This 3/2 house will accommodate all your needs on your stay. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this beautiful furnished home. It has a 2-car garage, with a fenced in big backyard. This house is very comfy and about 2 miles from LA Tech, very close to downtown, also. Very close to Ruston sports complex. 1 king, 2 queen beds and a blow up mattress if needed. 4 smart TVs. House has everything you will need. Do allow pets with the $60 pet fee. No smoking, of any kind

The house looked just like the pictures and was perfect for our weekend to visit family. We loved how clean the home was. Will definitely book again the next time we are in town.

House was just as advertised. Everything was clean and pleasant. A few snacks were left when we arrived which is great when arriving late. Logan left the lights on outside since we would be arriving late. Close to LA Tech which is good if you have students attending. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our stay. We moved our daughter into college and the commite to the school, Walmarts, and fast food were within a 10 minute or less drive. The host was excellent on communication. We will be returning in the future.

We came to Ruston for our sons freshman orientation, the house and yard were for perfect for us. And all of the little extras that were provided were a nice surprise. We will definitely stay here again 🙂

Had an easy and perfect stay at this location. Our boys had baseball games all weekend and it was in a great location and the property manager was very accommodating and understanding. Let's do it again real soon!

If you're needing a place in Ruston, LA . . . this is where you should stay! Great location, really clean and comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was so comfortable, my wife wanted to know the brand so we can get one at home.

My family of four stayed at this home for the Thanksgiving holiday and we had a nice stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Logan was always responsive with any questions that we had. Home is located in a quiet and well kept neighborhood. Getting to the Monroe airport and our family in Arcadia was easy to do from this location, I recommend booking this home.

We came to Ruston for a wedding the same weekend as homecoming, and was excited to find this VRBO. It was perfect for our family of 5. We didn’t use it, but I was happy to see an air mattress if needed. We also didn’t use the kitchen, but could tell it was well stocked. The property was clean and comfortable. The owner, Logan, was quick to respond to all my messages. We will look here first next time we come to town!

First impression was this was a well maintained property. Everything was thought of from the easily located extra bed and linens and various kitchen supplies (even a pizza cutter) to the detergent pods and dryer sheets in ceramic canisters on top of the dryer. Even 2 types of coffee makers were there. I can't think of anything I needed that wasn't there. Plus a big back yard my dog and I enjoyed. Thanks for a great stay in Ruston!

This property was just what we needed for our family gathering . What was special were all the little extras available like foil , Saran Wrap and zip lock bags in the kitchen . The kids really loved the game closet . Thanks !

The home was well kept and well equipped. Location to La Tech was exactly what we were looking for. Logan was very responsive to address any questions we had. This property is definitely on our ‘repeat’ list when we come to visit our son in Ruston.

We came for a father-son weekend and all-star baseball tournament at the Ruston sports complex. Home sweet home was the perfect location for us and had everything that we needed for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy the weekend with our boys.

Logan was a great host. The house was decorated nicely and all amenities were thought of before arrival. There were snacks, cold drinks, and everything we needed upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay here! It had EVERYTHING we needed and especially after being at the softball fields all day we cane hime to a cool house with comfortable beds! We would come back for sure!

Going into the stay, Lucas said most people found everything they needed was there. He was modest. More than what you need is there. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the house.

Logan has done an amazing job in renovating, decorating and creating a restful space that feels like a home away from home. Every detail was considered. We spent a very restful weekend as a family touring the school and enjoying each other’s company. We definitely will stay there again when we visit Ruston.

We went have our late family Christmas Gathering with our college son. The house is well maintained and close to LA Tech. We are looking forward to staying again. The only problem we had was the master tub doesn’t hold the water.

We just happened to find this listing at the last minute! It ended up being perfect! There were snacks for us and Water in the refrigerator! He was very thoughtful and we loved it! Would definitely stay again!!!
