The property was as advertized, very beautiful with a lot of room, property manager and maintence staff were excellent.

Our family of five had an incredible time on St. Thomas! Sea View Villa was everything we could have asked for. The view is stunning, the pool was refreshing and the home provided all the amenities we needed for our stay.

The home was beautiful, clean and ready for us when we arrived. But the best part was waking up to a view that was simply the best.

This Vrbo was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped and well-stocked. The view was spectacular. Even with 6 adults, there was room for individual privacy if "alone time" was needed. We used the grill to make several meals. Phone calls were promptly answered and issues quickly resolved. If you're a light sleeper, you may not want to choose the bedroom closest to the room with the pump.(We ran dishwasher at night). One suggestion, if you're going out in the evening, turn on the outside light so you can see the steps when you return.

Amazing views, and comfortability! My wife and I had misread that there was no air conditioning in the main parts of the house, but after the first day the breezes cooled things down a bit in the main living areas. The bedrooms were spacious and quite comfortable. Carrie was very responsive and was quick to answer any questions or accommodations. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This villa surpassed our expectations. The views are breathtaking, the outdoor spaces are perfect, communication and checkin/check out were exceptional. We traveled with 3 couples and this villa was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Our party included 4 adults and a toddler & we were at Sea View for an entire week. The property is in terrific condition and the views are stunning! Sea View has everything you will need for a comfortable stay at the property, whether you're cooking in or eating out. As stated in the listing, the common areas (i.e. living room & kitchen) do not have AC, but the constant 15 knot wind helps cool everything nicely. The AC units in the bedrooms all work excellent and keep the bedrooms nice and cool. We opted to have the pool heated, and it was ready for us upon check-in! We were a little apprehensive bringing our 2.5 year old with us, but Sea View is a perfect villa to better "manage" little ones. Lots of open space inside and then the pool/deck space was perfect for her to enjoy--along with a minimal number of stairs from the parking area to the villa.
Eating meals on the deck is a must, as the views down island and of the other VI's are just too good to not fully take in! Carrie & Megan were very responsive to our questions and I would definitely book a property under their management again. Overall, a solid 5-stars for us during our stay & I would highly recommend Sea View for anyone looking at a villa vs. a hotel for their stay on St. Thomas!

We stayed at Sea View Villa for almost 2 weeks in February and it was amazing. There were views of the Virgin Islands from every room and amazing sliding doors to feel that sea breeze. We never missed air conditioning in the common spaces (the AC in bedrooms was great)! This was also one of the best equipped kitchens I've experienced - it had everything (and more) that we needed. There was plenty of outdoor seating - 6 lounge chairs and a dozen other outdoor seating options that were very comfortable. The pool was partly in the shade for most of the day, which was perfect for us as we had a toddler and 2 children. Carrie and Megan were so responsive to every question, comment and request - they made our first trip to St. Thomas seamless and SO enjoyable!

I have to say I was disappointed. The upkeep of the house wasn’t what I expected; the Indoor light fixtures, faucets and exterior doors were very rusty. The pool took 2 days to heat and the palm tree’s left “rabbit turds” all over the patio. There are A LOT of stairs just to get to the front door. (Zero fun with luggage!!) We were given 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person which has never happened in all my travel. I guess I’m spoiled but usually there’s a few bottles of water for arriving guests, there was zip and the shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner was emptyThe basement bedroom smells like mold. My son had a very yucky runny nose while there. The master bedroom tv is hilarious wall laptop. There no tv in the downstairs armoire but full on antiquated x boxes and PlayStation games. Also Don’t cook, the kitchen & living room are HOT. So in all, the house needs major care and guest services need thoughtful improvement. The view was splendid.

House was great, communication with Carrie was easy and straightforward. Kids loved the pool. Easy to get everywhere on the island. Waking up to sunrises and turning the chairs to watch sunset skies was amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was the perfect house to celebrate turning 40 with my best friends! Incredible cliff side views, clean house, great location. Management was so quick to respond & gave great suggestions for accommodations. Felt very taken care of.

We had a great stay at Estate Lovenlund! The views were amazing, the house clean, and Carrie was easy to communicate with. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool all week and all our activities were a short drive away. We had the best of both worlds and were sad to leave. The peace and quiet was just what we needed to relax. Being inside the gated community made us feel extra secure and we never worried about our belongings or safety. We were so happy our stay turned out to be the best vacation we've had so far!

Perfect rental for my husband and older teenage girls. The views are so beautiful and the house was spacious and inviting. Spent most of time on decks enjoying the seascape, but the air conditioned bedrooms were extra cool for sleeping when we were finally indoors for the night. Would definitely stay here again. So happy to have such an amazing place for our family vacation.

There are a lot of great things I can say about this rental property, but in the end... that view is everything. After you land at STT, and pick up your rental jeep and take the (somewhat hair-raising) drive to Mahogany Run, and weave your way through ever-narrowing, ever-steeper streets toward the tiny little parking area in front of the house, you may be wondering: What have I gotten myself into? And then you open the gate, walk down the wooden stairs, open the front door... and before you can even focus on the house, that view consumes your entire field of vision.
So you walk across the landing and throw open the door and suddenly you're standing out there on the deck, and despite the fact that it's mid-February and you know your home is about to get buried beneath the winter's latest blizzard, you don't care because in front of you is 180 degrees of stunning turquoise waters and waves crashing against the cliffs and swaying palms and crystalline blue skies and islands, islands, islands... smaller USVIs and larger BVIs scattered across your field of vision like jewels. And you turn to your traveling companion - and your eyes suddenly taken in the full-length deck that stretches along the edge of the house, all the way from the master bedroom at one end to the gorgeous pool and sunbathing deck at the other - and say: "This is why we came here."
So. Yeah. It's one hell of a view. The house itself is pretty sweet, too: two floors of beautifully designed, well-maintained living space — an air conditioned master bedroom with a large master bath; large, well-appointed kitchen; dedicated dining and living room areas (including a flatscreen TV with basic cable and easy sign-in to your own Prime and Netflix accts), all with stunning views out to the deck and sea and islands, and then down the spiral staircase to two more bedrooms (both with A/C and full baths; 1 King; 1 w/2 twins) and sitting area, plus a second, lower-level deck and similarly stunning views from each room. (The washer/dryers are hidden down here, as well.)
It's also well-located -- maybe 10 minutes from Megans Bay, and half an hour from both Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook. Dealing with the rental agents was also easy throughout — Carrie was terrific from start to finish.
In short: Sea View was about as close to perfect as it gets.

