Lakefront Penthouse #406 is 2,300 square feet and has 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathroom and sleeps six. LAKE ERIE VISTA CONDOMINIUMS (LEV), has elevators, heated indoor pool, private beach, 2 fire pits and outdoor grills.... and is only minutes from the famous Geneva on the Lake Strip. #406 has vaulted ceilings, huge windows and two large sliding glass doors that take you out to the 31 foot private balcony. A table for outside dining, patio chairs for lake watching, reading or relaxing with cocktails and conversation! Wherever you are... in the GREAT ROOM, in the kitchen, in the dining area you are always part of the action in this open concept penthouse. The KITCHEN has beautiful cabinets with granite countertops, a 14' island, two sinks, under counter beverage cooler, stainless steel appliances, electric cooktop, and plenty of cabinet space. KITCHEN SUPPLIES: dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, skillets, serving dishes, utensils, baking dishes, hand mixer, blender, dual Keurig/Coffee Pot, Crock Pot and more. (paper towels provided.) There is a large walk-in pantry and full LAUNDRY We also provide liquid laundry detergent . 1) The MAIN BEDROOM (12'X20') is filled with natural light with lake front picture window and a sliding balcony door. The King bed will provide sleeping comfort!! This bedroom has an attached 5 piece bath with XL shower and double sinks. There is also a 50" smart TV. 2) The SECOND BEDROOM (11'X17') has a large en-suite bath with 5' vanity and tub shower unit. This bedroom has another king bed and a 40" smart tv.. 3) The THIRD BEDROOM (13'x13') has two XL Twin beds, large dresser and large closet with plenty of shelf and clothes hanging space. It also has a 40" smart TV. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners. Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways or taken into the units. Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails. Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight. Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited. If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts. Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed. Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. *Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. *No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. The lake is dangerous and - please respect it. Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: *Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station. *Clean up trash when leaving beach. *Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks. *Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides. Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed. For your safety: No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk. *No unsupervised swimming. *No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death. *No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool *No glass in pool area. *Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained. Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

My family made a quick 3 day getaway to GOTL and had a wonderful time at this property. We really loved the accommodations and had a great time. From the spacious unit, the private beach with fire pits and even the pool we enjoyed all this spot has to offer. We're hoping to return again sometime and would definitely recommend this place. The condo was beautiful and was exactly as shown online. It had spectacular Lake Erie views and had ample space for our whole family. All of the TVs (four of them) were very good TVs and easy to operate.

I've stayed in several condos at lake erie vista and have been happy with all of them, but this penthouse is hands down the best. The space was roomy, the location was center facing the lake, the cleanliness was spotless. The attention to detail was unmatched. The little things is where this place excels. Usb outlets on all nightstands is the kind of thing I myself would have in place at home. When I rent, my first task is a shopping list for supplies. Here, everything was supplied with backup. I will be back for sure. Meeting Debbie White , the complex administrator was an unexpected bonus. Wonderful complex. Spectacular unit.

The Penthouse condo was stunning and much larger than expected. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for our girls group of 6. We loved the master bedroom and walk-in closet. Check-in process was smooth and communication prior to our trip was great. Owners quickly answered any questions we had. The location was perfect and very well kept. It was close to the wineries and strip but far enough also. The balcony was large enough for us all to enjoy the wonderful views of the lake and the beach below. Watching and listening to the water from the balcony or inside you would think you were at the ocean. We also really enjoyed the beach and having the comfy chairs and picnic tables already available on the beach was a plus. And appreciated the beach towels being provided too! We enjoyed the beach getting sun during the day and a fire at night in the provided fire pit. Plenty of couch space for all of us to hang out and dining area to play games. This was our 5th annual girls trip and I could honestly say that this condo checked off all of our boxes when it comes to providing everything we look for in a place. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very impressed with all acommodations and what was provided in the condo. 3 items needing attention was a few light bulbs needed to be replaced that were not in the unit. The master bedroom bathroom fan went one day before we left, but that was no big deal, and the master bedroom mattress could either be replaced or flipped over.
We very much enjoyed our stay there for the week and look forward to coming back

I am so glad that we chose to stay in penthouse 406! I am not exaggerating when I say, this place is stunning! The penthouse was truly like a home away from home. The view is spectacular, the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is a chefs dream! we had a group of six and we had plenty of room to not be falling over each other. The manager and owner were very helpful with any questions we had and the fellow residents were kind and inviting. It is close enough to the local attractions that you don’t have to drive far, but not so close that you have the hustle. Bustle that goes along with it. The little beach area is lovely to sit and take in the view. If you plan to swim at the condos beach area I would highly recommend what are shoes as it is very rocky and slippery once you’re in the water. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. I loved waking up to this view every morning while we stayed at penthouse 406! We would stay here again in a heartbeat we were all a little sad when it was time to leave. If you are considering staying here, do yourself a favor, and just book it! You won’t regret it!

The place is huge, bigger than it looks in the photos. We'll equipped, clean, close to food, drinks and fun. Winery tour buses will pick up and drop off right at the front door. Golf cart rentals are right across the street. It's perfect!
