Nothing
Everything. They canceled this reservation with no notice. I know that there was a storm but there was no consideration for people who had secured a reservation. You would think they would have worked with people on getting them alternative site.

The location to the Riverwalk and walking distance in downtown.
We arrived and went to check in , we are Hilton Gold members who were actually able to check in from the app the day before, however we were told by a staff member that we were not allowed to check in to our room. Another issue is that the day before our scheduled check in we were advised that it was valet only and $42 a day for valet. Not to mention $100 a day for incidentals. We also had a room where the tub was painted and that paint was peeling up. On our second day we went to breakfast to have to wait for almost 45 minutes for our food and for it to arrive cold. I understand that the hotel is under going construction but the cost of our stay was not conducive to that of normal Hilton resorts. On our last day we were prepping to check out and it being only 9-930, housekeeping came by to clean our room. Check out is not until 11. We felt pressured to check out before we were ready. We are not all around excited to return to this hotel for our next trip to Tampa.

Breakfast was good

Great location, good room and staff were very helpful.
Our city view room was very noisey around midnight and early hours with traffic, construction vehicles.

Only location was decent
Extremely unhygienic. No cleanliness standards. While checking out they tried to rip us at the end by adding resort fees and taxes which we already paid through booking.com

Clean and friendly customer service.
Had to ask about microwave that supposed to be in the room already.

Great location and Vicktoria at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Steps from the Riverwalk and about 7 min walk to University of Tampa campus. Nice pool area with a bar and daily activities. Very lively and many spots to sit or lounge. I would stay again if price was right even with its flaws
Needs a major update. Caulking in bathrooms needs to redone and sink area is very dated along with the walls in the tub. Floor didn't seem to be clean and the closet with the safe looked like was wiped with a dirty cloth as you could see wipe streaks. Breakfast buffet was ok but $25/pp seemed steep for what they had. Very basic. Did like that I could order off the menu but didn't know that 1st day. Yogurt bowl was amazing as was the avocado toast

It was a nice location. Room was spacious and clean. Loved having a balcony to overlook the river
Our ac wasn't working. They sent 2 techs out to fix it. It was hard to communicate with them due to language barrier, which is fine. But it didn't get fixed and it was very hot in the room the whole time. Hard to sleep when I'm sweaty.

Outstanding location
Very poor service in breakfast. No one cared to attend for a long time.
Convenience store not accessible post 8pm

Location was good
Lobby had very sloppy patch work to drywall. Restaurant had very worn out tables with the coating peeling on them. Was not for warned that parking would be an additional cost and valet was the only option avaliable, would have chosen a completely different location just due to that. Balcony windows had old window wrapping from the old owner of the location which I can assume was a Shareton from the s on the window. Paint was horrible in the bathroom with paint peeling from around the light switch. Bathroom grout was dirty and the handhold in the shower had the covers hanging off of them. For some reason my reservation through booking.com was canceled when I arrived with no notice to me

Location and amenities
Housekeeping neglect to restock toiletries daily. But when asked they restocked

Location is excellent, but all facility is too old and out of shape.
They need a big remold from outside to inside

The location was great. The pool and bar was my favorite. Will definitely come back!
The carpet on second floor smelled of urine and needed cleaning. The shower head needed cleaning and the tub would clog while take a shower.
3.4
Great location along the Riverwalk.
The property is kept in such poor condition as well as the poor quality of service.
Condition: Rusty shower head, mold in tile grout, pealing paint, loud noise every 20 minute cycles from the a/c, old torn sheets, safe didn’t work, etc.
Service: servers in the restaurant are poorly trained and the food is at best mediocre.

Great location/view!!
The light on the outdoor balcony was very bright and stayed on all night. I wanted to sit on the balcony overlooking the river but the light was too bright to enjoy. I started in room 601.

Nice location, good food. Liked the little balcony.
Loud, noisy guest fighting, cussing, yelling and slamming doors between 1:30-3:30 am and keeping us awake after a long day of delayed flights. Also floor in our room was not vacuumed well. Crumbs along the edge of the bed that were not from us as we did not eat in the room. Asked for ironing board in the morning, after an hour wait, we gave up and then had to ask for it again once we returned much later in the day.

The saff was friendy and the breakfast was awsome. My wife and I really enjoyed sitting by the pool with our drinks and listening to the DJ spin all of our old favorite songs. Alot of great resturants within walking distance of this hotel. For what it was, the gym wasn't that bad either.
After walking into our room, I could tell from the look of my wife's face their was no way we were going to sleep in that room that night. Several scratches on the furniture, walls had marks like some one had been kicking them. Bathroom didn't seem that clean. The city noise was just outside our widow and our t.v. didn't even work. We asked to be moved to another room and so we did.

