Very much a guest house rather than a hotel, which afforded a friendly environment being able to meet other guests over breakfast (excellent, by the way) and at other times. Useful laundry service (though capacity had run out when we needed it - there's a coin-op around the corner).
Nothing to do with the hotel, but we had a rogue taxi driver who (despite having instructions in Korean) set off in the wrong direction and dumped us on the street. Beware!
8.0 / 10.0
1. Walking distance from several bus stops especially to the airport bus stop, and to Mokdong station as well
2. The lady is very nice and we became friends (she makes effort to communicate with you even if she does not speak english very well)
3. The breakfast is okay (bread with toaster, strawberry jam, cereal, milk, coffee, and juice)
4. The place is really cute and also clean, and there were a lot of cartoonish reminders on the walls
5. There is the Nambu Market (wet and dry) at the back which you must really visit for cheap stuffs
6. Many restaurants and eateries, salon, and a convenience store in the neighborhood
7. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; complementary bottled water refillable through water dispenser
1. The room is too small if you are a family or group of friends that will stay with too many luggages
2. The aircon suddenly released some dirt but the lady explained that it was because of overheat during the summer. She cleaned it afterwards and apologized a lot which was really kind of her.
3. It would have been nice if there was ventilation in the room since we could not seem to open the window but it was fine.
4. She gave us free extra pillow but extra blanket has a fee per day.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great value for money. They provide breakfast (milk, coffee, toast, jam, cereal).

The woman who greeted us upon check-in was really pleasant and accommodating. Great staff. Location is convenient as there are convenience stores, restaurants, bus stations, and a subway station (a bit far if you walk instead of taking the bus) nearby. Breakfast is also included which is a plus.
The windows make the room quite gloomy, but everything else makes up for it.

The lady tried her best to respond to my complaints, but she had limited options.
1. Not easy to find, even the taxi driver struggled to find it.
2. At the basement was a Karaoke club - not a good sign for the expected level of silence…
3. No English speaking owner, although she (the owner) was quite proficient with her phone and translation. Still the technology is not there yet…
4. The so-called breakfast is just a cold one, no prepared food, just some cereals, milk, orange juice, bread and jam - that’s it! I wouldn’t look for any accommodations with breakfast included in Korea as there is NO proper breakfast provided on any of 3 accommodations we stayed.
5. Breakfast time started at 8:30 - really? We had to head early to the airport and the owner agreed to start at 8:00. Still…
6. The room was really, really small - see pictures.
7. Heating - this is my first time in 18 years of heavy touring when the heating was provided by a bed heater pad - uncomfortable as you need to constantly adjust temperature during the night.
8. Bathroom - dirty, small, weird sink height, no toilet brush - see the pictures. Bleah!

It's close to the airport bus stop, and compare the quality and price, it's worth to stay.
It's little bit far from subway station, but not too bad

Staff was helpful and nice, own room with private bathroom and good value for money.
Bed was hard, ac only had on/off switch without possibility to change temperature of fan settings, breakfast was limited and location is not the best.

I stayed here on my “layover” between arriving to Korea and flying to Jeju. There’s direct airport (ICH & GPO) bus that stops on the Main Street close by so it was perfect for what I needed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me resolve a mixup that I made. Price even included basic breakfast which I appreciated. Very clean. I didn’t hear any special noise but I was staying one night on a weekday.

For a private room in a hostel, it was nice. The bed was a little hard for my taste, but overall, a great experience.
Noisy road next to the building

El metro está un poco lejo
