The place looks just like the pictures but the pictures don’t capture how dirty it is. The living room rug looks like it’s never been vacuumed, there’s stains on the sofa, and our bedroom has cobwebs galore. Our AC stopped working on a 85F day, luckily it came back on. But maintenance never came to fix to check out the problem. We read online that the filter needs cleaning so we did that ourselves and they were filthy. Also, the house is on a busy street so the front bedroom is noisy all day and late into the night. Also something’s wrong with the plumbing. In the middle of my shower the water stopped. We think it’s because the toilet downstairs was flushed. It’s nicely decorated and the beds are comfy and I like how they provide toiletries and paper products.

Overall we really enjoyed staying at this home. We had 7 family members (5 adults, 2 kids) and there were enough beds for everyone. However the mattresses were in really bad shape. You can feel the springs against your body, and hear the springs squeak with every move. I've never stayed in a hostile, but this is the mattress I'd imaging they use there. We wanted to use the laundry and noticed mold all over the lining. It's clear that it hasn't been cleaned out in months, if not years. Everything else was great. We had a rental car so the location was fine since we could drive everywhere, and there were plenty of street parking in front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms on top floor, and 2 bedrooms below the kitchen. Every time someone walked in the kitchen or living room you could hear the creaking sound in the bedrooms. I don't think any of these things are necessarily show stoppers, but good for people to know in advance when evaluating their options.

Staying at this property is very enjoyable and spacious. Other than the cutleries and the lack of pans, this place is amazing in terms of places to go and the convenience of stores located around the property. I enjoyed my stay and I’m happy to visit again.

We loved the neighbourhood, the location in the city, being able to park right in front, and everything about the place itself was perfect for our two day stay in Vancouver. The place was clean, bright, a nice design, and communication with the host was timely and very positive. We would recommend this place to anyone.

A few friends and I wanted a place we could gather and spend time together for a reunion- this place was perfect! The house was beautiful and well kept, and the area had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely book again

Overall the property was quite nice and as a group of 5, we were comfortable. A few areas could require more attention: the directions to operate the TV didn’t work, no kitchen towels, extra blankets needed, tissues would have been a nice touch, complimentary tea and coffee would have been appreciated, mattress could use replacement or at least covers to add some comfort, and under the sink did not smell very fresh. The lack of kitchen supplies were beyond limited. If you’re planning on making meals in, you will struggle.
The upstairs bathroom door had some damage when we arrived and it made a great deal of noise when trying to open it close.
The bedding was comfy, front porch was welcoming, and the access in and out was easy to manage.

Where do I begin? The bath towels and wash cloths had red (looked like blood) and/or yellow stains on them upon arrival. The door in the downstairs bedroom was unlocked AND open when we arrived. Instructions stated there was a garbage can outside the house, but it was nowhere to be found. When I inquired about this, I was asked if I had looked and then told it was under the kitchen sink. So we had no place to empty the garbage or recycling for 7 people for an entire week. No remote for the tiny upstairs bedroom HVAC. Used the remote from a different room, and it leaked all over the wall, bed, and floor. Alerted the contact I had, asked if I needed someone to come change the sheets on the bed, and then told maintenence would come the next day to address this. They did not. Drawer in the fridge developed condensation and ruined the food we put in there after 3 days. The upstairs shower fluctuated between too hot and too cold; 1 person almost got burned. The downstairs shower on/off front plate (to adjust the temp) came off almost every time it was turned on. The buttons on the TV remote have to be held 5+ sec each to work. You could feel the springs on every bed, so they were not comfortable at all for sleeping, and 1 bed didn't even have a fitted sheet. No temperature control on the main floor, so in the evenings it was 80+ degrees. No screens on many of the windows, so leaving them open invited bugs. Washing machine sounded like a jackhammer. Never heard from the owner.

The accommodations were great. The place really need a serious deep cleaning. The walls are very dirty there’s spiderwebs by the closet doors and just it needs a good overall good clean house and it’s a great place.

We had a great stay at this place for two nights after arriving in Vancouver and before heading off to the Canadian Rockies. The space was comfortable and clean for our multi-generational family of 8. The only downside was that the stores/groceries nearby were VERY authentic Asian. A great cultural experience, though a bit of a challenge to get staples for simple meals at the house — all part of traveling and appreciate it!

The place was very nice to stay at for a few nights. The road it is on is quite busy though. The living room area is not the most comfortable furniture to relax in the evening and watch a movie , definitely could use a different style of couch! Kitchen was nice for the little bit that we used it, mainly just for breakfast.

Great location and place for our family to stay. Spacious and modern. We really enjoyed the place. Only the mattresses could be more comfortable.
