Lovely property and very accommodating hosts. Communication and check in was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast looked amazing, but sadly I didn't have time to try it due to an early tour. I booked the tour independently but wish I'd arranged through the hotel to make the transport more smooth.
Location is between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. There is a local bus right outside, but there is not much within walking distance.

La habitación con cocina y baño es fantástica, una cama súper cómoda. Michel nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. el desayuno con tortitas recién hechas muy bueno también .
El aparcamiento es un poco incómodo para salir porque está cerca de una curva con poca visibilidad

Sehr große und schöne Zimmer, fast schon eine kleine Ferienwohnung. Super leckere Pancakes zum Frühstück. Der Bus nach Quepos und nach Manuel Antonio fährt direkt vor der Tür ab.
Es gab einen Rohrbruch in der Straße, weshalb die Wasserversorgung nicht gesichert war. In der Dusche hatten wir am zweiten Tag keinerlei Wasser.
Dafür kann der Gastgeber natürlich nichts, jedoch hätte es besser kommuniziert werden müssen bzw. hätten manche Zimmer einfach nicht verbucht werden dürfen.

We got welcomed by monkeys and the lovely host Michael, who got us super nice tips for the following days 😍
The morning hike that they offer was our highlight during the trip!
The breakfast in the morning and the coffee flatrate during the day is also super!

Hele fijne accomodatie. Het appartement waar wij zaten was ruim met een eigen keuken en werd elke dag schoongemaakt. Daarnaast zijn de parkeerplaatsen voor de deur ideaal. Verder stopt er een bus vlakbij. Ook als je een auto hebt is de bus erg handig voor de korte afstand naar het strand of national park. Er is een fijne, grote supermarkt in de buurt (Pali). Tot slot was het inbegrepen ontbijt top en is het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam.
Er liepen veel mieren in de keuken en als je niet wil dat je kleding verkleurt, niet laten wassen!

Der var en hyggelig stemning på stedet og Michael var meget hjælpsom med input til hvor der var godt at spise og hvad området har at byde på.
Alt er slidt og stedet har helt sikkert været er meget smukt sted da man i sin tid åbnede hotellet.
Der er bestemt ikke rent og de unge damer som står for morgenmaden og rengøringen, oplevelede vi som dovnen. De lå i sofaen eller sad med deres mobil. Der blevet ikke mens vi var der i 7 dage gjort rent i fælles områderne og køkkenet hvor de stod og lavede morgenmaden var under alt kritik.
Vores værelse nr3 var så fugtig.
Der blev dig udskiftet 2 aircondition og 2 nye udendørs stole.
Det kunne virkelig bliver et rigtig hyggeligt sted, hvis man fik shinet det mere op og det personale man har ansat tager ejerskab af stedet.

L’accueil très sympathique du gérant qui a été de bons conseils et extrêmement arrangeant. Il nous a permis de changer très facilement de chambre suite à notre demande. La seconde chambre était très correcte.
Très bon petit déjeuner copieux.

L’établissement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau des extérieurs ( terrasse, mobilier).Il se dégageait de la chambre K5 une odeur désagréable d’humidité notamment dans la SDB .

Room was dirty from the previous guests. There was nobody in the hotel to help with check-in when I arrived after lunch. Wifi instructions were misleading. I had trouble opening my hotel's door.

Leider haben wir das Zimmer mit Balkon und Gartenblick, welches wir über Booking gebucht haben, ohne jegliche Kommunikation NICHT bekommen. Bis ich den Host angeschrieben und wenigstens nach einer kleinen Rückerstattung gebeten habe. Dennoch war das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück auch gut. 👍🏼
Das Zimmer hatte einen aufdringlichen Eigengeruch und das Bett bzw. Kissen war leider ungemütlich. Zudem befand sich mein Zimmer direkt am Poolbereich, also null Privatsphäre.

Nous avions réservé quelques jours avant, et avions reçu la confirmation de notre réservation par e-mail. Mais le jour où nous nous sommes rendus à l’hôtel pour le Check In, personne pour nous accueillir et juste un message pour nous dire que malheureusement plus de place, que nous devons chercher en dernière minute un autre hôtel. Est-ce normal ? Absolument pas !
Et personne pour venir en face nous expliquer quoi que ce soit. Niveau professionnalisme c’est zéro !

Más opciones de desayuno ya que las que ofrecen son muy al estilo americano y no hay variedad como huevos, jamón o tocino, tostadas, menos pinto. Además, dice ser Pet friendly pero no tiene áreas verdes para que puedan estar las mascotas, por lo que hay que sacarlos a la calle para que haga sus necesidades.

