Mis-categorized/description of room. I booked an ocean view room, and this room was barely a partial ocean view.

Absolutely perfect! Away from hustle n bustle. Close access to quiet and beautiful beaches and everyone who we had pleasure of meeting at tbe Lotus (yoobi/ Anne/ Mervin & Rhiana ) were so incredibly helpful and nice. Room and views to beach/ Diamond Head were gorgeous! We will be back :)

Great location and service. Anne at the front desk was amazing. We arrived early and the were able to check us in early. Mahalo to the staff and this is a wonderful hotel for our overnight trip.

I booked the hotel for my dad for my wedding. He loved it. Everything from the complimentary wine, to the beautiful view of Diamond head, Waikiki, and the ocean. Situated slightly away from the hustle and bustle, next to the huge park, it was the perfect location for my dad (age 78)

The hotel is older but quaint. The bed was very comfortable and the restaurant on site was excellent.

Ordinary. We stay at 3rd Floor & it's parking view. And our terrace was just beside the roof but every morning someone from upper floors threw the bread into the roof and so may pigeons gathers... Not comfortable.

I regret to say that my experience with this hotel was disappointing. I had informed them in advance that I would be checking in late, but it seems my room was given away, assuming I wouldn't arrive. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk for about 30 minutes. Despite calling and knocking on the door, I received no response. After a long flight, this was incredibly frustrating.
When the front desk clerk finally arrived, he seemed to blame me for the delay and was quite rude. He even threw the check-in paperwork at me and made a comment about “Californians being so impatient,” which felt unfair, considering I had waited at the front desk for half an hour. At one point, the clerk leaned in as if he wanted to fight, which was both intimidating and unprofessional. I have this moment recorded on video.
To make matters worse, the room I had originally reserved wasn’t available. Despite booking online and completing pre-check-in the day before, they offered what they called an "upgrade"—a room with two queen beds, which was far from ideal for my wife and me, especially since we were celebrating our honeymoon. The clerk's attitude was dismissive, and he suggested I speak to the owner the next day if I had issues.
We ended up taking the room with two beds and had to sleep separately on our honeymoon. Although the rest of the stay was fine, I noticed a hold on my card for seven days after checking out and have yet to receive a response to my email inquiry.

Closed near from Kaimana beach and Kapiolani park.
Although very quite for just beyond the waikiki town limit, it is walking distance to the town.
Room is very clean and comfortable. only things I claimed is no bathtub.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel one night and we were given a room with double beds. Both of us are tall so we do not fit well on a double bed. They said they didn’t have any rooms with king beds available, however we checked in early so it is not possible that they had run out of rooms. The staff member who checked us in was very unfriendly. At night the room was pretty noisy and you could hear noise from people partying. Not a very restful sleep. Hotel room was clean but a bit old looking in the bathroom. If we come back to Waikiki, we will not be returning. I suspect the reason we got the room with double beds is because we booked with Expedia.

We did not receive our bottle of complementary bottle of wine as stated

The resort was very nice, staff was very informative and accommodating.
Disappointed that our room had a partial ocean view, not an ocean view room as we paid for, and also being gold members we were supposed to receive a bottlen of wine. Never received.
At check in, the staff was friendly greeting us with fresh lemongrass cooling towels and fresh local guava juice. We thoroughly enjoyed the welcome greeting.

Elevator is broken so I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs. Not fun.

Loved the location. Overall the staff was lovely and mostly helpful. Rooms are on desperate need of New furniture... stained and ripped appointments.

This elevator needs to be fixed here. We walked up to the 11th floor and it was not fun.

Not a superbe location. Walls are paper thin.

The valet staff were excellent and very friendly! I couldn't say the same about the front desk. We had an issue of being over charged that took about 3-4 months to finally get resolved. That was disappointing. The manager gave us the run around. It's a nice location and close to Waikiki. It's a reasonable price point.

Disappointing experience didn't feel welcome and we were not offered any upgrades or the complimentary wine even after asking for it . Amenities in the room were limited to one coffee per day , the breakfast options were very limited and paper cups for breakfast and croissant in a bag, not a plate . No outdoor area to sit and relax other than room balcony and that only had 2 hard upright chairs no loungers.

The property was conveniently located in a beautiful spot. The view was adequate. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; cleaning was regularly done. Elevator was not the best. Overall a great experience and would recommend to others.

Not much to look at from the outside, but once you enter you know its a nice place. Clean and smells nice. The staff is crazy nice and accommodating. The cold towel while waiting was refreshing. I have zero complaints. Parking is $50 and I felt guilty about not tipping the valet.

Amazing property with amazing staff! Great beaches just steps away. Amazing restaurants 10 min walking or 5 minutes with the bikes provided free of charge through the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here! Short walk to everything Waikiki has to offer!

We stayed for 9 nights and have pretty extensive travel experience domestically and internationally. The pros of the location: quieter, Diamonhead, the park across the street, most of the staff, Arden the restaurant. The cons for us: didnt get the requested connected rooms and didn't find out until we checked in at 10pm, breakfast for sale isnt always available, views are limited or obstructed, not all the staff is customer focused, our room was worn out and needed new rug, unstained furniture, restaurant wasn't open every night so had to go to other places if you wanted a cocktail or food, parking is not free, NO pool.

Solid hotel in Diamond Head. Nearby access to a very small, constantly packed beach. Expensive resort fees for no amenities. Very no-frills experience.

Amazing stay. Super friendly staff!

Good views but pricey for the amount of distance, main restaurant, the big draw of the hotel, was closed for a private event.
If I was a first timer, I wouldn’t start here, this is great for the view provided but still too far away unless you have business this far from Waikiki and Ala Moana.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was fantastic from the moment we arrived. We felt like we were family visiting other family!
Every time we left, we were sent off to have a great day. Every time we returned, we were greeted as if just getting home.
I mentioned the last night I was alone, and would be checking out by myself. What a sweet surprise. It was to have Cody the bellman Call me in the morning and ask what assistance I would like for my checkout.
I can't imagine coming to Waikiki and staying Anywhere but this lovely hotel.

They charge a high resort fee to not even have a pool. Also a 40 dollar valet that has limited hours, if you plan on eating there look at the menu first. Room was outdated and not how it looked on the website. Very mid place, not all ocean views are the same, I got a high floor ocean view and was placed on a corner that had another hotel in the middle of the view.

2 nights with my Granddaughters. Easy access to the Ocean with a nice private spot. Bonus to watch Hawaii Monk Seals behind hotel. Beautiful property, treated like royalty. Excellent customer service! Absolutely loved our visit. Easy walk to all food and shopping to avoid hassle of parking. Valet was well worth the price. Highly recommend !
