About this house rental
Recently renovated, Four Bedrooms, Two Full Baths, and a finished basement with ample room for all are located in the heart of the Village on a half-acre parcel.
This house offers top-notch amenities and is the perfect vacation home for friends or families seeking to get away from it all. Located in the heart of Southampton while also being biking distance to the beach, this Village property has it all.
Living room with flat screen tv open to the kitchen. All designer appliances in the kitchen (6 burner Wolff stove, subzero refrigerator), with an island. The kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with Calphalon cookware and a Weber grill on the deck outside. Bonus Den with flat screen tv and extra seating.
One bathroom and three bedrooms on the main floor, including a king-size bed, a queen bed, and bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 4) There is also a bedroom (full-sized bed) and bathroom on the basement level and a futon bed in the living area of the basement. The basement also has additional couches and a television and adds additional space for your guests.
Brand new 20x40 heated saltwater gunite pool, newly landscaped yard with room for games and lawn activities. Bluestone patio around the pool and a wood deck for dining. Restoration Hardware outdoor table with chairs and lounge chairs and couch. Outdoor speakers add to your enjoyment!
The garage has six bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, a paddle board and other much needed summer items.
We also have a brand new Fire Pit area for guests to relax and warm up for those brisk nights.
The house sits on more than 1/2 acre of property. four car driveway can fit six if needed. Convenient location to all amenities, including train station (.5 miles), town (.6 miles), (1.5 miles) old Town Beach, and Cooper's Beach (3.0 miles).
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of gas during cooler weather.
Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Please note that pursuant to the Suffolk County Hotel and Motel Occupancy Tax law, Chapter 523, Article II of the Suffolk County (NY) Code, short term rentals less than 30 days are required to be taxed at a rate of 5.5% of the per nightly rate. We really had a wonderful time at this home. It’s a perfect mix of heading into the village, going to the beach and just staying around the house and lounging by the pool. Clean and well-equipped and perfect for a family of five! We cooked and had everything we needed and the location is close to everything. They did a really nice job restoring this home to perfection! Most importantly, the service was wonderful and the hosts not only helped us with the recommendations for places to eat and where to go but they also took my call in the evening to figure out a hot water issue I was having and solved it right away. They even came out to the home to double check everything and help us figure it out. Great people, great house, Highly recommend!

Picture Perfect Vacation
My family and I had a fantastic week at this charming, bright, clean, and comfortable property. The pool area/backyard was absolute perfection and the household accommodations were state of the art and very comfortable. The owners were exceptional with their communication throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

GREAT Place for a group
I had a great time for the weekend and Chris was a great host as well. He was very responsive when we had problem and they were very few (we just didn't know where things were lol). I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a great place and will definitely try to book it again next time I go to Southampton.

Perfect Hamptons Beach House
We had an amazing time. The house was clean and even more beautiful in person. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 friends. The location was perfect for biking and walking to the town and beach. The house has everything you could need and the owners were very responsive. 10/10 recommend!

We wouldn't recommend.

Great getaway for a week!
Couldn't say more about the week my wife, small dog and I had at this house. It was extremely clean with all of the amenities we could have asked for - including the big backyard, which our dog loved - and the owners were extremely communicative. Great location as well -- very close to the town itself. Would stay here again in a second!

This house was in the perfect location and was very nicely renovated and updated. Walking distance to Southampton village, and just a short car ride to the beach or to numerous wineries and farms, this house was in the best location in Southampton.

Enjoyed a lovely labor day weekend with several friends in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, close to the beach, town, and highway. Lots of bikes, games, beach chairs, etc. The inside decor is beachy chic, beds are comfortable, and the backyard is to die for! Hope to be back next summer!

Great stay in SH
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The pool and outdoor space was perfect. The house is clean, new and has everything you need to be comfortable. Beds are super comfy and have nice linens too. Owner was responsive and helpful. I would recommend a stay here. A note for beach goers - the Village of SH requires parking permits at beach parking lots - so we ended up driving there to drop off our beach supplies, then the driver went back home to park the car and bike the 2 miles back to the beach.

The house looked EXACTLY like the photos, newly renovated and extremely clean. Great location could walk to the train and the town. Hosts were very receptive to questions and willing to help. Bikes were a fun addition! Great house especially for the value, would stay again!

Lovely home in a very convenient location. The house was exceptionally clean, really well designed and had everything you would need. Pool was perfection — heated and salt water. My daughter and I had an amazing week. Had a chance to meet one of the owners upon arrival — Chris was super welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay here to all. Thanks again Chris and Laura.

The house is very nice and clean with everything being brand new. The backyard is awesome - very spacious with a huge pool. The location was ideal as well - 5 mins to all the restaurants & shops and the beaches. Plus there were bikes available for use. Would definitely book again.

I wish I could buy this house, it was a perfect size for our family and everyone enjoyed it so much! Close to beaches, town, everything you need. They provide 5 bikes which were so much fun to ride. Highly recommend!
