We definitely enjoyed our stay !!! We were there for a family vacation and a baseball tournament and this was just perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, outside area and pool is amazing. Prefect place to relax after the beach and baseball games. Is located near to all beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. We’re coming back next year !!!!!

Lovely home with a lot of amenities. Plenty of space, bedrooms, & baths. Pool is fabulous. We swam every day & grilled & played games. Higly recommend. Only challenge was going during spring break so traffic to the beaches & shopping took a long time

Really enjoyed the property. Centrally located and plenty of space for up to seven people. Enjoyed the pool. My only comment for improvement; is to insure the pool is cleaned on a routine basis. It was not unusable but did need some attention.

The house is located in the middle of a sleepy Florida suburb. There is nothing fancy about the neighborhood. We simply wanted to have a nice place to stay near IMG Academy and the house did just that. The house is clean and everything functions as expected. The kitchen has ample pots, pans, dishes, etc. The rental company is responsive. Our only issue was the lack of extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I don't understand why they would expect us to buy these items? They should spend an extra $5 and avoid inconveniencing their renters.

No vrbo is perfect but this one came close for our group of friends. It was very clean, well supplied, and comfortable space to relax. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as much as we'd like because the weather was chilly but pool water was warm and clean. The outdoor area was private and

We were family of 7 people in different age range and all were happy with our time in this beautiful villa that was very clean, well designed and fully equipped. The pool was warm and was clean with having beautiful landscape. The rooms and beds were large and comfortable and bathrooms were working good. Thank you very much for letting us to enjoy this beautiful villa. Hope to have another stay soon.

The house was very nice. Location was great. We had to contact the owners about a broken refrigerator handle and they took care of it immediately. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because one of the bathrooms wasn't cleaned before we arrived and a lot of the blankets had long black hairs all over them. Nobody in our family has long black hair so that was a little gross.

We loved the decor in your spacious house, the pool was wonderful, kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole game, as well as lots of board games. The master bedroom and bath were very nice, and the other bedroom with king bed, friends said fan had a noise, may want to check it out. Washer and dryer were showing their age, and it would have been nice to have a damp mop, (floor cleaner). Overall it was a wonderful stay, and we plan to return next year.

We had a great experience this week. Accurate listing- great floor plan for all ages. Pool was clean- plenty of towels, wagon & chairs for beach days. House is in a great location- close to most everything. Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion would be that cleaning crew took a little extra time to clean/vacuum in bedrooms. Rug in queen room could be cleaned/replaced.

We really enjoyed this property. It was in a perfect location and close to everything. We loved how everything was provided. Beach towels, beach toys, board games. The only complaint we have was concerning the temperature in the house. The thermostat was capped at 72°. However some days it didnt feel that cool.

Great place to hook up w/ family (and a friend in the area). Plenty of room and a quiet neighborhood. Pool was a bonus to give us down time when not at the beach/sightseeing. We all had a great time!

Beautiful property, beautiful pool, well equipped, decent neighborhood & close to amenities. Only suggestions would be to get the rugs cleaned(very dirty!) and we had a hard time with getting hot water consistently. We loved our stay & would book again!

Beautiful property! Up to date, clean, well kept. Great layout. Comfy beds, with all pillows and bedding. No need to pack towels or a hairdryer. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of seating in the house and by the pool. Chairs, umbrella and beach wagon all very appreciated for trips to the beach! Pool area is beautiful. There is an alarm at the top of the two sets of sliding glass doors that require a button to be pressed each time the door is opened going in or out and will go off if the door is open more than 10 seconds. Great safety feature if you have small children, but could pose a challenge if an adult has to disarm every time. Three showers in the house are very nice. The master bath did not have hot water for showers. Kitchen has all the supplies you will need to cook and eat, but you will need to run to the store to get basics S&P, ketchup etc. Win Dixie was a fully stocked and had all we were looking for (Publix and Walmart did not). Plan ahead, every travel distance takes double the travel time, parking at the beaches is a challenge, get there early! If you are on AMI, park and take the trolly. Camingo is Fabingo! Great property! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property for Spring break! The house was decorated so nicely and was very clean when we arrived! The property managers were very responsive, we loved the pool area especially and also appreciated the alarms on the doors as we had toddlers with us! Only thing I would say is that it took longer for us to get to the beach than I anticipated, around 40 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island. Once we got thru the traffic, we really enjoyed the beautiful beaches. Would love to stay here again in the future!

It was the perfect set up for our family with all the rooms with King beds! The pool was perfect for the kids, and was great it was heated otherwise it would have been too cold to use. All the beach stuff supplied was perfect! We used the grill, and the big fridge in the garage was perfect for drinks. Short drive to multipke beaches and resturants! Overall a great experience!

The home is beautiful! Very up to date finishes! Wonderful pool area with beautiful landscaping around the yard. So enjoyable to relax in the morning to these pleasant surroundings. A nice privacy fence surrounds the backyard so privacy is yours! Quiet residential neighborhood. Friendly neighbors! A plus! Access to Anna Marie Island was great! Easy access to restaurants and travel to surrounding areas. The home was comfy and cozy. So nice to come home too! We hated to leave this respite and return to IL!! Our only negative was we would run out of hot water for showers for the 5 of us. So they had to be quick. The concierge staff were very responsive and friendly! You can’t go wrong with this home!
