Enjoy Ohio's Wine Country at this beautiful, professionally cleaned Lakefront property by sipping wine in your private hot tub while watching the most beautiful sunrise and sunsets Lake Erie offers.

Our cottage is cozy, and you will love it when your stress melts away upon entering the hot tub and the private backyard with majestic views of Lake Erie.

We are located about one mile east of the famous strip in Geneva-on-the-Lake. There are shops, bars, restaurants, and some great area parks and beaches. We are also just minutes from Bridge St. in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor. Ashtabula County is known for our covered bridges; check out a covered bridge tour or visit one of the many area wineries. Let us know which winery you and your guests like the best!! Come and see all of what Ashtabula county has to offer.

The surrounding area has so much to do if you are looking for things to do. You will not have enough time to do it all. At the same time, there is so little to do, so bring along that book you want to read and sit on the back deck with 180-degree views of Lake Erie and listen to the crashing waves. Our cottage will not disappoint!!!

The cottage is stocked with great board games, and you can enjoy playing some old-school games on the table arcade game (Pac-Man, Galaga, Frogger, Donkey Kong Etc.) while looking out over the lake.

There is a fenced-in yard, a grill for cooking out, and a huge deck to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the magical views Lake Erie offers from the big new large hot tub. The yard is completely private and has a fire pit, corn hole, and a lot of outside space for your entertainment.

The cottage has high-speed internet, a complete cable package, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area, which is excellent for watching big sports games or movies.

Our cottage has been completely remodeled, and all furnishings are brand new. There are two bedrooms; The master has a king-size bed, a dresser, nightstand, closet, and a 32" Roku Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a dresser, nightstand, and TV. The bathroom has a large beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a seat. There is a sectional couch, a coffee table, and a 50" Roku Smart TV in the living area with amazing views of Lake Erie. The dining area seats four and has fantastic views also. The kitchen is stocked well with the basics.

With Lake Erie's water levels rising and for your safety, we do not recommend using the walkway down to the water. There is, however, a beach at the Geneva State Park, about 3.5 miles west of us.

If you are looking to recharge your batteries, we would love to host you at our Lakefront Oasis.

Please note: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door, side yard, and backyard. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being asked to leave without a refund.

We had a great few days at the house. It was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable It was peaceful and private. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and lake and very close to the strip. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful quaint little cottage, lakeside! Can't beat the views. Hot tub clean and roomy, big back patio, grill, and roomy side yard where we played Browns cornhole. Nice master bedroom. Big shower area. No dishwasher but paper plates fix that. Loved the sectional sofa/TV area. No washer/dryer but there is a laundromat close. The A/C was great! We went to the Strip three times, visited several nice wineries, a distillery, and some breweries. Ate at Allesandro's, excellent! The week was relaxing and enjoyable, just what we needed. The host, Mike, is the absolute best on everything--can't thank him enough! Can't go wrong renting this cottage!

The property was as described in the listing. The location was perfect if you want to be near town but in a quiet location. The view from the back was amazing! You can see along the shore both east and west. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for relaxing in the shade or sun. Air conditioning provided comfort on humid/hot days while still able to enjoy the view. The host, Mike, was responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I'm saving this location for the next time in the area. Oh, and a very cute groundhog visited the backyard each morning.

The pictures of this get away don’t do it justice. The trip exceeded our expectations. is close to the strip with all the activities yet just far enough away to feel like a remote and private retreat. The yard and view are spectacular. The house is comfortable and clean and set up for relaxation. The hist is kind and truly cares about his guests.

My husband & I stayed at Mikes property late July last year. My husband loved the lake view so much I decided to surprise him for his birthday weekend to stay again. Close to nearby attractions but peaceful & private. I would recommend highly & hope to visit again.

This property has great views of the lake with everything needed to relax. Hot tub was nice and property is well kept. Micheal was very responsive with anything we needed. Most surrounding amenities were within 15 minutes. Would certainly stay here again!

Great place to come to, nice and cozy. You are on the lake and only a few minutes away from the breweries, distilleries, and wineries. I would recommend this place for the hospitality, communication from hosts, and distance to attractions.

I was looking for a great, relaxing, romantic atmosphere, to celebrate my 14th wedding anniversary, with my wife… Mike’s magnificent lakeside oasis was even more than I imagined it would be! The cottage was cozy, clean, and complementary to Lake Erie, which serves as its backyard! Mike was very attentive, and responsive, and he left detailed instructions. I cannot wait for our next stay! My only regret is that we didn’t have more time! A must stay if you’re looking for a quick getaway. Cannot wait for our next stay!

I had a great time it was very relaxing and a comfortable environment amazing view. Property manager/owner was very efficient and helpful at all times.Only issue was lots of hair around and towels were very spotty. But other than that I recommend everyone needs to experience this place gave lots of people the property info and we ourselves will revisit.

Communication from the moment we booked and checked out was fantastic. Host took extra care in makeing us feel welcomed and even gave us options for early check-in. Everything I needed was easy to find. The view alone created a very relaxing atmosphere for cooking, sipping wine, conversating, playing games, reading a book or watching a movie. For dinner, ordering in or going out, you have alot of options, plus alot of local winery that offer wine tasting or have knowledge of the perfect wine to pair with meals. My overall experience was worth this amazing escape to the lakes. I will definitely book again. Thank you for everything.

Four of us stayed over New Years weekend and it was the perfect escape. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the area not to mention the wonderful private hot tub and great space to play games and celebrate the new year. Would definitely Stay here again.

If you are looking for the perfect slice of heaven for your stay at Geneva on the Lake, you have found it everything about this charming little cottage comes with the guest in mind. There was nothing that we needed or wanted for during our stay. The views from the back deck and the hot tub were amazing. Our group will be returning.

The place was amazing!! Our family enjoyed every minute that we spent there! The view of the lake was spectacular, especially during sunset! The hot tub, the fire pit, the togetherness with family was indescribable. I highly recommend to everyone. We also really enjoyed the game selection and the arcade games, having three different TVs, if we wanted to watch different things, and having several different spaces to hang out. Can’t wait to come back and visit again!

We were looking for a working vacation with a view. The view of the lake was fantastic. It changed each day we were there. There was also a Bald Eagle that came by everyday and perched on an outside tree. There as also high speed internet and large TV's. It was the off season so most of the "strip" was closed but were many local restaurants open and they all were great.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was beautifully upgraded and had all of the amenities we needed. It felt like a home away from home. You cannot beat the lake view. Our favorite part of our stay was sitting on the newly renovated deck listening to the waves roll in below. We liked the place so much that we will stay here again! This a great place for a couple’s getaway to recharge with the sound of the lake and the beautiful sunsets.

This little house was beautiful! The outdoor space was great with a fire pit, hot tub, deck, with table and chairs, and space for corn hole or other yard games. The view was excellent from inside the house as well as. And Jaime was a great host. She was quick to answer questions and went above and beyond so we could check in earlier than expected. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again!

We spent two days at Ashtabula Harbor and Conneaut and loved returning to the cottage each day. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had an amazing lakefront view. We would go back in a heartbeat!

My wife, my parents and I stayed here for a quick Labor Day weekend getaway. Despite the gloomy weather, we really enjoyed our stay. The old school arcade game and the hot tub were the real MVPs of our stay. Although we didn’t require anything during our stay, Jamie definitely seems to be a very gracious and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay the end of August, 2022. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the view was wonderful. We watched the sunset on the lake, relaxed in the hot tub, and made smores over the firepit. Our host was attentive and made suggestions of activities and places to visit, and easy to reach with any questions we had. Thank you so much Jaime for being a great host.
