Welcome to Brooks Lane Beach House! This bright and spacious Harwich Port home offers plenty of room for everyone. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a designated office space, separate family and living rooms and a private but open and sunny outdoor area - you can congregate together or find a little nook to relax and renew - this home has it all. Central air in the main living areas and window units in the bedrooms plus free WIFI to keep you connected. Just a mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and a short distance (.5 miles) to the beach at the end of Brooks Lane. We hope you make this your "home away from home" this summer!

We love how close we are to the beach and to the trampolines, bumper boats and ice cream. It's also awesome to have a traditional Italian deli nearby for the best sandwiches and hot items for any family dinner. The space in the home is perfect for our large family - we can gather together or go to our separate areas to get some privacy. We hope you love our Brooks Lane Beach House as much as we all do!
Let Us Tell You About This Home:
You will enter into the combination kitchen, dining and family room that spans the length of the home and touts vaulted ceilings, natural beams and sky lights - all creating a bright and welcoming feeling. The kitchen occupies the middle of this space, creating a connection with creative meals, clever cocktails and time spent with loved ones. The large center island provides plenty of gathering space along with a sink and wood-style countertop that facilitate preparation. The remaining kitchen counters are topped with an ocean blue hue which whispers a reminder of why you are here.
On one side of the kitchen is a sunny nook featuring a farm-style table that seats six. The opposite side of the kitchen is where you find the family room which has a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for movie nights, game play or watching your favorite team. You can exit this space on both sides as one door leads to access the garage, the driveway and a small deck - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The other side of the room has French-style sliding doors that leads to the large back deck with outdoor living and dining spaces that transition to the private enclave of yard space. There is also a gas grill, a fire pit and an outdoor shower which is a Cape Cod tradition!
Just past the family room is a half bathroom with full size, front-loading stackable washer and dryer. A few steps beyond that is the first bedroom which features two bunkbeds with two twin beds each (sleeping four). This space also contains a small lounge/gaming couch and its own door to the back yard.
Walking back through the kitchen space, you reach the front of the house, with several small seating areas as well as a vintage desk near the home's original fireplace. The open hall to two more bedrooms as well as bathroom which acts as an ensuite to the King bedroom while also being accessed from the hall so available to those in the neighboring Queen bedroom.
The formal living room is past the bedroom hallway before reaching the stairway to the second floor. It is a lovely conversation area consisting of a couch and two chairs. Across from the living room, tucked underneath the stairs and landing above, is the dedicated office space. It has everything you need to work from home, including its location in a quiet corner of the home.
Upstairs, on a floor of its own, is the fourth bedroom with a King-size bed, walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Great primary bedroom for Mom & Dad to get some privacy from the kids on the main level.
Ductless units in the family room, office and upper level King bedroom. Window units in the main level bedrooms.
Guest use of garage for storing bikes or large gear.
