For the price of what we paid, we did not get that level of value. Staff was friendly and attentive

Did not utilize the breakfast.

Needs updating to the facilities. The parking area and surrounding hotel area badly needs lighting. Definitely did not feel safe at night walking to and from car.

Deficient service and customer attention

Maybe the location near to the airport

first, improve customer attention, the people at the front desk was angry and took forever to find my reservation even if I showed the confirmation number; then she typed my middle name as last name and I did not access to the wi-fi at all. This time the room was not cleaned very good - lack of vaccum - and also the elevator was not clean. This was not a good experience for me, I felt not comfortable

Soft Bed and Spacious Room

What we liked about the property: * Location *Clean facilities *Spacious room *Comfy bed *Comfy pillows *Water pressure *Whole hotel was non-smoking

Our doors keycard reader stopped working. We told the front desk and they switched out key cards thinking the cards were faulty. They didn’t work either so the front desk had to come up and manually use a key to let us into the room. We still to go to dinner that night and were told that maintenance went to dinner and would be back soon. An hour and a half later we called the front desk who told us that maintenance was still not back and they we were to let them know when we came back and they would let us into our room.

Not worth the money went down to the bar for a glass of wine. Was serve in a dirty glass.

Terrible breakfast. Only thing good was the fresh fruit. Not a comfortable place. Decor was very cold.

No curtians on the windows. There were flood lights on the building . No way to shut out the lights at night

The hotel was a good location for our activities around Florence (Ark Encounter/Creation Museum)

The gray haired woman who cleaned on 3rd floor was very nice. I was glad we were able to change rooms from 323 to 314. Room 323 has marks on the carpet which makes the room look unclean.

I was surprised at the hallway floors having stuff on them and not being clean. I'm sure it's hard to keep up with all the cleaning. But to me it gave the place a dirty feeling. The breakfast was alright but the same thing everyday. We stayed 4 nights.

The staff. Called twice to say the television does not work, and the young lady said sorry there is nothing I can do. After we were ready for bed and I tried all the tricks I knew the staff offered us to change rooms. To late. Not very nice and I could of swore when I booked that is said free breakfast. We went down and we were informed kurtly thst it was 8 dollars for a pre-made breakfast. We went to Cracker Barrel, much better. Never again.

Very nice hotel

Very clean and inviting. Room was very nice. I like the Dove convenience in bathroom.

The heated pool was not that warm and they didnt have proper ventalation in pool room. It was very difficult to breath comfortably and made pool and hotel entry smell like chlorine intensely.
