Great stay

It was basically an entire hotel center. They had a beautiful garden, a patio for sitting and bringing in drinks, a massage area in the back and a very excellent location. I would highly recommend it.

Terrible, waste of time, do not travel here

This hotel was a disaster. We pre-confirmed our parking and check-in requirements in writing in Spanish and the hotel confirmed that everything was fine, they had room and could accommodate our large, oversize vehicles. This turned out to not be true, and we had to spend our entire day arranging for alternate parking for one of our vehicles. The other was parked on property but was later blocked in by another guest with the hotels knowledge and permission. This prevented us from departing the hotel to meet another appointment. As it turns out due to the hotels refusal to have the car moved or towed, we were forced to contact the local municipal police to file a complaint and have them contact the owner of the hotel to have the car moved or forcibly towed. This again delayed us on our schedule and we had to move our appointment which inconvenienced the other party as well. We also had problems with the underage check in girl who was not old enough, nor knowledgeable enough to run an entire hotel by herself, yet she was the only one available on property for two days. We plan on disputing our hotel charge for non performance of services and we left an entire day early.

Do not stay here!! The parking is only suitable for mini coopers or vw bug size cars. There is only limited parking in size and access. The check in process is un-organized and un-suitable. The staff is underage and untrained in town information, hotel information, and lacks hospitality service and training. The hotel is currently being used for long term tenants with multiple pets (cats, dogs and birds). While they do accept pets the hotel rooms are so small that it is hard to turn around in the room, there is no luggage storage and no auxiliary staff. The town itself is unattractive with many broken down cars and trucks parked permanently on the streets which hinders local traffic and there is a lot of street litter and graffiti.
