Welcome to the Hollywood Bowl Loft! This open space is well designed with high ceilings, remodeled chic bathroom, new carpeting & modern touches. Stainless steel kitchen appliances from microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, plus Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle and toaster. It offers the best of comfort & chic living. It's in a gated building with indoor parking in a bustling walking Hollywood neighborhood near Melrose, Beverly Hills, and Universal Studios.

There are a set stairs to enter the unit from the garage and inside the home for the loft area. If you have small children or mobility issues, this home is not ideal for you.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! This is a permitted vacation rental with the City of Los Angeles Home Sharing Dept. We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.
This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.
* Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Valid Photo ID required from all Adult Guests.
* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS : 6 Guests
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 7 am. No Outdoor Music during this time. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.

The location of this property is great. It is just 6 minutes away to universal studio. It is also very clean and comfy. We had a great time.

The AC was off prior to walking in and was very hot. You would think the AC Would have been on for the people coming.
The place had a smell. You could see the couches had some stains. The carpet may need to be taken out to do away with the smell.
The location was good and the parking was nice. It wasn't bad, just needed a good cleaning and the AC to be on for guest coming

The blow up bed was UNCOMFORTABLE for my son/ daughter . The futon sofa was not up to par. It almost broke when my husband and I sat on it.

We really enjoyed the setup, atmosphere, and walkability of the location. It was great to have a quiet space to retreat to after a day on the town. We hope to book this again the next time we are in the area!

The place was not as clean as we would’ve liked. There was hair in the shower, stains on the furniture and a filthy carpet. The whole place smelled liked a musty attic. We opened
the sliding glass doors for some fresh air but was unable to get rid of the smell. I think the smell must have been in the dirty carpet or furniture. The advertisement said it slept six. We were a family of four and found the place not able to accommodate even four. There is a queen bed, a full bed and an air mattress. The problem was there was not enough linens for four people. The air mattress had one pillow with it. The pillow had a big stain on it so we couldn’t use it. There was one spare blanket but that had stains and hair on it so we refused to use that. We ended up having to purchase an extra blanket and pillow. The location was perfect but sadly this was not one of our favorite VRBOs.

This was our second stay at the Franklin Hollywood Bowl Loft and we expect to continue making it our go to place whenever we visit LA. The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet - and the garage parking is a big plus. The location is also super convenient with many restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions within walking distance. Definitely recommend staying here.

My kids and I loved the close walk to Hollywood Blvd, short drive to the Hollywood sign, and close proximity to Universal Studios. Very easy to navigate the neighborhood and surrounding attractions. A great place to stay to get a taste of Hollywood.

I had an incredible stay at the two-bedroom condo in Hollywood, CA. The location was unbeatable, placing me in the heart of all the action. The stylish and well-appointed interior provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living space, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable that I woke up refreshed every morning. I can't wait to return!

We travelled here from Montreal two adults, two children 15-12.
The appartement was excellent, walk to Hollywood boul 2-3 minutes. (Chinese theater, walk of fame…..)
The interior parking was Perfect and necessary.
All of us really enjoyed our stay ! Only little thing for me was the pillows… but there where more available.
Near the main roads there is a homeless population but we never felt unsafe.
I suggest a car for all the sights like beach, getty, Lacma …
Would suggest and do again anytime !

Very good place to stay in Los Angeles, close to tourist attractions and restaurants, also the safe area for walking. The staff took great care of us from the moment we arrived until we left, it was a very pleasant experience.

Loved this property! It was a great location if you are wanting to do all of the tourist attractions in Los Angeles. Easy check in process, property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer was nice to have. Gated entrance and parking made us feel safe. Only suggestions would be new pillows (I like mine fluffier) and a TV in the Bedroom.

Gave a 3 because the ventilation wasnt very good. It also has a smell of cigarette smoke. I grew up in a smokers household and am very sensitive. The sheets need to be upgraded to a more breathable fabric. The top sheet felt like polyester. Had to call for additional bedding for 3rd bed but they were sweet and brought right away and pulled bed down which is by the way very uncomfortable. Best for 2 couples.

Excellent overall experience. Location was great, bed was comfy and you felt super secure in the gated community. Loved the extra touches like make up wipes and there was basic toiletries also. Only missing element was a long mirror and I could not find a single spot that allowed you to see your outfit full length. A very easy and cheap fix. You should also provide washing tabs as I had to go and buy a full pack of Tide for two washes! Only issues were trivial and all in all this is a great property in a fantastic area, with great amenities, so highly recommended.

Great townhouse near multiple tourist attractions including Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of Fame and Sunset Blvd. Close to many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the succulent garden in the shared area and the 2 parking spaces which made driving around a breeze. Everything was perfect and have no complaints at all. Will book again if we go back to LA.

Hollywood Hills was wonderful! The property is as represented. Danny was very helpful in navigating the check-in process and it was nice knowing someone was there if we needed. The location was perfect! Close to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Perfect for close proximity to everything Hollywood. The apartment was nice. The parking garage was a bonus! So nice to have guaranteed parking. I would stay here again!

Overall we were happy with the apartment. Issues from previous renter and broken TV were dealt with immediately. We made our teens share the torture of sleeping on the futon which had an uncomfortable bar down the middle. Very convenient location near Hollywood boulevard and Griffith park.

Very quiet and private location. Conveniently located to everything. Appreciated having 2 balconies for morning and afternoon sun. Nice open layout unit, we were very comfortable.
