One step inside and you will know this is not your standard vacation rental home. Old Florida style is thoughtfully preserved on the exterior of this charming home, providing a unique experience for our guests as this style becomes rarer and rarer in Old Naples due to redevelopment. The inside is now transformed and features a modern, open concept floor plan that includes two separate living room/sitting areas, 2 dining spaces, a gourmet kitchen with large island, three large bedrooms and two baths, and screened in heated pool just steps outside the double doors from the laundry/utility area. A sizable rear patio, complete with a dining table for six, four comfortable outdoor club chairs, two umbrellas with solar lights, and gas grill, overlooks an expansive fenced, rear yard with mature shade trees and palms. Double doors in the den and second king bedroom lead to the backyard and patio and provide tranquil garden views by day and night.
ALL THREE BEDROOMS ARE VERY GENEROUSLY PROPORTIONED!!!! All beds (2 KING AND 2 DOUBLE) are provided with luxury linens, extra blankets, and pillows. Two luggage stands (or a bench) are provided for guests use in each bedroom and there is plenty of space under the beds to stow luggage and get it out of the way. Two options for a work area are available to accommodate guests who will be working at home during their stay. The largest bedroom at 14’ x 20’ has two double beds, and is furnished with a 42” round table that can serve as a desk or a table for breakfast in the room or games. The second optional work area is in the den which has both a desk and another 42” round table. All three bedrooms also include a full length mirror, a chair, plenty of dimmable lighting, and windows on at least two sides with lovely garden or pool views.
THE MANICURED ESTATE-SIZED LOT AND BACKYARD ARE PERFECT FOR LAWN GAMES……..Cornhole, Spikeball, Molki and an assortment of other yard games are provided, and many board games are available for inside entertainment.
Prepare to arrive and expect no less than…..INSTANT CURB APPEAL……! BLUEBELL WILL CHARM YOU with its baby blue shutters and overflowing flower beds with color-coordinated blue and yellow blooms,…….A large circular driveway in front allows parking for at least 6 cars.
WHAT ELSE TO EXPECT: BLUEBELL will not disappoint you when it comes to stocking necessities and more for your your stay, including generous supplies of linens, shampoo, body wash, paper products, coffee pods, spices, vinegars, dishwasher and laundry pods, garbage bags, etc. A fully equipped kitchen including air fryer. A welcome basket to spare you the need to dash immediately to the grocery store if your trip was long and arduous!
55-inch TV’s with Xfinity Cable in living room, den, and master bedroom, and Smart TV’s in the other 2 bedrooms (50” and 43”). An Xfinity Pod assures internet service for your smart devices throughout the home. A portable Bose Flex speaker is provided for your use inside and out so that you can enjoy your own music library throughout your stay.
Beach chairs and chaises, umbrellas, beach cart, portable cooler, and inflatable floats are all provided. The two beach chaises can also be used for additional lounging when needed at the pool.
RE: CHILDREN….. The heated pool is located in a screen enclosure adjacent to the home on the north side and is accessed from inside by double french doors. The proximity of the pool edge to the double doors from the living area of the home makes the home unsuitable for guests with very young children or children who do not swim. Please inquire if this is a concern, as each situation is unique. Owner prefers to err on the side of caution, but willing to consider requests for exceptions. VRBO categorizes children as infants, or 2-12 and leaves the owner no flexibility in selecting an age range for suitability.
ACCESSIBILITY WARNING……….There is also a single step down from the dining area to the den (which was formerly a lanai that is now enclosed and paneled with shiplap siding) at the back of the house. Owner has installed small white tiles into the wood plank tile flooring at the step to alert guests to the need for caution. Anyone with limited mobility or other challenges that make negotiating a single step down should consider other properties to rent. Other than this step, the home is all on one level.
One of the major assets of this home is the LOCATION, which is rated as highly walkable and bikeable by ZILLOW. The home is located on a beautiful residential street in Coquina Sands, a prime Naples beachside neighborhood, immediately north of Old Naples. Yet, only a couple of blocks away, at easy walking or biking distance, guests will find a full assortment of neighborhood shopping venues, restaurants, banks, a spa, etc…including Coastland Center Mall.

We had a wonderful stay here.
The house was spotless. We enjoyed the large back yard, patio, and the enclosed pool. The house was thoughtfully supplied with everything we needed.
The host made our trip special by being available for all of our questions, accomodating, and providing us with great info on fun in Naples.

We loved the house! The property manager is fantastic, she was responsive and helpful. She anticipated all of our needs. The house is very well equipped, clean, and nicely renovated. The pool is screened in, clean and the perfect temp. The neighborhood is a great location too. I would stay here again!

First of all, Patt, the owner, is just lovely — easy to contact, and she goes the extra mile so that her guests feel comfortable and truly on vacation. She could easily be a professional in the luxury hotel industry.
The house is great. Generous bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a second living/dining area. Excellent outdoor space (dining, lounging) plus a screened-in heated pool. Patt has thought of everything in terms of … everything! Kitchen has everything you need, both to cook and to serve; plenty of supplies; instructions for everything electronic in the house; recommendations for dining and tourism.
The house is a short drive from Lowdermilk Beach. Parking there is a little bit of a challenge, but the beach itself is terrific. Close to everything downtown. Easy drive, and Ubers are always nearby and relatively cheap.

Bluebell is in a great neighborhood, very clean and extremely well stocked. Patt was an accommodating and friendly host who continued to check in with us during our stay. It was perfect for our family of five. We highly recommend Bluebell, and it will be at the top of our list if we return to Naples.

We had a lovely stay at Bluebell. This house has a fresh, open, bright and cheerful feel. The location is very convenient to beach, dining and shopping. Patt was a fantastic host and she saw to every detail. The house is full of conveniences you might have at your own home, she even had art supplies in the cabinets and that was a treat for my wife who is an artist. We would stay again!

I can't say enough nice things about our time at Bluebell. Patt was incredible. I have never stayed at a home that was so wonderfully prepared for our arrival. After bringing our luggage into the house, I opened the refrigerator to find snacks, water, a bottle of wine, fruit, cheese, and a welcome bag of goodies. Patt had the spices stocked, cooking oils, trash bags, dish soap, cleaning supplies, even hygiene items available in the bathrooms. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. My son, his wife, and my first grand baby stayed with us a few days. It was the perfect place to enjoy our first vacation together.
The neighborhood was delightful for walking the baby and the beach was just a 15 min walk. Lowdermilk Park Beach is beautiful and has chair and tent rental available. They even have a concession stand serving wine, beer, snacks, etc. Thank you Patt for being so responsive and helpful during our stay. Again, one of the best renting experiences I have ever had!!

My family had an exceptional stay at this beautiful home in Coquina Sands. The listing was comprehensive and captured all of the amenities and perks of this home. The home had EVERYTHING you could wish for on vacation; it was fully stocked with cleaning supplies to beach chairs - not a single need was overlooked. The house is beautifully decorated; the kitchen is amazing, and the living spaces are conducive to entertaining. The location, in Coquina Sands, is perfect for a quick walk to Lowdermilk Park Beach as well as Publix. Further, it is only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants/shopping on 5th and 3rd. Our stay at Bluebell was perfect and we will be back!

Charming home in great location, immaculately kept, and spacious floor plan, Every detail was perfect, and every little thing was thought of to make our stay comfy and relaxing! Host was genuine, responsive, helpful and extremely focused on making our stay memorable and stressfree. Can’t thank our host enough. We will definitely be back to stay at Bluebell.
