This is a beautiful, well-located property that had everything we desired for our family stay. the beds were a bit on the soft side and at times there was no hot water in the showers, but aside from that it was an amazing choice.
Of particular interest to the younger set was its location on the perimeter of a forest, where they explored for geodes, enjoyed the woodlands, observed deer running through and marveled at a lightning storm.
We found much to do in the surrounding area, including a trip to the rock slide swimming along Oak Creek Canyon and for some Sedona and others the Grand Canyon. On Saturday, the downtown commerical area had an unusual Harry Potter event that included surprises in many of the small stores... a great treat for the 9 year old twins. We dined on our last night at the country club in Flagstaff, where the food and service were both very good.
Our small family came to Arizona from three different states: California, Oregon and Nevada. Everyone agreed that it was one of the best get-togethers we have had over the years. We thank you for making it possible.

Had an initial mess up at check in, but was able to talk with owner within a few minutes. It was taken care of promptly. Great location. We did the Grand Canyon, AZ Snowbowl and Sedona. House was exactly as shown in listing , if not better. We had 7 kids and they enjoyed the bunk room. Has everything you would need. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a mixed group of family. My sister and her husband with her teen and adult children. My husband and 2 kids ages 12 & 10. The location was great for getting to Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Meteor Crater, and local hikes like Seven Pools.
The home is lovely with plenty of spaces for everyone. The cousins loved the large bunk. Even the adult cousins stayed down there so they could talk and play games. Kitchen is well equipped. The view off the decks was amazing.
Philip was fast at answering any questions. Super friendly owner. Neighbors we met are also very friendly
When we make it back to that area we would absolutely look to stay there again

Loved the location in Flagstaff in between Sodona and Grand Canyon. Home is in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful forest view in back of the house. The kids were able to sled down the hill in the back yard after it snowed. There is also a nice walking trail very close to the home. Would highly recommend for large groups. Nice big tv, living room seating area, and large dining table. Beds and linens are very comfortable and owner is very good pleasant to work with.

We had three families using this house for a home base for a Fall Break trip. We hiked at Snowbowl and also the Grand Canyon. Great space - we loved the access to the urban trail system. Having laundry and having bedrooms on all levels was fantastic. Plenty of room in the living and eating spaces as well. The previous tenants hadn’t taken the bins out on trash day but that wasn’t the fault of the host, nor was it a big deal. Definitely worked well with our group of 6 adults and 8 pre-teens!

Gorgeous home, exactly as pictured and described. We would recommend this home to others and stay there again. Our only complaint was that the kitchen lacked basic essentials; dish towels, bakeware, etc.. That is the only area that could be improved. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect!

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary with our family - 9 in total. The location was great, the house is stunning, Flagstaff was a treat with perfect weather.
Phil was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process.
We hired a wonderful personal chef, Deana from AZ Sunshine Kitchen, to prepare and serve an amazing meal. The huge dining table set the scene perfectly.

Our group of 9 women loved this property. We are all friends through our love of Needlepoint stitching and this was our first annual retreat. We needed a house that could comfortably sleep all of us and just as importantly have a communal space that we can all sit and stitch together. The dining room table was perfect for that! The kitchen area adjacent to the dining room table and spacious family room was wonderful. Another bonus for our group was to have 2 refrigerators to utilize as we brought all of our food and did not go out for meals. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens were very nice. We all agreed it was the perfect house for our needs. Phil the Property manager was very kind and helpful both before and during our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

I would highly recommend this property. Pictures do not do it justice. The owner's communication is amazing. It has another room for families and games and the back area even is great for sledding. This property is top-notch. Worth every penny

This was a perfect place for a large family. Dishes and sitting for 12 which was great for family meals. The beds were comfortable and clean. Short on toilet paper and trash space when you have a large group. Thank you

The property was spacious, clean, cozy, and well-appointed.
The main floor opens from a large foyer with open windows facing the forest and a large deck. To the right is a master king with a closet, tv, deck access, and a bathroom. The open-concept living and kitchen area with has two dining areas. The large couch offers plenty of seats in front of a large TV. Books line shelves around a crackling fireplace.
The kitchen space has a vast counter space and large stove and two refrigerators which are really handy. Everything you need is available for prepping meals.
There's a small workspace, laundry, and toilet on the main level for added convenience.
Just off the foyer are stairs leading to a second master, a large bathroom, and a bunk room with 3 sturdy bunk beds. Metal shades close the room overlooking the forest and a large hot tub.
On the opposite side of the house are stairs leading to the top floor where there are two master bedrooms connected by a bathroom. An organ/piano is in the hallway leading to these rooms.
We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I retreated to the snow for downtime and to create memories. The beautiful snow fall was a bonus to the relaxation and forced down time. My grand kids could sled right behind the cabin. It was perfect! The cabin is very accommodating to a large family. Fireplace, games, cozy blankets and comfortable bedding to end the night. Phil was quick to respond to any inquiries and checked on us via text to ensure our needs were met for your stay. We will be back!

Had an excellent experience renting this house for my group’s snowboarding trip. Had more than enough room and loved how open the living space was. Definitely recommend this house if you’re staying in the area. Also Phil was pleasant to communicate with and was quick to response to any of my groups questions.