Bon emplacement entre Quepos et Manuel Antonio pour accéder au Parc National. Mise à disposition de serviettes pour la plage. Bon accueil jusqu’au moment où à nouveau on nous propose une longue liste d’excursions à des prix astronomiques, nous sommes bien arrivés à Manuel Antonio, l’attrape nigaud.
Petit mot d’accueil personnalisé sur le lit pour tout simplement dissimuler toutes les imperfections de la chambre. Les photos sur booking sont racoleuses et ne représentent pas du tout la réalité. Odeur de moisie dans la chambre et en réalité, il y en avait partout en bas des murs (cf photos). Également il ne faut pas être allergique à la poussière, il y en a partout et particulièrement sur le ventilateur au plafond. Ménage mal fait à notre arrivée, les draps sentaient tous l’humidité et il y avait des taches sur toutes les couvertures. De plus, nous avions réservé la chambre double Deluxe avec deux lits, mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée, il n’y avait qu’un lit double de 140cm. La responsable nous a juste dit que c’était un problème de communication avec Booking alors qu’il n’en est rien car j’avais bien spécifié par message plusieurs mois avant notre souhait de deux lits et avait été validé. Pour vous envoyer des messages automatiques avec des smileys, il y a du monde mais pour respecter les demandes il n’y a plus personne. Petit déjeuner dédié aux amateurs d’avoines et de baies de goji, pas d’œufs, pas de bacon, uniquement 3 petits pancakes à la banane. Même pas un jus d’orange ou des céréales avec du lait. Nous sommes loin des excellents petit déjeuner proposés par les autres hôtels du Costa Rica et à des prix bien moins élevés. Pour clôturer le tout, climatisation non réglable qui n’a pas été réparée, pas d’eau chaude le premier soir. Ménage non fait entre les deux jours alors que le sol à notre arrivée était couvert de poussière lorsque nous marchions pieds nus. Extérieur mal entretenu avec une petite piscine et des transats moisis et dégradés (cf photos), ça ne donne pas envie de chiller. Bref, un très mauvais rapport qualité/prix pour le Costa Rica qui confirme la réputation de ce lieu où il ne vaut mieux pas s’arrêter, Manuel Antonio.

Personal war nett. Der Gastgeber spricht viele Sprachen und besitzt gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt in Manuel Antonio.
Wir hatten extra auf das Studio geupgradet und diese Unterkunft als Studio mit eigener Küche zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, wir mussten eigene Lappen / Wischtücher kaufen. Zusätzlich ist die Unterkunft wirklich dreckig. Ich denke, hier wurde seit einigen Wochen nicht mehr gewünscht. Wären unserem dreitägigen Aufenthalt gab es keine neuen Handtücher oder Zimmerservice. Für den Preis keine Empfehlung.

We loved our stay here. Michael was so friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the great recommendations of places to eat and beaches to go to. We loved the breakfast included too- the banana pancakes were delicious!

We had a fabulous stay at NOVA. The reception we received from Michael was fantastic. He gave us wonderful advice about the area, where to go and what to see, and how to keep our valuables safe while out exploring (don't leave anything off value in the car). He booked us a tour on the mangroves at night that was delightful. Breakfast was mostly American style with fruit each day. The room was lovely. It was a studio plus apartment size. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove top, sink, counter space, a little lacking on dishes, but not a problem. There is AC and fans which made the extremely hot weather tolerable.
We liked it all.

Good banana pancakes. Yummy. My girlfriend preferred the hummus, she doesn't like pancakes or granola. She's a Tica, likes her gallo pinto and eggs, tipico. The location is excellent in Manuel Antonio.
The only negative comment I have, as the hosts were great and accommodating, is the location is right on the main drag, so a lot of street noise from 530am to 10 pm at night. I wore my earplugs so frankly, it didn't bother me. I might also mention that it is a bit dicey to exit the parking space, as the traffic, particularly the motos, come up quickly around a curve, so one has to be very careful pulling in and out of the parking spaces.

Very comfortable apartment in terms of size. It is modern with nice taste on decoration. Great location, near the city and the national park. Plus it has parking space.
Lots of humidity (but this is a general issue of the country). The apartment is on the ground floor next to the outdoor kitchen where the breakfast is prepared and the common space where the cleaning stuff are stored etc,, so on the one side of the apartment, the view of the windows are not so nice.. No amenities on the bathroom even if it was stated in our reservation.
The breakfast is vegan, something that is very weird. Normally, hotels are giving you both choices (vegan and non vegan). Vegan breakfast means no eggs, no omelet etc...

It was very affordable and close to both Quepos and Manuel Antonio. We adored the staff Eva and Michael! Michael gave us many great recommendations and made our trip so much better
We didn’t like that it was right off of the main road and was very noisy all day. Luckily it quieted down at night but the cars would wake me up at 6am every morning.

I came here with my dog and they treated her just as good as the treated me! They had a bone and water upon arrival, thats something that makes a stay a 10 star! Their activities are amazing and the breakfast is all home made. Wauw, this is heaven.

Perfect place. Would stay again. Michael was the best host. Their tours are the best, super cheap but amazing experiences! The mangrove night tour and the jungle hike package is the perfect combination of night and day wildlife, and only 95 dollar! Most tours are 85 for one tour in Manuel Antonio, they really make a big effort to help you having an amazing stay.

The breakfast was great! Super fresh and maybe my favorite in Costa Rica. The pool was good. Michael is the best concierge, he booked us multiple tours which were absolutely great!