the only thing I liked about this hotel experience was the proximity to the riverwalk and a conference I was attending downtown.
The hotel was note very clean. For example, there was hair (not mine) in the shower, and the room was not cleaned properly each day. trash was not emptied, the hair in the tub was there all week, they did not replenish my coffee pods ( a lack of attention to the cleaning). AND THE STAIRWELL STUNK!!! I had to take the elevator to the first floor despite preferring the stairs because it was disgusting. Others noted it as well. And that stench emitted down the hall way. The serve in the dining room was also terrible. I ordered food the first night, and waited for an hour for it to come despite others around me who hard arrived later receiving their food sooner. There was also confusion on the part of the staff as to whether or not service was =being provided in the dining room or had to be take out (which my colleagues had done when they were told it was take out only) despite many others sitting to eat. Confusion and lack of professionalism all around. And then, there was the issue of the $25/day credit. My colleagues and I were under the impression that this was already included in the charge we had paid, NOT that $25 was being added to our bill each day regardless of whether or not we spent an additional $25 in the hotel. this "incentive wa clearly to get us to buy things on site (for more than $25). It wasn't explained well in the literature or by the staff and only became clear upon check out. The staff was VERY embarrassed about this and expressed that many patrons are confused and it isn't clear and they are sorry...clearly this was something they dealt with daily. For the money I was charged, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a while. Would not recommend your facility to others.

Breakfast was wonderful and service, Location to water supreme.
Beds were soso and coffee machine was soso

The location is perfect. Right on the riverwalk. The bartenders made excellent drinks and the staff was friendly.
The room was very small and was in horrible shape. There were patches all over the room and the bathroom. A half-assed repair on the wall paper. There were rusty pipes all over the bathroom. The tub/shower was disgusting and looked like it was 50 years old. The water pressure was awful. There was a gym, but it was VERY basic. There was absolutely no view. This was an $80/night hotel we paid $400/night for!

Good location and a reasonable price.
The security deposit.

Exceptional hotel. Beautiful, clean, courteous staff, amazing location
I didn’t like that valet was mandatory at $42. That’s excessive
3.4
Nice view
Nothing I was happy with my stay
3.4
The location is the best. Everything is within walking distance! I love it
Just the parking lot is too expensive. The hotel itself is expensive at least the parking lot fee should be part of it!
3.4
The staff was really nice and welcoming
The location it’s really nice
The breakfast was included in the price
My room wasn’t clean, the balcony was really dirty and dusty, the walls were dirty and the sheets were stained with what it looks like blue ink. Nothing like the room the app showed me in the picture. Also the hotel should let know way in advance that the only option is valet parking with an expensive cost of $42 daily. It’s a shame knowing the hotel has an awesome location and really nice staff.

Nothing
Bathroom had mildew in shower. Room felt dirty. It was very noisy. I could hear neighbors above and next to me when their water was running. I could hear cars from city. My room wasnt ready at check in, I was changed and was told itll be cheaper but I ended up paying the same amount. Only valet parking available at $42 additional per night.

Didn't get any. Did not come with room as advertised
Had to payfor parking
3.4
You web cite stated it was 500 ft from Amile arena it was more like a 15 to 20 minute walk 🤔
Bathtub was disgusting needs replacing for what we paid for room come on ppl! Get one of those companies to do a tub over a tub or something huh!
3.4
Location and the staff was pleasant
Rooms are dated and need some serious updating. Rugs, furniture and bathrooms need entire updates. Tile in shower was old and dingy and finishes were stained. Felt old and dirty.

I liked the area , But I was hustled by the Valet Thomas , I Gave him a 40 dollar tip & Still wanted 10.00 zelled to not
Put us “ on the books”
We did arrive on 2 motorcycles that were trailered but the front desk said we were fine & Then he came to us saying we needed to pay an extra parking Fee for both motorcycles.. but as I stated before the front desk did not say anything when we mentioned the motorcycles upon arrival .
The Hallways had a bad smell of fresh paint that lingered into our room & The bar closed very early when the valet had told us it closed at 2 am

NOTHING. entire room was full of black mold, carpet covered in dust and building debris, stains everywhere, entire front door was cracked and looked like someone had tried to break in to the room. very dirty, looked like a building site IN the room.
Pool was dirty with insects dead and floating around in it. i never even used it once.

Pool was dirty with insects dead and floating around in it. i never even used it once. I pain 600 USD for 2 nights and think this was extremely overpriced. i was offered to change rooms but the same quality of all other rooms. oh yeah, and the room smelled like mold. I had an allergic reaction while staying there and had to premedicate myself (im a doctor) the entire stay with heavy antihistamines and oral steroids. when i asked for a refund i was balled back and forth between the property and booking.com, it took over 15 working days to get anything done and even then they told me to contact the property although i had already done so several times. oh yeah and i ate at their restaurant and got good old food poisoning, spending the entire night vomiting and having GI symptoms.

The property is clean. The room was cool.
After a night of working. And partying at the hotel bar, my friends and I abruptly went upstairs in two our balcony, and we’re laughing. Hotel manager entered our room, came to our balcony and told us he was going to throw us out for being too loud. What a complete dissatisfaction this hotel manager was.
3.4
Location was good and allowed walking to the attractions on the riverwalk.
Hotel was in disrepair and looked dirty. Couldn’t get the room I booked (even though booked many months in advance). Loud music late into the night. Not worth the money
