There was burn cigarettes on the sheets the tub was stained and the back of the tv and microwave was full of dust.

Service was friendly and attentive. TV didn’t work but they fixed it right away. Tub was in bad condition, didn’t work properly. Sheets had cigarette burns. I don’t think the room was priced right.

I reserved a room for a business trip, and the only one left by the time I could get there was absolutely disgusting in every way possible. I was willing to stick it out at first, but the second I plugged in my charger, a little roach crawled across the bedside table. When I returned to the lobby to ask for a refund, the attendant refused because it was so late at night. I can't believe a place like this is even allowed to stay in business.

Not a safe place. I had a few days away from my patient. I had to save money so i found Super 8 motel on Hotels.com. 1st it was not easy to check in, apparently immigration is not doing their job because i was asked why i was using my passport! Don't worry Homelabd security knows about all immigrants. 2nd of all, it seemed that some people come there for a few hours make a racket in their room and then leave with whomever they brought! Then th we e is always some idiot yelling all hours. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet seat scared me! It will bot cost much to update this place and keep the direspectful people out! I had to ask one of my friends who lives in Bridgeport to come stay with me whilst i was there. There were some kind people who worked there.

Do not stay at this hotel! The room smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on the comforter and floors. Felt and looked really dirty. I think this hotel is used for the homeless. The front office has a list of people to not let stay in due to urinating on the bed. Not sure what that was about. We actually canceled our reservations after seeing the rooms and found a hotel in the next town. The front office, however, was really nice about it and completely understood.

There was no evidence of bed bugs, but I would not describe this place as clean. Only 3 pillows for a king bed. They were flat and tired. Bed was comfy though. Broken toilet seat and floor tiles. Shower was not that clean but water pressure was good. They advertise breakfast… there was definitely NO breakfast.

The bed was clean thankfully. That was probably my only positive feedback. The pillows were lumpy. The bed creaked quite a bit. There were holes and rust patches everywhere. There were all sorts of weird stains in the bathroom and all over the walls of the room. Outside I’m not sure what was going on but there were fights, arguing, door slamming, cars screeching all night.

The hotel was terrible. Inside and outside were dirty. Carpets were so dirty that our socks were black. Curtains would not close properly. Bathroom outlet inoperable. Toilet was so low that I needed help getting up. Other electrical outlets that worked were almost non accessible. Handicap parking too narrow. Would never go again. This hotel should not have a Wyndham rating!

The location was fine. Some of the other guests were questionable. There was mold on the walls and ceiling tiles of the bathroom. The door jamb was split to the bathroom. The tub/shower faucet was loose and almost broken off but good water pressure and temperature. The sink and floor and toilet were clean. The sink was cracked in the basin though. AC worked great. Double pane windows had condensation in them. Continental breakfast was barely there. Yogurt, a couple of old apples, a coffee machine, a juice machine, and a couple of Costco granola bars. No napkins. There was a roaster and a microwave but nothing to put in either. Staff was very nice and accommodating when asked for extra towels in the evening.

No TV service for 2 out of three days. No compensation. The rooms need a makeover. Stained curtains and walls. No comforter. Latch on door was loose. People hanging outside their rooms. The only thing that was convenient was the location because there’s plenty of places to walk to and eat.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in!!! NO maid service! I asked to get sheets cleaned they said they do not do that but would do it in evening never showed with new sheets until my husband had to call. Ants and bugs thru out room- dirty carpets. NO speaks English so can’t communicate with any of the staff. Police in and out of parking lot all day very shady there. I regret booking this hotel

This property is poorly maintained. So many issues with the room and its condition. Crappy bathroom door. Holes in the wall from the door. The list goes on. Who ever remodeled this hotel. It was a managers special. And the deposit is overpriced for its condtion

Very disappointed.Very noisey,could not sleep,paper thin walls,room was too close to the main road.Get this My wife and I left in the morning to visit relatives,when we returned and very tired at 11 pm we opened the door to find the room wasn't serviced.When I went to the office to complain the guy he said they only have room service on Mondays & Fridays.I couldn't believe his answer. In all fairness though he did send a girl to service the room within 1 half hour.Come on though,room service 2 days a week? Traveler beware!

Smoke affected room. Draperies hanging off the rails telephone not working tv inoperable no blow dryer. No cups mascara on pillow case. Trash outside overflowing. Person in distress in the room next to our room was hollering and banging all night. Staff advised and did nothing to correct the issue.

First room we were given there was no actual glass in the bathroom window and we were on the first floor. Second room we were given bathroom window did not lock, door did not lock from the inside so we only used the big lock(door could still be opened 1 1/2 “) it was late when we noticed this. A smoke detector in the room next door beeped all night like it needed a new battery, so we did not sleep. When we got there on Saturday there were 2 cops there and when we were leaving on Sunday

Let’s just say I had to Re-was the shower, re-wipe the entire hotel room and let me say all my Lysol wipes were black and dirt filled wasn’t happy about that. We had a problem closing the blinds had to use a hair clip to close them. The place was stinky we felt unsafe if they wanted me to come back here for free I’d gladly pass!!!!

Dirty and disgusting, inside and out. Had hole in the wall. shower curtain falling of the wall, frame around bathroom mirror missing. chucks of something I don't want to think about on the wall and floor. Alcohol bottles in the walkway. Did not feel safe. Cops came each day to look at the requestion log of guest and licensed plate of cars in the lot. Seen repairs being done to entrance drive thru to facility. when done repair was not complete and pieces of plaster hanging to fall on a car sometime in the short future.
