Excelente relación calidad/precio.

La habitación es muy amplia, el desayuno es muy variado, y la ubicación es bastante buena si estás cerca de Corferias. Hay algunos restaurantes muy cercanos. Siempre hay taxis disponibles en la recepción

Excelente desayuno, el hotel queda cerca del aeropuerto y en una zona tranquila. Muy amables y profesionales con respecto a la atención al cliente.

La habitación tenía una de las cortinas dañadas y no se podían abrir.

La disposición del personal Éramos familia en dos habitaciones, fuimos por asunto familiar y deberíamos renovar la estadía día día Nos bloqueaban las tarjetas todas las mañanas y no podíamos trasladarnos de una habitación a la otra pues la llave magnética te limita a ir solamente a tu habitación En recepción no solucionaban nada No volvería ni recomendaría

Excelente opción Costo / Beneficio cerca del aeropuerto.

Las instalaciones son buenas y las habitaciones cómodas. En la Planta Baja hay un patio de comidas que tiene una buena variedad de lugares para comer. El Desayuno es muy bueno y variado.

El Wifi no era muy bueno en la habitación. Está más cerca del aeropuerto que del centro, por lo que es importante entender a dónde te moverás.

First time to Bogota - would definitely stay at the Wyndham again. GREAT value and quality.

Courteous staff - very clean and tidy, modern but comfortable. Shuttle / taxi service was outstanding - very appreciative of Freddy (taxi) and our airport shuttle. Price was very reasonable - quality of the rooms was great.

Wifi was too slow for business purposes. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices, but somehow we felt we were missing something from the menu (but we couldn't figure out what we wanted). Some items seemed to have sat too long in the heating dish (example, pancakes were crunchy / crusty - not soft and fresh). Lots of road noise - but not at fault of the property - just something to consider.

Very bad place in general. Incompetent staff, unpleasant atmosphere overall. Reservation, but hotel was "full" and the staff kept lying for half a day. My stay was cancelled. But again: very bad place in general. Others confirmed the sale. Stay away...

Exceptional

Everything, excellent choice. 2nd time staying here. You can imagine if I stayed again, how good it is. Perfect spot, and restaurants around hotel, awesome. Clean, accesible and great people! The security for the rooms is outstanding. No outsider can't come in.

An amazing stay.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Its about a 15 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport in a very safe location a block away from the US embassy and other government buildings. It is also about a 15 minute walk from the mall. The ground floor provided different food and drink options which is very convenient if you arrive after a long travel day. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful and always with a smile. I plan to be back soon and will be staying here again.

Breakfast was great and so was all staff.

No hair conditioner in the bathroom (they don’t provide it any more), no shower gel so I had to go to store to buy some.

The views were incredible and the staff were accomodating. The room was warm, clean and you couldn't hear the traffic. Great location! Lots of restaurants nearby. The airport shuttle was super useful and efficient.

The hot part of the breakfast was a bit strange as it had big pieces of meat and fried tofu... But there was an amazing variety of fruit and lots of juices etc

Good short stay but unfriendly staff.

great location, awesome breakfast, nice facilities

The staff at reception and cleaning. I stayed for two days and I paid an extra charge to have one more person with us, because I was never allowed to reserve for 3. I needed an extra towel and never received it. I had to ask the cleaning person who was in the hall to give me a towel and the person asked me why. I had to explain that I paid for one extra towel to finally get the towel. I have never been treated like that before in a hotel. not even in a one star hotel.
