About this house rental

Bournecoast are delighted to offer this modern four bedroom, detached family home. The house enjoys an elevated position with a zig-zag path up to the front entrance. This beautiful home benefits from a generous living area, separate lounge with a log burner, a bathroom and a shower room and plenty of outdoor space. The property is located in Branksome Park in Poole which is a prestigious and sought-after area and is approximately just a 15-minute walk from the golden beaches of Branksome Chine. Westbourne is also walking distance from the property and has an abundance of shops and restaurants.

THE ACCOMMODATION:
The Master Bedroom on the first floor has a Super King Size Bed, boasts a dressing area and includes a modern ensuite shower room which comprises of a shower cubicle and toilet. The first floor features two additional bedrooms, Bedroom Two boasts a King Size Bed, whilst Bedroom Three is equipped with Bunk Beds. Bedroom Four is located on the second floor and has a King Size Bed, along with a cupboard which has a TUMBLE DRYER inside.

The lounge offers a log burner and is equipped with a SMART TV - DVD - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from the Internet Service Provider).

This house has a modern kitchen/diner which includes an INDUCTION HOB - DOUBLE ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE FRIDGE. The kitchen space enjoys the advantage of bi-fold doors opening to the side patio, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. In addition the dining area is furnished with a sofa and a SMART TV. There is a separate utility room which is equipped with a WASHING MACHINE.

The main bathroom is located on the first floor which includes a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. The property has an additional separate toilet on the ground floor.

Outside you will find a patio area at the side and front of the property. At the rear of the property is a second patio area with rattan furniture together with a lawn garden.

There is free road parking at the front of the property in front of the two garages (please note that although access to the two garages is not available, you can park on the road in front of them).

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER and HAIR STRAIGHTENERS for guests to use. This property has two external security cameras. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC Grade - D. Please note that this house is not suitable for disabled persons due to the many steps/steep pathway. GAS/ELECTRIC - INCLUDED.

THE LOCAL AREA:
Branksome Chine is a scenic, coastal area located in Poole leading to Branksome Beach, which is within walking distance of the property. It is renowned for its beautiful, sandy beaches and picturesque surroundings. Once on the golden shore there are many traditional seaside activities to choose from. Branksome has a superb safe, sandy beach, a popular restaurant right next to the beach and the famous beach huts. From this vantage point, you can enjoy spectacular views of Poole Bay and the coastline. Alternatively, heading in the other direction, Alum Chine boasts a family-friendly atmosphere with its pirate-themed adventure playground, RNLI lifeguard stations, amenities like toilets with baby changing facilities, pubs, and ice cream kiosks. A stroll through the exotic woodlands from Alum Chine beach adds to the charm of the area. A short walk away, Westbourne, affectionately known as The Village, is an elegant district of Bournemouth. It features a mix of design specialists, beauty stores, delightful delis, pubs, and child-friendly restaurants. Beyond Westbourne lies the beautiful Coy Pond Gardens, offering pretty ponds, exotic trees, and gentle walks along the river. Taking a pleasant walk through Bournemouth Gardens provides a tranquil route to Bournemouth Town Centre and additional sandy beaches. The town centre itself offers a plethora of family-friendly attractions, including award-winning beaches, gardens, theatres, cinemas, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. Sandbanks, which is considered to be one of the most exclusive areas anywhere in the world, is just a short drive away. Sandbanks is a spectacular peninsular of land at the entrance to Poole Harbour. As you drive along the peninsula you can see the harbour on your right. The water on the harbourside is very shallow for a long way out and perfect for practising water sport activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing and dinghy sailing.
