About this house rental
Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes.

This was a great place for our family to stay! Thanks for making it available to us! A fence in the back yard at this pet friendly place would be helpful because of the street out front. But regardless would still stay there again.

We’ve stayed at plenty of beach vrbo and this one is top of the list. Clean, great space for the six of us and the two teenager boys liked their own first floor bedroom and bath. Received quick response to any small issue. Rooms had ample space and closet space. And my favorite part other than the fire pit was riding the beach bikes all over the place! Such a friendly neighborhood too. Can’t wait to book another vacation. Thank you. Christine and crew❤️

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great with an easy walk to the beach Initially I was worried about the location on the main road but the turn around space at the end of the driveway made it easy to come and go. The lower, detached bedroom under the house smelled a little moldy/musty. We didn’t end up using that room, so it was a much tighter squeeze for our group than we anticipated following the loss of those two beds. Otherwise, the house was pretty true to the images on the listing and we had a great stay.

We were glad to find a house that rented for the weekend and not a required one week stay as so many properties do now. Nice set up, good yard space, neat & clean. Communication with the host was great. He was quick to respond and super nice.

It was nice and Quiet nobody bothered us friendly. Close enough to the beach family enjoy their self very much the best could have been a little bigger and more comfortable but other than that there was no complaints.

My husband, myself, and our dogs had an amazing time in Emerald Isle for the marathon this past weekend. The rental was clean, in a good location, and just as described. Jordan was wonderful and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay in Emerald Isle last weekend for my birthday! The house had everything thing we needed and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all my teenagers! The beach was just a short walk away and we enjoyed so many amenities...the bikes, firepit and well stocked kitchen. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wow. Our family had a wonderful time while visiting Emerald Isle. This house was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was very close to shopping and the beach. It was nice to be able to grill out, kick back on the porch and rest. I highly recommended staying here. Jordan made the trip smooth and easy in the transaction process. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again. We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor space because of the weather but the inside was comfortable and perfect for our family. The cottage is well equipped and conveniently located for a really enjoyable stay!

Great location on Emerald Isle. Only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach - so we got our daily walks in. Grocery and stores close by as well. House was very clean. The room with its own bath on the ground level allowed us to bring family friends. Loved the screened-in porch adjacent to the open deck, Nice, flat yard for the kids to play. A lot of extras in terms of yard games in the garage.

What a great spot to stay in Emerald Isle. The property is within walking distance of the beach and shops. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. It even had a few things that weren't in the listing. We liked that it was modern but still with a beachy vibe. We had a slight issue with the door lock but the host was easy to contact, beyond accommodating, and fixed it immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

We have 3 kiddos and this place was perfect. We had the best time. The host let us check in early which was perfect for us because our toddler was in need of nap. It was a short walk to the beach where we collected tons of shells.
There is a lovely screened in patio where we had our coffee.
The place is incredibly clean and there was more than enough room for the 5 of us.
