This Vancouver condo was light, bright, clean and the absolute perfect location! Two minute walk to the water taxi over to Granville Public Market, one minute walk to bike rentals and direct bike lanes to Stanley Park, plus very close to restaurants and groceries and coffee. We enjoyed everything about our stay here!

Glass enclosed penthouse is the views and location. Couldn’t want for better. Easy access to everything Vancouver has to offer but sometimes you just wan to stay and enjoy the property. We will be back !

Location is safe, pleasant and convenient to numerous points of interest and services. Unit itself is bright, inviting and offers impressive views of surrounding area. Host is very accommodating.
Visitors should know the space is quite tight for a larger group (4 or more), including master bedroom, which may or may not make a difference depending on your agenda. Also, unit lacks a/c and window screens. Finally, building is beginning to show its age. For us these were minor limitations and we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay. Iman and his team were great - meeting us at the property and making sure we had all that we needed. The apartment was well supplied including coffee, tea, toiletries, and other supplies. The location is awesome - steps away from the water taxi to Granville Island and walking distance to downtown.

The best part of the experience was the host (Iman) who personally welcomed us to the condo. The condo was in a quiet and safe neighborhood right on the Seawall. It was in a great location - down the street from the ferry that takes you to Granville Island, and walking distance to great shopping. Also, the amenities are very well stocked. Iman really makes it a very personal and wonderful experience!

I loved this condo. It has great views, great location to stores, restaurants, etc. The condo itself is bright, well laid out and well maintained. The property managers were very quick to reply with any question. Highly recommended spot.

Iman is a great host
We arrived earlier than the check in, he let us leave the luggages in the condo and the same when we left. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very nice place close to Granville Island. He send us a list of convenient around. Very easy and fast to check in and out. Response is fast if there’s any question about the condo

We loved our stay in beautiful Vancouver! The short walk down to the Aqua Taxi stand was so convenient for a weekend stay prior to our Alaskan Cruise. Be aware that to access the patio/balcony areas you have to step up and over a threshold. My disabled elderly mom was able to manage it but might be an issue for others. The views and safe area were perfect. Thank you!

I have stayed at several homeshares in Vancouver, and this was certainly the best. The location is ideal, an easy walk to anywhere downtown, and the Aquabus to Granville island is just steps away. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a spacious living area area with a sofa bed. It easily accommodated our 5 people. Our host Iman was wonderful -- he checked in regularly to see how we were doing and offer tips. But the best thing about the place is the THREE balconies-- 2 of which are huge! -- with views so beautiful you could cry. We hope to come back very soon. THANK YOU IMAN!!

This was our first time staying here and we were not disappointed. The listing showed a penthouse with three separate roomy balconies and that's exactly how nice it was.
Iman kept in touch with us during our initial trip there so he could greet us and show us to parking and the suite. He was kind and very friendly. He gave us a lot of information and even texted us additional information in case it wasn't in the condo.
The condo itself is fantastic. It was clean, very roomy with those awesome views of the city and the water. There were many amenities he furnished the condo with, so we were never left wanting. There was even a water filter jug in the fridge and a good number of food items he had for us in case we were hungry on arrival.
The location was fantastic. It's a quick walk to the water and you can take the Aquabus to a number of different stops to explore. All in all, a great rental and one we'd be more than happy to stay again! Thank you, Iman!

Iman is very organized and a great host. The location is awesome with easy access for vehicles and the water taxis are very close. The apartment is very well kept and fully furnished with all the things you will need except for food. Very good stores and shops close by as well as eating establishments.

The apartment is perfectly located and has spacious stalls for guest parking underground (a rarity in the city!). Easy to check in and out, sweet little welcoming gifts, all in a cozy space on those rainy Vancouver days. Thank you Iman!

We arrived during the winter storm of the century. Our host greeted us on time and made for an easy check-in. We had everything to enjoy our stay provided for us. In the morning we were surprised to find the water taxi feet from the building. A quick trip across the water to Granville Island Market for some last minute holiday shopping.

We stayed with our three teenagers for a long weekend. The communication with the host was excellent and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we’d need for a comfortable stay. The property is in an excellent location. We enjoyed a day pass on the Aqua Bus, with a stop steps from the property. There is a nice grocery and drug store as well as many cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance. The Sea wall is also nearby and very nice to stroll. Only wish we could have stayed a little while longer.