We recently stayed at Estate Lovenlund with my teenage children and parents who are in their late 70’s. We were vacationing in St. Thomas and also there to celebrate a family occasion. My brother and his family stayed close by in Peterborg. We typically stay in hotels/resorts but, this time opted for a villa in order to enjoy late nights, sunsets, and happy hours being all together. My parents live out of state and my children are older now and I’m not quite sure how many more “family vacations” we will have alone with them.
Initially, I corresponded with “Carrie” the property manager with any questions and concerns I had. Carrie was lovely she responded promptly she was helpfully knowledgeable about the villa as well as the island!! Additionally, Carrie was an incredible resource and comfort when we decided to book our stay at the Estate Lovenlund.
When I tell you the views of the villa were spectacular!! I can not begin to emphasize that enough!! They are captivating, soothing and unlike any view we have ever encountered. My daughter gets car sick and she has never been on a cruise for fear of being seasick. I told her this captures the beauty of being on a cruise ship, without the motion!!
The views from each and every room are amazing that was the highlight for us of the entire villa!! The home was immaculate, well taken care of and the AC worked well in the bedrooms. My parents were a little taken back that the remainder of the home was not air conditioned particularly my mom and her concerns of “her hair” when we opened all the doors to enjoy the breeze and to keep the house cool. The steps were also a major challenge for my parents each day when leaving and entering the villla. We had not anticipated that. Fortunately, the rest of us being younger and active were able to carry everything for them and help them along the way. We took walks in the neighborhood and soon learned our way around and the best route to come in and out. The roads are quite narrow and steep. If you seriously take your eyes off the road for a second you could fall off a cliff. That took some time getting accustomed to. We thanked my husband each and every day for getting us back safely each time. Nonetheless, it’s all worth it for that view is to die for!!
Everything went quite smoothly. Pool area was quite shady but overall it was a GREAT trip enjoyed by all!!
We are looking forward to returning!!

What a fantastic stay at the villa! We visited during low season. The weather was quite hot when we arrived on the island with very little wind; however, a dip in the pool helped matters. The rest of the week, the wind on the island was gentle, but enough to help quell the heat in the main living space. All bedroom have amazing A/C units so there were no issues getting a night’s sleep. Cooking in the kitchen made dinners easy, and the views are spectacular from any vantage point. We’ll be back.

Sea View Villa is an amazing property to spend your vacation. So much room for our family of 6. Views from this property are endless and worth to spend all your time at the house if you’d like. We loved every second of it!

House and view are what to be expected, but we were at the house on Saturday for only 3 hrs and the landscaper was working to cut limbs and blow leaves on the deck the entire time (2-5pm). Next day we are gone all day and return to power not working. After 5hrs of not being able to get the generator to work or and service help we just want to bed. Awful way to close out an anniversary trip. I’ll be waiting for a credit back for a portion of the stay for the terrible inconveniences at the property.

Thank you for a great stay. I have returned very relax. The pool light was not very tight in the pool. Other than that EVERYTHING was wonderful!

From the start, working with the property manager, Carrie, made us happy with our decision to rent this gorgeous home. Every question was quickly and kindly responded to. The arrival instructions were clear and easy. However, while finding the house was not hard with the google pin drop provided, I would suggest arriving in daylight if possible. Once you know where you are going, navigating the neighborhood is much easier.
Walking in the house....WOW! The pictures are very accurate (down to the fresh flowers on the towels!), but the pictures can not capture the spectacular views, the sounds of the water, the cool breeze, and the swaying palm trees.
Please know that each of the three bedrooms in the house are equally spacious with equal views. With three couples, there is no "short stick" when it comes to picking bedrooms. The "master" does have a slightly better bathroom, but they are all excellent. Each bedroom also has a sliding door out to a sitting area with a view.
We also utilized the "cottage" which is a seperate structure - adorably furnished with great AC. There is a nice restroom, but no shower. Our guest had no issue popping into the house to shower, and really slept well on the comfortable bed in the cozy room.
I had inquired about pantry items in the kitchen, and while I appreciated Carrie letting me know they couldn't guarantee particular condiments (just what is left by other guests), I can say that the house was WELL stocked with every spice we could need, oil, some coffee, plenty of coffee filters, paper products, etc. Great pots and pans, plenty of cultery, every cooking implement you could need, and a great blender! Also handy was a cooler, ice packs, and canvas bags we could take to the beach. They even have a "use some / leave some" bar and several guests have left rums and other bottlesto try that made happy hour fun! We were sure to leave plenty in return.
The concierge service was excellent - making exellent suggestions for restaurants and, in particular, rental car service (use Paradise Car Rental!!)
We were on the island for SCUBA diving and the rest of the time enjoyed the perfect pool (with just the right amount of shade and sun) and lounging at the house. The outdoor lounge chairs and happy hour seating area have all brand new furniture upgraded since the photos.
I could go on and on.... so will finish just by saying we WILL be back.
