Najlepszy hotel na naszej trasie do Norwegii

Pokój na wysokim poziomie, bardzo dobrze wyposażony i bardzo nowoczesny i czysty. Obsługa wyśmienita. Dostaliśmy gratis prywatny parking na motocykl. Rano otrzymaliśmy śniadanie w cenie pokoju. Polecam to miejsce każdemu kto chce wypocząć w luksusowych warunkach i przystępnej cenie.

Fantastyczna przestrzeń, funkcjonalna i estetyczna.

Obiekt bardzo przemyślany. Pokoje i cały budynek świetnie skonstruowane architektonicznie i ergonomicznie. Piękne pomieszczenia wspólne jak oranżeria czy miejsca socjalne z fotelami. Biblioteka, pokoje do pracy, siłownia. Sam pokój idealnie wyposażony, bardzo czysty, funkcjonalny. Wszystkie sprzęty nowe i świetnie działające. Kwestie oświetlenia super rozwiązane. Sprawny prysznic (co nie jest normą w hotelach).

Śniadania to w zasadzie tylko kanapka (do wyboru ser lub indyk codziennie), cos słodkiego i jogurt lub owoc. Do tego kawa, herbata lub soki. Mógłby być bogatszy wybór. Np. dla osób które ograniczają węglowodany (cos typu jajka na twardo itp.) Trudno się do czegoś przyczepić, bo to świetne miejsce.

Udany pobyt

Ładny hotel, pokoje małe ale przytulne, wyposażone w aneks kuchenny, łazienka czysta. Brak klimy ale był wentylator. Hotel oddalony ok 2.5km od centrum ale spacerkiem ok. 35minut. Na końcu parking. Dzięki uprzejmości Pana z recepcji, który wyszedł ze mną na zewnątrz szybko ogarnąłem temat i dzięki aplikacji easypark bezpiecznie zaparkowałem samochód. Należy parkować wzdłuż jezdni po prawej stronie w miejscu oznaczonym znakiem ( budynek z cegły i hotel po tej samej stronie). Koszt ok 10 EUR/ dzień. Mandatu nie zapłaciłem więc chyba było ok. Trochę dużo o parkingu ale to była moja zmora przed przyjazdem do Unity.

Łóżko trochę za wąskie na 2 osoby . TV sterowany aplikacją w telefonie. Ale w sumie nie przeszkadzało to w pobycie.

Inredningen var genomtänkt och snygg!

Rummen är för små och varma utan aircon. Sängen är för liten för ett par. Frukosten ok- men brödet kändes inte färskt. Personalen vänlig men oerfaren. Fick till svar vid utcheckning ang. värmen ” hade ni ingen fläkt på rummet?” Nä det fanns ju liksom inte… Här behövs nog ett tydligare management.

The modern design, the fact that was clean. The fact that water and coffee was at disposal in any moment.

Breakfast poorer and size of the bed (the double one is more for one person. The guy from reception had no idea about the highlights of the city or parking system.(wasn’t that much helpful, but at least he was polite)

Amazing Stay at Unity Malmo

Really loved Unity Malmo - it was very clean, and the facilities were excellent. The gym was well equipped, clean and never too full - I was also able to use it when I arrived early and my room wasn't ready yet. The conservatory was a wonderful place to work, full of sunlight and plants. We didn't eat or use the bar but all the food and drink looked good. The room was great, comfy beds, modern and very clean. The use of our own small kitchenette was fab. We stayed for Eurovision and the team went the extra mile to have ready a flyer with transport options, places to eat and where to go. The location is about a 40 min walk into the centre of Malmo, which we enjoyed walking to or easily renting an e-scooter. The bus was also very convenient. The area felt safe and we would stay again.

The room did get hot and there was no no air-con in the room and the window doesn't open far. It was fine for May but it would be very hot in the summer.

Eurovision trip

Eurovision holiday We booked due to affordability and proximity to Eurovision events. We also chose this hotel apartment based on the facilities (kitchen & laundry) The laundry is in a separate part of the complex & costs 40sek for washing & drying. The kitchen had a hot plate, utensils, cooking equipment, dishwasher with tablets, microwave, fridge etc. wifi was good, the room had a tv & the complex was secure. Uber & bolt were always closeby & there was a malmo by bike stand 2 blocks away to hire bikes. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful

We expected that a hotel apartment would provide the basics: dishwashing liquid & kitchen cleaning spray to clean up & oil for cooking. At the very least tea/coffee/sugar/milk for hot beverages like most hotels. We had to buy these items from the supermarket which is fine but would’ve been more convenient to have complimentary tea coffee facilities along with basic cleaning products since were there for 7 days.

