About this bed and breakfast
This unique guesthouse is nearly 100% free of common airborne & surface bacteria, viruses, including COVID-2. Just 4 miles from Lee University - just off Paul Huff Pkwy, near restaurants, shopping, & the 4 mile Greenway. There is a private entrance, free parking, separate bedroom area with queen bed, living room w/ queen sleeper sofa, full bath, full kitchen & dining area. High speed internet, dvd player, and cable. Comes with it’s own deck with a fire pit, picnic table and grill, hammock and seating for 6 to 8 on the deck. We have a spotlight for cooking at night on the deck as well as over hanging Edison lights to light it up a bit. You will have access to our underground storm shelter if there is ever a storm. We have outdoor bluetooth speakers next to the deck where you can play your music while outside on the deck. Also, near white water rafting/kayaking, Chattanooga, Blue Ridge mtn's-all within 30 to 60m drive. Greenway walking/biking trail. Plenty of places to walk your dog since our property is situated on three lots. You're going to love this cozy getaway!!!

Mr Alan was an amazing host. He made us feel like family. He stocked the fridge with water soda and snacks. The area is super quiet and peaceful. This was our best trip by far and we hope to stay here again.

From beginning to end, Alan was so kind, in hosting our stay in his VRBO. I traveled with my husband and our two small children, and this place was perfect for us. The kids loved the refreshments that were provided when we arrived. Everything we needed was here. We really enjoyed the outdoor deck, bonfire & grill for a fun hangout. We also appreciated the extra level of security that was present. Cute little neighborhood that felt safe to take daily strolls. We will definitely be back! Thank you Alan!

The greenhouse was a very great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our visit. It was very peaceful and clean. The owner was very kind and hospitable before and during our stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel back to Cleveland :)

My husband and Father stayed here for a weekend Men's Conference and not was great! Communication from the host was phenomenal, very polite and very courteous!! Messaged before their arrival to ask what type of refreshments they enjoyed so it was readily available up on their arrival. Would definitely recommend this place!

The guesthouse was a very neat and comfortable facility in a great little neighborhood.
Very quiet, with hust the right "off the beaten path" mixed with easy access to all things Cleveland Tennessee and surrounding areas.
The host is extraordinarily gracious and has a wonderful 98yo father I was blessed to have met as well. A very interesting young man... :)

Perfect tranquil setting. The space was perfect. Loved the inner “barn door” slider door as it came in handy. Up-to-date decor. Comfortable bed and couch. Privacy nice. Owner on premises was a reassuring plus. Nice rapport with Alan. Neighborhood with matured trees. Interesting and beautiful property with beautiful lighting! My husband and I were in town for a wedding and Alan the host was fantastic, his communication was outstanding and his detailed emails were just out of this world, such a kind and friendly host. The guest houses was perfect for just the 2 of us and had everything you could possibly need. There was even a firepit area for us to use. If we ever make it back to Cleveland, TN we will definitely stsy here 😀

Alan made it very clear how to get there, where to park, how to get in. The lights were on and the air was already going when we got there and we got in kinda late. The whole room was extremely clean and organized. We had everything we could possibly need for the weekend. There was plenty of towels. We had a grill and fire pit available on the deck. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering staying. We will definitely stay again when we are that way. Thank you Alan.

Enjoyed my stay at Alan’s guest house located in a very quiet neighborhood. Was the perfect location to several state parks that I was interested in doing some hiking and fall foliage. Enjoyed the outdoor patio and fire pit located just outside the guest house. Alan’s accommodations and attention to details made me feel right at home. Look forward to returning when I am back in the area

The moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with special touches of hospitality. The lights were on, music was playing (and even tuned to our era!), fresh linens and towels waiting to be used after a long day of packing and traveling and snacks were waiting. It was just perfect!
The neighborhood was quiet. The outdoor areas serene and wooded...perfect for relaxing and reflecting on the day's events.
While we were there, our days were full showing our dog in McDonald and we did not get to explore the beauty of the area. (However, our host was well versed in the many enriching activities of the area and offered us a plethora of opportunities.) We found the full size kitchen perfect for us to prepare breakfast and lunches for our show 'family'.

This property was just right. It was better than described. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, plus in a safe area! The host communicated well and in advance. He followed up on questions we asked. We plan on spending time in the area again and won't look at another property.
If you are staying in this area it would be a great command center for your vacation! It was for us.

Wow, where do I even begin. This was hands down the best vacation rental experience I’ve ever had. Alan and his family were some of the kindest people I have ever met in my life. They went above and beyond what we could have ever expected and we cannot wait to make another trip up the Cleveland just to stay at their property. They were very thorough on how everything worked and directions on how to use all of the extra goodies they have available! The guesthouse was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We ended up having plans fall through for our last night stay and Alan allowed us to stay an extra night with barely any notice at all! I would say one really big things that I loved about this property was the fact that they had a security system, including motion sensors for when you are out. It made me feel so much safer! All around, this was such an amazing stay for my family and I, I couldn’t be more grateful for their hospitality! Keep up the amazing work!

Our host provided us with very detailed instructions on how the accomodation works and went the extra mile in making sure that we have a comfortable stay. From playing on a song to preparing various snacks, magazines, board games and even offered to buy some water soft drinks for no extra charge! We asked and got an early check in because we arrived early in Cleveland. Definitely would recommend and consider to stay again if we visit in the future!

The cabin is quaint and cute. Air conditioners a bit loud, but kept the living areas very comfortable. All sheets, blankets, towels, etc. were clean and fresh. Manager made sure all supplies stayed stocked up. Yard and deck is beautiful, clean, and shaded. Total experience was 5 star. Wife loved it! Owners even gave me a card and gifts for birthday. Have already recommended to others. Will stay here in the future.

Mr. Alan and family were very welcoming. Their guest house is very clean, organized, and beautiful and in a safe neighborhood. Prime location in Cleveland and close to everything. It was a nice place. Alan was very nice. The only issue I had that I didn’t let Alan know was the last day I had ants in my coffee twice. Other than having to trash my coffee it was a nice place.

My husband and I felt at home here, and the host was extremely welcoming. My only complaint was how bright the bedroom was, but I am one who has to have complete darkness while sleeping and this room was extremely bright.

EVERYTHING was perfect and relaxing! Me and the hubby came to get some much needed time alone. We also just celebrated a year since we got married! Our plan was not to leave the home at all, and that's exactly what we did! I can't say anything about the attractions, but the attention to detail that Alan puts into the home we will definitely be back next year and will take more days to enjoy more!
