen in de villa. Het zwembad was heerlijk en heel groot. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden. In de bij keuken stond ook een grote koelkast, wat erg makkelijk is met 12 personen. De supermarkt was maar een paar km rijden. Het enige minpunt waren de slaapkamers beneden in de garage. Dit hebben we opgelost door twee matrassen boven op een slaapkamer erbij te leggen. Barbara was erg vriendelijk, je hoefde haar maar te bellen en het werd geregeld. We hebben super genoten!!!!! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sauber und wunderschön. Wir wurden von unserer Gästebetreuerin sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät beim Haus ankamen. Die Hilfsbereitschaft, die Unkompliziertheit und freundliche Art ihrerseits schätzten wir sehr. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, super ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir konnten unsere Ferien in vollen Zügen geniessen und können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen.
