Poor!!! Customer service was the worst i've ever seen in my life.

Nothing!

I booked this room in good faith. Upon checking in they did not tell me there was a festival literally right outside the hotel which played music loudly the entire stay!!! The music did not stop until 11 pm on Saturday night. The manager stated he would compensate me. Upon check out he lied to my face and said there was nothing he could do. I want my money back!!!!

Great experience

That the hotel used to be a bank and was converted to hotel …. Had a cool vibe … still had the vault on 1st floor near check in Beds were very comfortable!! Room was very clean and was perfect !

Location close to the other hotel my wife's meeting was at thats the only good part

The room was very small the staff was very unfriendly and over charged me for the insadintals they charged me $125 I was told that was the max then I asked the same person for a late stay she told me if I stay after 12 pm it was going to cost me $50 then I talk to another dest clerk and he said that's not true so she was charging me this because of my race she was very nasty

Awesome place to stay. Art Deco. Perfect Location. Comfortable. Unique.

We are local and have always wanted to stay, so we did for our anniversary. It was such a nice place on the inside and out! Location is perfect. It was so nice to wake up and be downtown to check out different things. The staff was beyond stellar in accommodating us. The rooftop bar, vault, and coffee shop are an extra nice touch. I just love the details of this building in downtown Columbia, it's from another time and is very well kept. We hope to stay again soon!

The bed was very comfortable; therefore, I was able to have a good night sleep after having a busy day.

The hotel was literally across the street from the wedding that I attended.

My room’s safe box did not work.

Great location and clean!

The cleanliness was amazing! They left a note I requested for my daughter on the bed since we were there for a cheer competition!

The hotel was close to the art museum, restaurants and bars. prime location. The hotel also had a Starbucks, a restaurant and a martini bar.

My stay this time was poor, the other staff did exceptionally well

I usually stay at the Sheraton hotel, because of location

The bathroom floor wasn’t clean, housekeeping actually came into the room without knocking. The room could have been cleaned better, water pressure in the shower was low

Wasnt aware they’re would be an extra charge for arriving late to check in. We knew we wouldn’t get there until early in the morning but that wasn’t an option when booking the room.

Great location, Clean room and friendly staff!!

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, helpful and the location was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go....10 out of 10will definitely stay here again!!
