GREAT TOTEM HOUSE - Arrive via a winding driveway through the woods, past a pond, to the stunning chalet! Set on 1.3 acres of wooded and grassy lawn, this property offers extreme privacy. The front veranda offers the best spot to enjoy your morning cup of java! Around back, beautiful landscaping features granite stone stairways adorned with gardens. The upper deck off the living room features an outdoor sofa nestled around a fire table. The lower flagstone patio features 2 chaise loungers and an oversized hot tub. It continues down, around to the fire pit area with 6 red Muskoka Chairs.

Boasts high-end stainless steel appliances; JennAir wine fridge and freezer, Thermador oven + warming oven, WOLF 4 burner gas cooktop and a Miele dishwasher. The island features an ice maker and seating for 4.

Furnished with a leather couch and chairs that surround a large wood-burning fireplace. A towering red cedar totem pole from BC commands your attention!
