This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas.
I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time.
The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful.
Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay.

We went to the Ark Encounter and Creation Musuem. Location of house was great for that purpose. The kids loved the game room.

Over all the house was clean and as advertised. Split level house helped separate the noise from the play room, and the bedrooms. 2.5 baths were very convenient and the laundry area very accessible. We were 'home' basically to sleep, so we hardly used anything outside.
If you're looking for a good landing spot, close to the Ark Encounter, 40 minutes from Cincinnati, and a Walmart/gas station/restaurants within a mile, this is a good option.

Our stay for was only 2 nights and due to the the uncleanliness of the home we were very uncomfortable. The doors, walls, and the railings of the home were filthy. We did speak to the owner who was very kind and listened to all concerns. She stated that it would be painted over but the railings are wood and look as if they have never been cleaned. The room for the children is not as pictured with one of the beds on the floor pretty much. My kids were like umm no. One slept with me and the other with my mother. The couches were also filthy so we did not even use that space. Also, for people of color staying in the area be very mindful of your surroundings. We visited the ark of which is like 4 miles away. On the way home my family was chased off the road and had to contact the police. I could go on but just wanted to leave a honest review so others can be aware of what the pictures did not show. It was for my birthday and I must say I was disappointed and ready to leave when I got there.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fit our needs.
It is a split level with decks. We enjoyed the outdoors with the fire pit and grill, game room, and tvs in every room. We were gone during the day, but nice to have breakfast and dinner while there.

We loved the open layout of the kitchen into the dining and living area. The downstairs play room was definitely a BIG hit! My husband and I brought our 8-yr-old granddaughter plus her parents and 3 siblings to visit the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The house has easy access to both. The host was wonderfully responsive and offered us early check-in, which worked perfectly since we drove from quite a distance. The kitchen was well equipped- and they even provided coffee!! One thing to note: there are no dressers to unpack clothing, just suitcase racks, and lots of hangars for hanging clothes, which worked out okay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The rooms were so cute and well-decorated. The kitchen might be as good or better stocked than my own home. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus for loading and unloading. The game room downstairs added SO MUCH to our stay for my teenagers. And I personally loved getting to relive my glory days of Super Mario domination on their little Nintendo system. Very fun! We also enjoyed a fun evening of playing corn hole in the back yard together. It was a great stay and I would stay there again if I ever went back to the Ark. Great location! Highly recommend. The only slight drawback is that whoever took the pictures for their online description did too good of a job and made the rooms look bigger than they actually are. There is plenty of space, but just know that the pictures make the rooms look a little larger than they are. But we all loved it!

We stayed here to visit the horse park, Ark, and Creation Museum. The location was great and easy to get to and relatively centrally located for all we were looking to do. The neighborhood was quiet. The game room is fun and well maintained. The house looked just like the pictures. The host was fabulous to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

This is a very clean, well maintained home. Rooms are small but work for a long weekend stay. Having soaps and trash bags was a nice positive as most Vrbo rentals do not provide those things.

We had a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. The kids (15, 12, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! It was definitely worth the extra splurge for the multitude of games! The location was perfect for us and so close to the Ark Encounter. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us to cook all of our meals instead of going out to eat. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at. The sleeping space was plenty for the 5 of us. Autumn was extra helpful and very easy to get in touch with when I couldn't find our check in information. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially a family with teens!

This is a nice home in a nice neighborhood. The game room was so fun. It was well stocked with necessary items.The only negative is the hot water runs out kinda quickly.

We found the house to be very clean and welcoming. Our grandson broke a small decoration but the owner put me at ease and said it was no big deal. Excellent location to the Ark Experience, and ice cream place and playground. The neighbors are very close and driveway was tight for 2 vehicles but we had no bad experiences. Communication was excellent! Thank you.

We selected this VRBO for our recent visit to the Ark Encounter. The proximity is excellent, only a few miles away. Close to the interstate, Wal-Mart and restaurants.
In terms of feedback, the front of the house was not included in the listing, and now I know why. There are 5-6 steps leading up to the front of the house and then stairs leading up to the main living area or down to the den. They are, in my opinion, on a steeper incline. Not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Second, the yard was in need of some attention, grass was high and made outdoor space uncomfortable to use. This is consistent with how all of the other houses in the neighborhood looked as well.
The house itself was as advertised, clean and well stocked. Kids room is on the smaller side. Also, check-out instructions are on the wall in the laundry room, which I only happened to notice looking for the light switch. Would have been helpful if those were emailed prior to check-out date.
Overall, house is fine, we had no issues.

This property was great. It was very clean and well stocked. We were visiting The Ark Encounter and it was within a 15 minute drive. Groceries were within 5 minute drive. Kitchen was well stoked to cook for our family of 6. The kids loved the game room and ample TV’s. Highly recommend this home. We also wanted to plug Edwardo’s Pizza and Beans Cafe and Bakery! They were both really good!

This house made our stay in Dry Ridge convenient and comfortable while visiting the Ark, Creation Museum and New Port Aquarium. Great location and lots of amenities. The kids loved the game room downstairs. Would highly recommend! Host very prompt in responding.

Upon check in the owner was easily accessible to help get check in done quickly. Everything was as advertised. Place was clean and stocked with all utensils ect. that were needed. if I had to nit-pick the only concern was the kitchen bench and chairs need some attention as they were very loose. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommend staying there!

Our family loved the house with all the games and the recommendation for a breakfast restaurant called Beans was an added bonus. It was very close to The Ark, which is why we rented it in the first place. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

This property was more than we could’ve ever asked for. It accommodated all six of us very comfortably. The property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. The host had everything you could possibly need available to use. The amenities were amazing. Everything was completely updated and modernized. The game room was a great family hangout spot. It was centrally located to the local attractions and restaurants/stores. Would highly recommend this property and the host. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas vacation.

We loved being so close to the Ark Encounter , walmart and pizza and easy on easy off expressway. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to be relaxed . The kitchen was very roomy for a family and i loved the coffee bar . The kids had a blast in the lower level with different games to play . All around a great place to stay and feel the cozy touch . One thing I will mention is a train goes thru the town several times a night . But wouldn’t keep me from staying there again .
