It I go back I’ll stay in this hotel again.

The room was very clean and the building is brand new. The location is excellent, there is a lot of restaurants and stores very close, it is a nice area.

The design of the shower was weird. The knob to turn the water on was in the opposite wall than the shower head, it took a while for the water to get the temperature I wanted.

Beautiful Hotel!

Very nice, clean- it was beautiful!

The Breakfast Staff were a bit standoffish. They never talked to us and the main guy looked really mad the whole time. It made us a bit nervous.

Very comfortable, accommodating facility. Would book there again if in the area. Be nice if breakfast wasnt an addition

Being fresh, spacious, modern, clean, amenities. Excellent gym, very nice bathrooms.

For someone with arthritis, doors were a little hard to open, lever handles were good, just the pressure it took to push the handle down to open the door. Room did not have a remote for the tv, staff couldn’t find it, gave us one they thought would work, but didn’t, kept wanting to hook to a antenna!

Our stay was very satisfying.

It was new, and everything was clean. The rooms were very nice bed was comfortable. It was surrounded by lots of amenities.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t included, and we felt it wasn’t advertised enough so as to trick people to having it when we could’ve gotten something cheaper next door.

Disappointed

Perfect location, easy to get to

the floor was disgusting. My one year old crawls everywhere and her legs and pjs were black from the floor. The bathroom floor had thick dirt under the sink. it hadn’t been cleaned under there for a long time. The mattresses on one bed weren’t lined up perfectly so there were crumbs from a previous guest on the bottom mattress. The shower doors were awful. The would not stay closed. They are obviously not leveled and they constantly slid open. We had to shove a wash cloth in the track of the doors to help keep it closed. The main reason we booked this specific hotel was because they had an outdoor pool. My husband had a business meeting so I was planning on taking my kids to the pool for the day and they were very excited about swimming. The pool was not open. They had not been inspected yet even though it was June.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Good locations and lots of local restaurants

New property, clean and nice rooms, beautiful lobby and on site restaurant/bar, friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue at check in but they resolved it very quickly. Location is good. Good parking and lots of close restaurants and shopping.

They did not have door hangers to indicate if you wanted towels only, room cleaned or do not disturb. Those may not have been delivered yet as the hotel is only a few weeks open. However I was able to stop at the front desk and get anything needed. The staff also offered to come up and bring towels or anything else I needed. This was just a minor thing. Easily resolvable by getting the hangers for the doors.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff surrounded by multiple dining options. Great Stay!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. The lobby was clean, the outside parking area was clean. We were just very pleased overall.

The only negative that we came away with was the lack of a provided breakfast. A menu was available with breakfast items for purchase, we were just somewhat disappointed that we couldn't grab something quickly before beginning our busy day.

It said there was a hot breakfast but when we checked in she said it was $12 additional that it was not included in the price
