Swimming pool in the social area. Separate wine refrigerator Extra beverage refrigerator Voice control of many items including music, air conditioning, some lighting etc. Large refrigerator and freezer. Good Feature Description Panama Apartment: Everything in the city is very close by. *Across the street there is an Esplanade along the Oceanside where you can walk for many kilometers. *The building has a social area which includes a pool. *Literally across the street is the Balboa boutique shopping area which includes restaurants, shopping, salon, minimarket etc. *There are other restaurants nearby. *There is a gym in the building. *There is also a large gym with a spa and other amenities at the new Hilton one block away. Important note: we are interested in and conducting exchanges where the home is located in a very central location of a metropolitan area *** Our preference is to explore new cities and be able to walk from the door to cafés, restaurants and other area attractions. **** Good place description This apartment is in the perfect location for Panama City. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. You can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and more. Across the street there is the Balboa boutique shopping complex that has restaurants, bars, stores and a minimarket. Around the block there are more options for restaurants and bars. The Hilton down the street has a spa and a gym membership is available. It’s less than 10 minutes away from Casco Viejo. Across Avenida Balboa is in Esplanade where you can walk all the way into casco viejo. It is perfect for walking, jogging, or bike riding along the ocean and extends for many kilometers.
