About this house rental
Entrance hall leading to the spacious living room. Study area with door to the smart conservatory dining room. Contemporary and spacious open plan fully fitted kitchen including central island and breakfast bar and integrated appliances with dining area and outlook over the garden and doors providing access to the outside. Utility room off the kitchen. Cloakroom toilet on the ground floor. Stairs to the first floor leading to the master bedroom (kingsize 5ft bed) with impressive feature window. Ensuite shower room (walk in shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom two (5ft kingsize double bed) with ensuite shower room (walk in shower, sink and toilet) and balcony. Third bedroom with twin beds (two 3ft single beds) and fourth bedroom with 3ft single bed. Family bathroom with feature bath, sink and toilet.
Parking - 3 off-road parking spaces to the front of the house behind security gates.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Large flatscreen Televisions in living room (50 inch) with a sound bar and kitchen (47 inch). Sonos and Heos music systems.
Kitchen - Feature ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, extractor, double oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer (in separate utility room).
Restrictions - No smoking. Pets may be permitted with prior approval.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
