About this house rental
Spacious home with spectacular views of Puget Sound, Elliott Bay, The Olympic Mountains, marina, & more! Watch a panoramic sunset from multiple decks on each floor! Adorable children's room next to the luxury Primary bedroom, great layout for multi-generational groups, families & group travelers! Located in the charming Queen Anne neighborhood, visit the best restaurants and shops Seattle has to offer! High-speed internet up to 1G, w/ WIFI-6 which has fast internet for games, streams & meetings!
This is a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom single family home, spacious at 3100 sqft. It's a three level home with a set of stairs leading up to the entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Main Floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room with Smart TV (Netflix provided), one bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, private deck, full bath with bathtub
• Upper Floor: The bunk bed in the kids room is a twin loft bed and rolling twin bed combo, luxury Primary bedroom with king size bed features an en-suite full bath, wet bar, fireplace, enormous walk in closet, and TWO private decks
• Basement: Entertainment space for children and sofa bed, TV (Netflix provided), office area, bathroom with shower, walk-out patio

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. Street parking is free and plenty, and the neighborhood is safe.
• The hot tub on the walk-out patio is not functioning and not intended for guest use.
• Please be aware that there is ongoing construction at the property next door.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Was a great property and lovely inside. No parking except street and quite a few stairs to walk up to front door. Big kitchen. Not far from downtown. The view is fabulous. If it was summer, the deck would be lovely.

Great spot for our end of summer family vacation and a short drive to see Mariner games! The views from this home are absolutely spectacular!!!

A group of eight of us stayed here for a fantasy football draft. We had a great time, the place was as advertised, they even accommodated us on a late check out for a couple people who needed extra time. The neighborhood was conveniently located with markets, Wine and More location, restaurants, etc.
And the views from the balconies were amazing! Great place to stay!

We stayed here to celebrate by daughter’s birthday. The house was exactly as described and photographed. Stunning views, I mean REALLY stunning!
The location was perfect with a coffee shop just around the corner and an awesome Japanese bakery within an easy walk.
The home was spacious, clean and the gourmet kitchen was better than what I have at home!
If I had to nit-pick one thing, it would be nice if there was more seating, especially for the deck areas outside. There were 7 of us and we had to move furniture around quite a bit so we could all enjoy the amazing view. The furniture that was there wasn’t very comfy…but I still feel like this was a five star stay. I’d definitely book this house again.

The house is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Definite 5 star review because everything was perfect. The house is in excellent shape, all the rooms had fresh clean linens and towels, the coffee maker was ready for the morning's action and the views were terrific. The hosts' communication was good and their online guidebook offers well thought out instructions on managing the house and how to get around the area. Location is very convenient to downtown Queen Anne and the local shops - within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you're adventurous then even the Space Needle and Fremont are walkable but be wary of the hills which can be daunting. Our party of four fit comfortably into the accommodations

This is lovely spacious home in a terrific location. It had everything we needed (and more). Great communication and super helpful owners. We would absolutely stay here again

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Nicely maintained and very clean. Has all the kitchen gadgets you need + more. We were a group of 8 adults (family + partners) and it was a cozy fit. The bunk bed room unfortunately went unused in our group, but the sleeper couch on the bottom floor came in clutch. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here again!

The home was very clean, and very well stocked. Had one small issue and communicated with the owner and was resolved very quickly. Beds were extremely comfortable, and furnished very nice. Would definitely revisit this property!