The breakfast especially the sandwiches were not appealing at all, better options like eggs, bacon, cereal etc would make up waking in a beautiful facility worthwhile.. Create a proper breakfast station not at the reception desk...

Das Hotel war ruhig und lag fußläufig zur Stadt. Bushaltestelle war 800m entfernt. Zimmer war geräumig mit Sitze KE und K

Ein tolles Hotel mit fairen Preisen, guter und sehr aufmerksamen Personal, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl

Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Kleines aber feines Frühstück, völlig ausreichend! Leckere Kaffeespezialitäten und Pizza zu sehr fairen Preisen. Tolle Orangerie zum Verweilen. Kostenlose Nutzung des Gyms 24/7 möglich, ebenfalls mit einer ordentlichen Ausstattung

Zwischenreinigung bei einem längeren Aufenthalt (mehr als drei Tage) wäre super.

Excellent place to stay. Would definitely book again!

The basic Kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge. I like the option to have some of my own food when travelling. Also the bed was comfortable and the hotel and room were very new.

Free coffee or tea in the hotel room would have been nice.

It was a clean facility with warm staff and well maintained structure but some noise distruptions.

I really enjoyed the weekly laundry service, the internet access and the garbage disposal room access. It felt more of a rental property than a hotel service, which was what I was looking for. I enjoyed the independence provided and the warmness of the staff members as well as the receptiveness of the receptionist staff. They are well spoken and helped me out with my questions anytime which my stay really enjoyable.

The construction did make my daily chores harder (ex: the garbage disposal room front was being dug for some construction and i couldn't access there and drop my trash somewhere else). Also the wait time at the reception could be lowered.

Nice hotel for a business visit. Breakfast not relevant to expectations.

Very friendly staff and nicely furnished room (besides the bed).

The leaflet with the hotel rules is marginally offensive. Rules are welcome and to be respected but the content describing the rules was too straightforward for a paying customer. The breakfast was extremely poor for paid breakfast. One or two extra options and a filter drawn coffee on the reception desk besides the purchasable items in the fridge cannot be considered a hotel-standard breakfast.

It exceeded my expectations

It is a great place to stay for both one night or longer. It has everything you need. Hairdryer, kitchen, cutlery, etc. The room was extremely clean.

Ideal for digital nomads at a great price.

Everything was amazing ...this property is absolutely ideal for digital nomads... from the wifi reliability and strength to the service and front desk (Lina was the best!) to the gym facilities, to the design and common areas to the beautiful design of the room itself (everything upscale and nice - kitchen with everything you need and beautiful bathroom too) - you just couldn't ask for more. If Unity had places worldwide, I would probably exclusively use them for all my accommodations.

There's nothing not to like, but the only thing less than perfect is the location - it's not in a bad area but it's not exactly in the middle of town either. I don't mind walking, so I would just walk to the center of Malmo taking only about 20-25 minutes. It just wasn't ideal, yet it still was very workable.

Lobby nice, room very ordinary, not at all central enough

The lobby and the ambiance of the restaurant was cozy in a Swedish way and the front desk staff were pleasant.

The room was boxy and it felt a bit like walking into a hospital room of some description, it felt clinical and the opposite of homely. The lack of walking distance from anything was an issue, meaning you have to catch Uber's everywhere.

Für einen Kurztrip ist das UNITY wirklich gut!

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal im UNITY gewesen und würde es auch wieder buchen. Das Konzept des Hauses ist wirklich nett und das Haus selber ist ansprechend. Auch schön ist es, dass es einen Fitnessraum gibt. Das Hotel liegt wirklich nicht sehr weit von City entfernt und ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken kann man per Easy-Park-App gleich gegenüber vom Hotel auf einem Parkplatz, wo es auch Lademöglichkeiten gibt. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe.

Wonderful staycation

The studios were really efficiently furnished. A lot of storage, well functioning little kitchen and cozy lighting.

A few more cleaning utensils would have been nice, like a kitchen towel and a little broom.

Clean green space, well-managed, good value

Room with all the amenities, great green space for working, good value for money. Location is not the most central, but close enough that most places are a short walk/ride away by cab/bus. Leena, Sofia and Tiger were very helpful!
