About this house rental
Summary:
A beautiful modern house superbly positioned overlooking Torbay. Offering everything required for a fabulous family holiday from a stunning open plan lounge (with children's games area) overlooking the garden, to a beautiful kitchen diner with gorgeous views to the sea, plus 3 spacious bedrooms. PS4, table football and air hockey for the kids, lovely lounge area and patio for al fresco dining. Great base to enjoy Torquay and the glorious English Riviera.
The Space:
You enter this 3 storey property on the middle floor which has a WC and to the rear the kitchen diner. You then go down to the main living space - with Optimyst realistic flame electric fire - which opens to the garden. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms ( 2 doubles and a twin ) and family bathroom. There is a garage and parking - so room for 2 cars. Further on street parking is available as well. The garden is fully enclosed. The property enjoys sea views from the garden and all 3 floors. Plus it's only 10 minutes walk to town centre shops and 20 minutes walk to the beach.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole property ( there are some cupboards locked for our cleaning supplies )
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a residential area of Torquay about half a mile from the sea front - a lovely walk downhill - a bit steep on the way back up!!
Getting Around:
The full amenities of Torquay town centre and beach are within walking distance, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. A multitude of boat trips are also available from the harbour. Paignton and Brixham are just a short drive away and there are good public transport options if you don't have a car. A return trip by Ferry to Brixham is always a lovely day out, you might even spot some of the local dolphins or seals! Dartmoor National Park is also within easy driving reach.
Other Things to Note:
One well behaved dog allowed ( which must be up to date with its flea and worm treatments )
No stag/hen parties.
Strictly no smoking in all areas including the garden.
Smart TV and Blue Tooth radio/speakers
Gas BBQ
Washing machine and dishwasher
