About this house rental
The home could easily accommodate large groups for Weddings, Family reunions, Business retreats, and more. With 4 very large bedrooms both upstairs and down you will have plenty of privacy. The two bedrooms upstairs have walk out doors to very large deck space if you enjoy sitting outside in peace. The master bedroom has its own wood burning fireplace and TV for those that are looking for a little romance. The King size bed with plush pillows and linens will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated for your days activities. You'll also find a large jetted tub in the master bathroom and over sized 2 person shower with large windows that look out to the national forest.
There are 2 kitchens in the home. Main kitchen is upstairs with a smaller less formal kitchen downstairs. Both kitchens have refrigerators, stoves, ovens, sinks, and cabinet space. The large formal kitchen has a very large wrap around breakfast bar with 6 hi bar stools. There's a dinning room table just off the livingroom which has a new large flat screen smart television and very large wood burning fireplace.
If you need to do laundry you will find the new front load washer and dryer very convenient on the main level with provided detergent, bleach, and fabric softner.
With plenty of wilderness, national forest, and lake there's all kinds of outdoor activities to choose from. We can help you with fishing, horseback rides, places to hike, and various attractions to visit. The lake has trophy pike, walleye, salmon, small mouth bass, rainbow and brown trout.. The 13,000 foot peaks offer some of the best photography opportunities as well as endless exploring.. The home is just 30 minutes from downtown Durango and 45 minutes to Purgatory Ski slopes. If you visit during the winter you will find some of the best snowmobiling, ice fishing, snow shoeing, and Nordic skiing just minutes from the front door. However if you prefer to just stay inside there is plenty of board games, books, and ping pong table to keep you entertained if you can't find something to watch on any of the smart TV's that are in the home.
