It took me 1 hour and 35 minutes just to register. I was told 2 people called out sick. The two that were there were not very fast. They should have called in the day shift. Hotel staff did nothing to comfort those waiting in line. They required photo ids for EVERYONE in the room. Whose business is that? My husband was waiting in the car. I had to go get his id.

The hotel seemed to be in disrepair in some areas. Carpet was ragged at the seams. In doorways. Dust flew out heater when I turned it on. The staff was friendly. However this area is simply not safe. Homeless and drug addicts were on the property I had to bring in all my property from my car due to the fear that it would be broken into.

Super friendly desk clerk and security guard, not just with me, but with other guests as well. The hotel was cheap and the decor looks well worn. The mattress was a bit thin, but there were plenty of pillows. Lots of security and bright lights in the casino parking lots - this is good because there appear to be a lot of vagrants around. First time traveling with my cat - not an issue at all.

We came to hotel at 130pm and we were very rudely told before we even got to the counter we could not check in until 3pm we said ok Thank you We came back at 3 and there was a long line but when I got to the counter I was told they needed a ID for everyone that was going to be in the room my husband was parking our truck she was so rude about everything he came in and gave her his DL it was just a very BAD experience We will never stay there again!

Person at front desk was very kind. She had a long line of guests to deal with because they keep this place short-staffed. My room was clean. However, it is extremely dingy. A lot of Maintenance needs to be done. Air in the room was smelly due to air conditioner/heater having a crappy uncleaned filter. Toilet is constantly running and rust lines the inside of the toilet bowl. Faucet needs repair in the tub because it was constantly running hot water. The mattress was crappy and uncomfortable

when I got to the hotel, the staff were really nice and helpful. The rooms were OK but the bed not OK. The shower barely worked but clean and the most important thing for me when I stay at a property is the bed and the shower. We left a day early because of it, but like I said, the staff were awesome

The room I was first in was certainly not a great one - the difference between second floor 😪 and 7th was like 2 different hotels! First room the air conditioner didn’t work and it took 2 tries to get someone to look at it. I also cut my arm on a towel rack - but they did give me alcohol, neosporin and bandage.

A lot of ladies of the night are roaming around the property and located in the casino attached to hotel. I did not feel safe by myself playing in casino.

The floors are extremely dirty where dogs urinate and they don’t clean the carpets. We did not have in our room, a trash can, an ice bucket, no coffee cups, no bulb for one light. Bathroom emergency bar broke so I didnt get to shower. And every time the air kicked on it made a load squealing sound until it shut off. For a casino you would think it would be a whole lot better then it is!!

The area of the hotel was unsafe and there were multiple transients loitering outside of the hotel. The inside of the hotel was almost worse, there were stains on the carpet and what looked like old gum stuck on the carpet. I would not recommend.

Was simply looking to get away for the weekend. Hotel staff unfriendly. Rooms haven’t been updated in a while. Carpet floors were stained upon arrival. Tub drain full of hair. Wall paper in rooms was torn. No pool area! Extremely disappointing!

when entered in the room previously used towel was hanging behind bathroom door. carpet was dirty. in my previous stay the front office staff (Desiree) demanded to see my wife's id even though booking was in my name. which i did not appreciate.but this time other lady was awesome.always smilling.

Place was rundown, stains on everything, AC didn’t work properly, lots of transients outside of hotel, pictures on site are not the real pictures of the rooms. Staff was nice enough to let us cancel our stay right away.

Clean room but awful area. One of the front desk ladies was incredibly rude over the phone. Had to come downstairs to try to explain an issue and she was still rude. Ended up speaking to the manager who at first didn’t want to budge but when he realized his staff was at fault finally agreed. Probably wouldn’t stay here again…

Clean hotel, nice staff. Typical 4th street crack heads outside, but youll find that in any casino in Reno. Room and check in were great. When i parked for arrival, i noticed a woman blowing a guy in the car next to me. 30 minutes later i went to go grab my phone charger from the car, she was going down on a different guy. She stopped performing said act, to tell me she thought i was handsome. Somewhat offputting, but loneliness is real and though i don't judge the individuals, i do have to take a star off of my review. Decent coffee upom check out.

Arrived a bit later than expected, but it was no trouble with a phone call to alert the staff. Pulled in to the lot, and immediately noticed some shady characters lingering outside the building which made me question my choice. Come to gind out that Reno is overwhelmed with transients and s good majority frequent the Diamond Casino which is attached to the hotel. The room was dirty. I usually do an inspection when i walk in to any hotel but let's just say thst you should NEVER take your socks off because the cqrpets were disgusting. I even found cereal along the edge of the bed indicating that no vacuuming is done in these rooms. Also there were mysterious stains on the beds so i used my own covering. The nathroom toilet bately flushed and when i talked to the maintenance guy and desk he never did a thing about it. Being a Commercial Maintrnsnce Supervisor myself i did manage and didnt cause too much grief with complaints.Being that I'm on vacation I chose not to. The desk staff and security were nice enough and i did win a considerable amount in the sketchy casino. Next time i will consider a different location.

This hotel is super clean and super comfortable for the price. It is old but our mattresses were new. There was a small stain in rug but otherwise super clean. My only issue was needing a late night food option or refrigerator and microwave in room. Everyone was super nice and helpful free ice was available and staff was helpful in givibg towels and extra supplies as needed.

The room was run down and old, the bathroom door was difficult to close, the shower/tub was dripping with very low water pressure. The room was not made up after our first night, no fresh towels brought and coffee was not refilled. Very bad.

Check-in process is completely unacceptable. There was 30 people standing in line to check in and the line didn’t move for more than an hour. Staff is poorly trained very slow on the computers chitchatting with each person about unnecessary issues making others wait in the line people need to get checked in as quickly as possible.

Was pet-friendly watch is a +. But not very clean out dated, and the rooms smelled like smoke. Definitely would not stay there again unless I could find another room. The prices for a room were way to much for this motels.

I did not stay. It wasn’t safe!!! Horrible place! Manager canceled my room. And gave me a cancellation number. Absolutely not as advertised! I tried calling in to hotels.com for hours. Could not get a live person!

The parking lot was scary. The Restaurant was permanently closed, the diner grill broke so no food onsite. The closest restaurant was a Denny’s with walking distance, but not a safe area to be walking. The toilet in the room was broken and the maintenance man handed us a plunger to fix it and told us to give it back and call each time we needed it. Which was whenever it was used. The air conditioner could not be adjusted and ran so noisy all night we were unable to sleep. We checked out early. I would like a refund and I did purchase insurance.

This property is in bad condition and the hotel is poorly stocked. The bathtub was clogged, the wifi did not work. There were no coffee cups provided in the room, I had to beg for one at the check in counter. is like this property is being intentionally led to self destruction. I was shocked!
