The house was good and well organized, clean and very one felt great. I recommend this house for any stay specially if is a large group.

Spacious, comfortable home on a narrow street in a well-established neighborhood, positioned for easy access to the city's primary business district, the university and major traffic arteries.
Kitchen/dining area not huge so there are limitations despite the number of bedrooms and sleep accommodations. And yet the house would be an excellent choice for a large family or two with several children willing share a bunk room.
Large master bedroom suite with a superbly comfortable king bed with and impressively large bathroom and dressing room/closet. Walk in shower with better than adequate water pressure, though a couple of amenities could improve it -- a shelf or rack for items carried into the shower (we all can't bend to the floor on demand) and a safety bar would be beneficial.
All in all, the amenities we required during our brief visit were within reach. We recommend this Patriot home.

Nice, centralized location on the edge of a historic neighborhood. The hosts were great at communication. The bunk room, with three sets of bunk beds was perfect for our group, as we were in town for a Treble Festival. Lots of nice space for everyone. The kitchen table with benches was very accommodating. The two family room areas are both on the main "open concept" floor, separated by the kitchen, so while the space is nice, it feels more like one big living area because of the open concept plan - that is, don't plan on watching two different television programs. Bedrooms were nice and having a laundry room on the upper level was great. In the master bedroom shower, I didn't understand why there were no shelves in the shower to put your soap or shampoo. You could only put something on the shower floor, which I didn't like. Secondly, I felt that the house needed an interior paint job as the flat paint used throughout made the house feel dirty, when it really wasn't, due to all of the scuff marks on the walls, particularly the stairwell. A nice eggshell sheen or something more washable would have been appreciated, particularly for a rental property. Otherwise, great space and filled our needs nicely.

3 families shared this house totaling 9 people and it was perfect. We could have had a couple more people comfortably. The management company is very quick to respond to any questions.

We needed a last minute rental in Columbia for our family, and this place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds, two living rooms, and just as advertised. It was a particularly cold week and the heat went out on one floor, but management was responsive in helping us get someone out to fix it before it became an issue. Would stay at a Patriot Family Homes property again!
