SPECTACULAR ABSOLUTE OCEANFRONT 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo in Kailua-Kona!!

The spacious lanai starts and ends your day in paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee and relax to the sound of the surf while watching whales (in season), spinner dolphins, outriggers, and the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Experience glorious sunsets with a beverage of choice in hand, relaxing in any of the comfortable seating, including a higher seating dining table (not bistro height) to help with viewing ocean while dining right next to it!

The condo is part of a boutique complex that has only 15 units, an ocean-front swimming pool, and small sandy beach area. The condo is centrally located mid-point on Alii Drive, 2 miles South of downtown Kailua-Kona, and conveniently close to beaches, shopping, and dining.

The fully air-conditioned condo has a King Bed in the Ocean-front Primary Bedroom, and also in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have beautiful walk-in tiled showers, granite vanity tops and imported sinks for fun color! The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counter tops and lots of counter space. All new stainless steel appliances. The condo has new comfortable furniture with ample seating, quality towels and linens, washer/dryer, along with a million dollar view that will all help to make for an absolutely blissful vacation! This very clean condo is perfect for a family visit, or for just a romantic getaway!

The condo is on the second floor of a three story building and has assigned, covered parking space.

We do have an elevator for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor, but at entry to building, there are 5 steps/stairs to get to the first floor and elevator.

I work with a Turo (online vehicle rental company) representative on the big island for vehicle rentals, and my guests do get a nice discount!! Ask me about details and for the links on Turo.com for his vehicles.

Do not hesitate to book this condo in Kona area. The location is perfect for easy access for your adventures and dining, beautiful setting right on the ocean. Amazing sunsets on spacious lanai! This property was one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever stayed! Everything was clean, prepared, and easy. Our kids loved the access to the pool. The view was remarkable, location was perfect. The condo was just as pictured online, with a wide lanai to listen to the ocean and watch dolphins and boats. Everything we needed was provided from paper products to spices to laundry detergent. The condo was super clean and very quiet. We had a wonderful time and hope to come again for vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with his parents, and it was perfect! Having separate bathrooms was ideal. Everything was so clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook anything while there. The entire property is beautifully decorated. That lanai...WOW! I will never forget those sunsets! We absolutely loved eating dinner out there, and it was also perfect for a morning cup of coffee. If we didn't have so many fun things planned to do around the island, I would've spent all of my time out there. I cannot recommend this property enough. Holly was incredibly easy to communicate with, and she left detailed instructions inside the condo, making check in and check out so smooth. We hope to return as soon as possible! Mahalo, Holly!

Holly is truly a premium host with a premium condo. Everything is so well decorated and cozy and that lanai has a breathtaking view of the ocean. My wife and I had an absolute wonderful vacation on the big island. This was in no small part due to the absolutely flawless accommodations provided by Holly. Kitchen - we tend to prepare our own meals and the home had ALL the necessary tools - of very good quality - to meet all our needs. Bedrooms & Bathrooms - beautifully appointed, spacious, wonderful views from master, comfortable beds. Living space - open, inviting and comfortable - great furniture and furnishings. Lanai - hard to describe aside from paradise. We enjoyed many meals and sunsets, as well as simply idyllic relaxation, mesmerized by the blue and white waves rhythmically overtaking the black lava rock. It truly felt like a second home and while we were so busy with island activities - diving, snorkeling, hiking, fishing, exploring - coming back to the homebase always was a highlight! Can't say enough good things about it. We've traveled extensively and always stay in a VRBO home and this one may be at the tippy top. We'll be back!

This was the perfect condo for our stay. The views are stunning. The property is exceptionally clean and has all the little extras that you would need. Having the extra beach gear really came in handy and was much appreciated. It also has AC which really was very nice. Cant say enough wonderful things about this property!

There is no other property in Kona to compare with this property. You have the ocean at your doorstep. The property has new appliances and furniture which is unusual for any rental. But the two most important highlights are the nearness of the ocean and central air conditioning.

The unit overall is nice, but the Master bedroom and Lani overlooking the water is amazing! A lap pool which was great when the waves were to big to go in the ocean. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back soon.

Just a great condo that cannot be recommended. Highly enough. Yes it is the view and the lanai that makes us over the top but the entire unit was great. We had a couple of very small issues, nothing directly related to the condo and the. We absolutely love this property! The view from the Lanai was amazing! My husband and I witnessed a double whale breach from the Lanai! We also saw dolphins, turtles and a Hawaiian Monk Seal! The condo has everything you could possible need during your vacation! We are repeat customers and we hope to return again sometime soon!

The resort is small but quiet. The rooms are huge and spacious. Updated and clean. The lanai is amazing. Sunsets are stunning. Turtles, whales and dolphins while having a glass of wine …simply lovely. Brand new washer and dryer and all the kitchen and beach gear you could need. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location of this property is perfect. Away from the hustle of town yet close enough to walk or a quick drive to restaurants. The lanai is pure magic. Slept with the windows open at night and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks put us right to sleep. Saw a pod of spinner dolphins while having breakfast one day. Highly recommend and would come back here in a heartbeat!

We just loved the property. The Lanai and the sound of the waves when you go to bed at night were heavenly. Holly really took care of every detail. I loved the artisian soap that was provided in addition to the hand soap that did not have dyes. The sheets on the bed were so soft and the towels were very soft and thick. The condo has tile through put and was just really nice. The fans were all really quiet and provided a nice breeze. My only suggestion is to put another lamp in the living room so you do not have to use the fan lights. Overall it was a very nice place to stay. We particularly liked that it was not near the heart of Kona, so it was quieter.

The balcony on this condo was EVERYTHING! This place has an oceanfront picture perfect view of sunsets framed with palm trees, tide pools, greenery and a small private beach. Next to the refreshing pool is a charcoal grill with a table and chairs so you can eat outside. The condo itself is furnished nicely with a spacious full kitchen and plenty of towels and linens. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the sheets are soft. The air conditioning works GREAT. My husband and I stayed for 8 nights with his parents and we had the best time just sitting on the balcony all day. We never got tired of it and we never felt like we had to get out to see the beauty of the island. Pair that with the comfort of the condo and the pool downstairs and it’s a complete getaway. The location is about 10 minutes south of the busy town and is situated between 2 major grocery stores. There is a liquor store/mini mart a few minutes away that came in clutch a few times. The property managers communication was good. Her quick responses gave me assurance that she was ready and able to help should the need arise and it did not. I highly recommend this condo. We will be staying here again.

This property is amazing. It has everything you need for a beach vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, there are power strips for charging, boogie boards, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and all the little details make this place perfect. Watching the sunset on the lanai was a highlight of our trip. When we were back at the co do we spent most of our time on the lanai. The only thing I would say to lookout for is the parking spot. If you aren’t comfortable parking a large vehicle in a tight spot, then opt for a smaller vehicle. Overall this place is amazing and we would come back again.
