It is a nice hotel with friendly staff at the front desk. The only complaint is the water for my shower was luke warm. The faucet was on the hottest setting but no really HOT water.

Good last minute booking. Hotel is very quiet and beds are comfortable. It is conveniently located near restaurants. Cleaning and maintenance could be improved.

one night stay after a reception close by. The corridor in the hotel is winding, long,& spooky. It is striving for that Boho look and feel, but it is not working. I wouldn't stay there again as there are better hotels close by

problem with check in, we waited 1.5 hrs for someone to show up to check us in and about 10 other couples/families. Someone didnt show up for work. The assistant Manager was called and came in, he was very apologetic and kind. However waitimg that long was not an ideal situation.

We stayed 2 night as a part of our summer vacation. It was not a good stay, and don't recommend this location. The problems we encountered: the shower was terrible, such low pressure it took forever to rinse off; the toilet would only flush if the lever was push down a specific way; the comforter on the bed was very dirty/stained; we requested extra pillows but were told they had NONE; there was a very large religious group staying at the hotel with NO supervision. They were running up and down the halls, slamming doors and yelling until after 1:00am. Would not stay here again.

Overall great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Our only small issue was that we were put in room 200 which is right across from the elevator and also next to the equipment room for the elevator so every time the elevator went up or down you could hear the equipment and could smell fumes in the room throughout the stay.

I arrived to check in and the hotel Night Auditor was not able to process my booking because Hotel.coms virtual card was nkt working on their system. I had to call hotels.com and only after being on the phone for over an hour, was i told that i could finally check in. By the time we were able to go to bed it was well after 3 a.m. I was promised a credit from a Hotels.com representative over the phone last night, but there has been nothing added to my account for this horrible experience.
