Big Fresh Pond is just around the corner as is an unmatched destination for exploring or simply enjoying the serene peaceful nature, fishing, kayaking. Beaches:
The town of Southampton has nearly a dozen beaches! Like the Ocean? One of the most well-known areas is Coopers Beach (only 10 minutes away) as it is rated the top beach in the nation. It has a lifeguard, bathrooms, showers and a restaurant that hosts lobster bakes on Friday and Saturday during the summer. Visitors can also rent chairs and umbrellas. Like the warmer, calmer, Bay? Enoy Meschutt Beach with a waterside concession stand with grill grub, raw bar & drinks hosts bands & weekly classic car show.

The house has a security system (SimpliSafe) and a video door bell (Ring) which includes surveillance of the exterior only. (There is no video or audio surveillance of the inside of the home whatsoever.)

The host requires information about the guests and a Rental Agreement to be signed at the time of reservation.
