Nice one!!! Never knew we would be with you but did due to cancellation at Clearwater Beach Marriott

Almost everything went well.

I missed "my" microwave oven. Also, the swimming pool was closed.

Gutes Hotel zum Ankommen in Hyatt-Qualität

Wir haben bei der Anreise ein Upgrade für ein Bungalow gebucht. Die Bungalows sind fußläufig ein paar Minuten vom Hotel weg, was angenehm ist und Urlaubsflair vermittelt. Der Bungalow war angenehm groß mit kleiner Terrasse. Das Bad und die Handtuchauswahl war sehr gut. Allerdings war der Wasserdruck sehr schwach. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gigantisch. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen, daher hört man die startenden und landenden Flieger sehr gut. Allerdings nur tagsüber. Uns ist auch aufgefallen, dass das Hotel, die Poolanlage und die Bungalows einige Renovierungsmaßnahmen nötig haben. Hier gibt es einiges an Nachholbedarf.

Beautiful property with great food, but unclean linens

It’s a beautiful property. The 1823 restaurant menu and cuisine are superb. Complements to the chef. However, housekeeping appears to be cutting corners. My pillow had someone’s grey hairs under it and my sheets had someone else’s hair in them. Management provided new sheets, but Motel 6 has cleaner beds!

If back in the Tampa area, I would strongly consider staying again. Very enjoyable!

The room had ample space and was very clean! The bay view from our room on the 8th floor was great! We had breakfast once during our stay and it was delicious. And the location near the airport was ideal! Free bike rental was top notch!!

In my opinion, for the price of the room, I think complimentary breakfast buffet should have been included. Also, I mentioned by email that I was celebrating my 60th Birthday but no acknowledgement of it happened during our stay.

Everything. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and very comfortable. The Restaurants were very nice and service was excellent.

My only suggestion is to install a hand rail in the shower to prevent accidents.

Privacy in paradise

The Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is a treat for the luxury lover! The Casita suites are perfect combination of privacy and luxury, complete with room service, bellman service, mood lighting, robes, slippers, and motion lights under the bed for the late night bathroom breaks! The valets are so kind and Sherrill at the front desk was so patient and helpful to me, providing champagne tokens and maps to guide me around the property. The Casita suites come with dinnerware and you can control the tv with your cell phone. There was a convenient 1/2 bath downstairs and a dining area separate from the living space. There's a spacious closet upstairs and downstairs with extra bedding for guests to use the sofa bed if needed. The barn door entrance to the master bathroom I loved, with huge LED mirror and walk in shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner ready to use. There's toiletries ready, from mouthwash to shower caps to q tips and of course a hair dryer. Slippers accompany the robes and are available to buy if you like. There's even an automatic ice maker just add water! With 2 pools, restaurants, tennis and basketball courts all on the property There's no reason to leave, and lots of gorgeous photo ops for influencers alike!

Wifi was a bit tricky we had to call engineering a couple times. There were also gnats but I expect bugs in Florida near water

Second stay, will be back!

I love the location, the awesome view on the bay and the fantastic restaurant that is on the premises (Oystercatcher). We chose to celebrate my birthday here and spent the night in one of the cabanas.

The staff at the breakfast is in tremendous need to be trained in interacting with the clients, they need to understand they do not work at a fast food, hence must adapt their vocabulary and attitude accordingly. That was the tiny detail that did not make my birthday stay a 10/10, I hope for a 10/10 next year.

Quick and amazing.

The grounds were beautiful. Everything was clean. It was also centrally located and a quick hop onto the highway without hearing high way noise.

Ok but disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Property was nice

Checkin and checkout Checkin was not given the room that I booked until I said something and the room was changed after keys were issued. Checkout breakfast was charged when it was included in the rate which I had to explain. It was the taken off and I thought this would happen since I didn’t express checkout.

all in all a good stay.

Everything thing was good but the house cleaning. We did not have our room cleaned the first day, seconds day no coffee or cups were replenished, third day we did not get towels and coffee again.

I came to lay my father to rest and the hotel stay brought me not only peace but a classy experience

I did enjoy the buffet style and restaurant style option to eating. I do wish there were payment options that included breakfast charges. I also thoroughly enjoyed the cabana suites and the hotel option. I felt like a I was on vacation.

pool was closed and nowhere on the website was mentioned . it’s summer time in Florida !!! they have an real small additional pool where you need to take. shuttle to get there . I called and asked if there was EV charger , once I arrived valet informed that there was non … really !!!

The location is good.

The hotel is under remodeling but still charges top pricing. The walls on my floor were unfinished. There was dust all over, and the pool was destroyed with a bunch of debris around. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay the top price to stay in a non operational and unfinished hotel. I don't recommend it until they fix all of these issues.
