The breakfast was perfect, five star.

When we went for breakfast our hotel card was deactivated and we couldn't open the room , had to go back to reception to have it activated again. It wasn't yet checkout time, incident accused around 09:30. Check out was 10:00.

great location, they need to improve on service.

the location is great, close to all the shops and convention center.

the staff not well trained, the housekeeper kept opening the room, apparently it was double booked. The mixed use makes it a very noisy setup. The safe in the room was locked, requested help which never came.

Limpeza muito ruim dentro do quarto e nos corredores. Não há telefone nos quartos para permitir contato com a portaria. Piscina diminuta. Pia do banheiro muito pequena a ponto de molhar o cliente quando ele escova os dentes.. pouco numeros de funcionarios

Room could be improved with small additions - a towel rail in the bathroom, a stool or rack to put a suitcase on, some basic utensils to use in the kitchen, a door stop for the balcony door, etc. Should make it clear that to use the TV you need to use you own accounts for Netflix, etc.

Family Suprise Stay.

The location was good and very close to sandton Mall which was good for shopping.

When checking in the staff were confused and did not have a confirmation on system.Our booking included Breakfast and upon dining they could not confirm it.Instead of relaxing my Mom and Sister were frustrated and this ruined their stay. Poor Planning and Lack of Communication was lacking from Team.

The location

Stains on the bed. The staff then insisted it wasn’t stains. Had even taken pictures. Ended up sleeping elsewhere. Had booked 2 rooms. Utilized only 1 room, so we really paid for an extra room for nothing! No proper assistance from staff…

The Simplicity in Sandton City

The location was really great, shopping centre a walking distance away and Sandton City just a quick ride around the corner. At reception be sure to let Mabel she is an absolute gem. The place as you enter just welcomes you with these wonderful scents and calming music in the lobby. The working space and the restaurant part of the building was an absolute treat. On other thing, be sure to get yourself a young coffee at reception. Really good if you a love coffee.

The carpet in the room was removed for some reason and having to work across the road to do laundry was not fun. The least that could have been done is to be provided with some laundry bag. Other than it is a really nice place to stay.

The property is great but we got a super smelly bathroom with a faulty door and this was not nice. I would want to think regular inspection would pick these things

The location is great, the hotel doesn't include breakfast but there is a gorgeous restaurant with delicious menu.

Great hotel but they should prioritise cleaning the rooms thoroughly.

It’s situated at the best location.

Lack of cleanliness. My linen was not changed at all. I found the sheet with pink stains and it was not changed. The pillows were dirty the entire week I stayed there.

Loved it!

Quiet street. There were guards on watch, which made me feel safe. Was freely taking pictures. It was a serene place to be. The place was great can't complain

For this I think I should have made my request sooner, but my room didn't have a window- The living area had one sure but :( I like natural light where I sleep- I understand this may be as a result of the whole plan of the building but I think I'd prefer more windows next time

The proximity to the Sandton city, Nelson Mandela Square and Gautrain.Station.

The service and the staff. The breakfast didn't start at the time that the Hotel said and we were late for our appointment and work. There was no towels in the rooms after many reclamation. The receiptionist asked proof of paiement , even if we are paid total amount before our arrival, I they resent the proof of paiement during the check in. But at the secind day of our stay, the receiptionist who work this day, adked again a proof of paiement. There staff did not make passation.
